Most of the studies done related working aimed to research relationship working and an another factor. This research examined the attitudes of the individuals/workers about of the "working action". Thus, it is composed a Working Attitude Scale that contains Mystic Inclined-Fatalistic Working Attitudes, Easily Income Inclined-Hedonistic Working Attitudes and Working Inclined-Ascetic Working Attitudes with validity-reliability analaysises.
