This theoretical article approaches the human condition, based on a constellation of ideas, having complex thinking as its central issue, considering that homo sapiens is not exhausted in itself, as it is also demens, diverse and multifaceted. It establishes approximations with literature, art, poetry, aesthetics, philosophy, education, anthropology and sociology, in a multidimensional and kaleidoscopic approach. This perspective recognizes the interconnection and interdependence of this knowledge, forming an organized whole that privileges the context in which it is inserted. The contributions of the various thinkers cross strictly formal and linear boundaries, feeding a dialogue of diverse elements, which complement each other. The theoretical nature of the research allows us to conclude that by drinking from various sources, we broaden the view of who we are and the world we are in. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this article, which recurred to sources of biographical and documentary character, we present three short films in order to discuss human condition, taking as a theoretical reference Edgar Morin's complex thought. Based upon the premise that the films, being short or long films, convey a formative potential as far as they mobilize aesthetic sensibility by means of the projection of the characters and of the identification with them, by putting them in sintony with them The films make various subject-matters emerge and instigate a new comprehension and up till ruptures with crystallized ideas. We hope that this work can bring contributions to the teacher's and professor's activity within the secondary education classroom and within the university classroom and develop formative activities which cultivate a renovation of ideas, other views and life perspectives in the pupils and students.
