Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 26-year-old woman with fever, oral and genital mucositis, purulent conjunctivitis. She was diagnosed with Stevens-Johnson syndrome/toxic epidermal necrolysis (SJS/TEN). Her histological examination of a skin biopsy reveals with overlying full-thickness epidermal necrosis. The patient was admitted to the intensive care unit for supportive care and stop taking lamotrigine and sodium valproate.
