Abstract

The article offers information on the effect of exercise in blood lipids and lipoprotein build up in pediatric population, as reviewed at Colby-Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire. Blood lipids and lipoproteins such as high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), if properly managed and controlled, can greatly prevent the risk of acquiring cardiovascular heart diseases (CHD).
