The world faces natural disasters, epidemics, wars and other emergencies from time to time. These situations can significantly threaten people's lives and communities. Humanitarian logistics plays a vital role in meeting such challenges and assisting survivors. Humanitarian logistics are national and international relief efforts provided by individuals, organizations, and governments to alleviate or prevent the suffering of people who have experienced disasters and emergencies. Therefore, the importance of humanitarian aid logistics is increasing day by day. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review on humanitarian aid logistics. Examining the written studies is important in determining the level of development in humanitarian aid logistics and determining which topics are predominantly focused on. Scientific studies containing the keyword "Humanitarian Logistics" scanned in WoS and Scopus indexes were subjected to content analysis. The analysis aims to determine the research trends in humanitarian logistics, to recognize the different aspects of research in humanitarian logistics, and at the same time to contribute to future studies by identifying gaps in the literature. For this purpose, the study data were collected and analyzed in November 2023. As a result of the analysis, it has been observed that the interest in humanitarian aid logistics has increased in recent years. It has been determined that the USA, the UK, the Netherlands and China are the leading countries publishing in humanitarian aid logistics.
