Primary care physicians (PCPs) play an indispensable role in providing comprehensive care and referring patients for specialty care and other medical services. As the COVID-19 outbreak disrupts patient access to care, understanding the quality of primary care is critical at this unprecedented moment to support patients with complex medical needs in the primary care setting and inform policymakers to redesign our primary care system. The traditional way of collecting information from patient surveys is time-consuming and costly, and novel data collection and analysis methods are needed. In this review paper, we describe the existing algorithms and metrics that use the real-world data to qualify and quantify primary care, including the identification of an individual's likely PCP (identification of plurality provider and major provider), assessment of process quality (for example, appropriate-care-model composite measures), and continuity and regularity of care index (including the interval index, variance index and relative variance index), and highlight the strength and limitation of real world data from electronic health records (EHRs) and claims data in determining the quality of PCP care. The EHR audits facilitate assessing the quality of the workflow process and clinical appropriateness of primary care practices. With extensive and diverse records, administrative claims data can provide reliable information as it assesses primary care quality through coded information from different providers or networks. Development of artificial intelligence methods in medicine requires large volumes of input data available. The source of this data is electronic health records. Extraction of data from health records is accompanied by a number of difficulties, mainly associated with their being filled out in any form and doctors using various abbreviations when putting down the information. The paper describes a method of processing electronic health records which allows extracting the necessary information from them - the one needed for building work algorithms of artificial intelligence software complexes and their learning. The method was developed and tested out on electronic health records filled out in Russian. For working with medical documents filled out in other languages, it needs no special adaptation. Clinical data sharing between healthcare institutions, and between practitioners is often hindered by privacy protection requirements. This problem is critical in collaborative scenarios where data sharing is fundamental for establishing a workflow among parties. The anonymization of patient information burned in DICOM images requires elaborate processes somewhat more complex than simple de-identification of textual information. Usually, before sharing, there is a need for manual removal of specific areas containing sensitive information in the images. In this paper, we present a pipeline for ultrasound medical image de-identification, provided as a free anonymization REST service for medical image applications, and a Software-as-a-Service to streamline automatic de-identification of medical images, which is freely available for end-users. The proposed approach applies image processing functions and machine-learning models to bring about an automatic system to anonymize medical images. To perform character recognition, we evaluated several machine-learning models, being Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) selected as the best approach. For accessing the system quality, 500 processed images were manually inspected showing an anonymization rate of 89.2%. The tool can be accessed at and it is available with the most recent version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. This work is motivated by the needs of predictive analytics on healthcare data as represented by Electronic Medical Records. Such data is invariably problematic: noisy, with missing entries, with imbalance in classes of interests, leading to serious bias in predictive modeling. Since standard data mining methods often produce poor performance measures, we argue for development of specialized techniques of data-preprocessing and classification. In this paper, we propose a new method to simultaneously classify large datasets and reduce the effects of missing values. It is based on a multilevel framework of the cost-sensitive SVM and the expected maximization imputation method for missing values, which relies on iterated regression analyses. We compare classification results of multilevel SVM-based algorithms on public benchmark datasets with imbalanced classes and missing values as well as real data in health applications, and show that our multilevel SVM-based method produces fast, and more accurate and robust classification results. Nowadays, Cancer diagnosis is one of the major challenging characteristics for treating cancer. The reality of cancer patients rely on the diagnosis of cancer at the early stages (either in stage 1 or stage 2). If the cancer is diagnosed in stage 3 or later stages means the changes of survival of the patient will become more critical. Normally, single patient records will generate a huge amount of data if the data could be manage and analyze means to solve many problems for identifying the patterns it will leads to diagnose the cancer. Recent work several machine learning algorithms are introduced for the classification of cancer. However still the classification accuracy of machine learning algorithms are reduced because of huge number of samples. So the proposed work introduces a new Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) is focused in this work. In this paper, the proposed phenotype techniques are used which handle and classifies the raw EHR (Electronic Health Record) and EMR (Electronic Medical Record). It is based on the HDFS and Two-Phase Map Reduce. Phenotype algorithm uses NLP (National Language Processing) tool which will analyze and classify the cancer patient data like gene mapping, age related data, image and ultrasonic frequency processing, identification and analysis of irregularities, disease and personal histories. In this paper, the three factorized model is used which calculates the mean score values. The values are calculated by disease stage, pain status, etc. This paper focuses big data analytics for cancer diagnosis and the simulation results shows the proposed system produces the highest performance.
