Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old woman with Fitzpatrick skin type IV and no history of atopy refers for a patch testing with an eight month history of cheilitis and mild eczema of her right hand and left upper arm. It mentions that the patient was diagnosed of acquired leukomnia and was treated with Elocon ointment for six weeks without improvement. It also discusses acquired leukomnia following patch testing and depigmentation after patch testing.
