Abstract

Endovascular treatment of aortic aneurysms has gained widespread popularity in recent years. Stent grafts have emerged as another option in the surgeon's armamentarium in the treatment of aneurysmal disease. The infectivity of endovascular grafts and therapy for associated graft infections is unknown. Aortic graft infections have the potential for disastrous complications.
