The massive data and complex information sources made it extremely difficult for agricultural geographical information system to be developed. By adopting XML to collect the multiple and complicated information sources, an urban modern agricultural geographical information system based on J2EE technology was put forward. This system is targeted for the government administrative department, production base, companies, cooperative association and farmers, setting up a decision support system, where inquiry, analysis and countermeasures are made. The applications of WebGIS, ajax, flex, dhtmlx, spring technology were also discussed. We analyzed the requirement of the urban modern agricultural geographical information system; we designed the architecture for this system, the database and the modules for detailed functions using iServer java technology. We also implemented a centralized data management, a common geographical information system and decision-making support functions; this system fulfilled the functions of data collection, data processing, data storage, data maintenance, statistical analysis, map browse, inquiry and retrieval, decision-making analysis.

Aim at meeting the very need of sharing information, complex access authorization for kinds of user and system interface customization for individual user in the current food safety management information system, it firstly analyzed the Ajax and Portal techniques in this paper, then brought forward the forestry, of the system, data flow of function, and the realization of system role for controlling system users, all these were supported by the Portal, Ajax and access authorization by role controlling. The system enhanced the access to information integration of system's resources, security access control greatly, reduced management overhead and management complexity, and achieve rapid integration the use of system resources. The farm can check the information of food products; the producer also can discover the problem of producing quality food products at once; consumer can check particular information of every single packing of food products through the Internet.

Hyphantria cunea is one of the harmful international plant quarantine pests. In order to monitor and control the increasingly serious situation, based on the materials and data collected by “the 221 project” in Beijing in recent three years, this paper studies the spatial decision-making system of hyphantria prevention and control simulation, by combining WebGIS, JSP and Ajax technology. We design the architecture for the decision-making system, the database and the modules for detailed functions using ArcIMS advanced development technology. We also implement a centralized data management, a reasonable layout for monitoring stations and material reserve stations, a scientific and dynamic outbreak simulation, a decision-making system for its prevention and control. This provides a visual and convenient platform for the users to manage and query data; it also provides scientific proofs for the decision-makers to analyze and forecast the situation of hyphantria cunea, and to guide the on-field and aerial measures.
