Aims: To evaluate the expression and clinical significance of PI3Kp110α and PI3Kp110β in colorectal conventional adenoma, serrated lesions and adenoma with canceration. Methods and results: Immunohistochemistry and Western blot analysis were conducted to detect the expression of p110α and p110β in normal colorectal tissues, conventional adenoma, serrated lesions and adenoma canceration. Results revealed that the expression of P110α and P110β in the adenoma canceration was significantly higher than that in normal tissues, tubular adenoma (low grade) and tubular-villous adenoma (low grade) of conventional adenoma, hyperplastic polyps of serrated lesions (P0.05).
