Every year lots of different pesticides through various ways go to the environment . These pesticides are distributed to the environment and transported to the remote areas . To predict the effects of these substances on the ecosystem, in addition to information on their toxicity, how to enter, play and behavior of these compounds in nature should be well known . The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of oxydemeton methyl toxin on hormones testosterone and dihydrotestosterone in rats.For this purpose, 40 adult male Wistar rats, weighing approximately 19010 gr were divided into 5 groups of 8 . The groups include : Control group , sham and treatment with doses 2ppm , 5ppm , 10 ppm . Poison was fed to the animals orally daily for 14 days. At the end of the experimental period, animals were weighed, blood sampling was performed , and Blood samples were centrifuged to obtain serum and until hormone measurements was performed, it was frozen at the temperature of - 20 ° C . Concentration of hormone testosterone by RIA method and dihydrotestosterone by ELISA method were measured. The results of this study showed that use of oxydemeton methyl toxin in maximum for 14 days , causes significant decrease in concentration of hormones testosterone and dihydrotestosterone P

Purpose and background: the aim of this study was investigating intraperitoneal injection of different doses of Imipramine on the number of follicles in the adult female rat. Infertility that occurs as a result of taking drugs is an important clinical issue. Rate of infertility that has been reported as a result of taking antidepressant drugs is 60%, in spite of its popularity a slight amount of studies has been formed to clarify the mechanism of action on these drugs, this study has written about Imipramine. forty female wistar 180 ± 20 g, selected and distributed them into groups experimental 1, 2, and 3. And they injected 6.25, 12.5, and 25 mg/kg bodyweight Imipramine respectively for 4 weeks, control group receives nothing, and sham group receives distilled water, at the end the samples of ovary tissue were taken to the laboratory for slice preparation, and slides of different parts of ovary made us available to count total number of follicles in each ovary. Results showed that this drug has no effect on bodyweight, ovary and primitive, secondary, graffian and atretic follicles. Different doses of imipramine, number of primary follicles, also 25 mg/kg dose of this drug has caused Corpusluteum to decrease.

The growth rate of fish is an important parameter in fish farms that influenced by environmental factors, including the amount and frequency of feeding is feeding. It is stated that the growth rate of fish is considerably dependent on the weight and age of the fish. In this study the possible effects of the amount and frequency of feeding on weight changes and growth rate of rainbow trout was examined. For this project, six pools with a capacity of 6,200 rainbow trout of 10 g was transferred, that 3 pools were fed with 2% of body weight (treatment 1) and 3 pools were fed with 4% of body weight (treatment 2) and biometry were done in a monthly basis until reaching to weight. This study aimed to provide the Appropriate Strategy in order to Avoid Economic losses Caused by the ICHthyophthirius Parasite on Ornamental Goldfish Species in the city of Shiraz in the four cardinal directions. In this study Pearl scale, Calico, Black Moor, Red Cap and Lionhead species, were examined and the prevalence of parasites in different conditions such as different temperatures, different turbidity, algal growth, feeding rate and etc. were reviewed. The main result is that management is the most important factor in this disease. The most resistant and most sensitive species are Calico and Pearl scale, respectively. In the absence of management prevalence is associated with increasing temperature and reaches its peak at 27 ° temperature. The proper management reduces the disease at high temperatures. Increased water turbidity, the amount of aeration, algal growth, water replacement rates are very important factors that make fish more susceptible to ICH disease. The results show that water temperature should be high for better and faster treatment of the disease and fish parasites more quickly reach the stage tomite. Goldfish lives at low temperatures, so it is better water temperature gradually raised from fish early life until goldfish reaches maturity to help fish adapt to high temperatures. This not only provides better management of ICH disease but also against other diseases and the disease can be treated quickly.
