Abstract

The usual complications after a definitive pull-through procedure for Hirschsprung's disease include stricture formation, enterocolitis, bowel obstruction, and, occasionally, wound infection. The authors report a case of mucinous adenocarcinoma arising 32 years later at a stricture site from a previous pull-through procedure., (Copyright 2001 by W.B. Saunders Company.)
