We present a shared workspace application for co-constructive tasks with functions for tracking, analyzing and feeding back parameters of collaboration to group members. The interdisciplinary approach is based on an integrative methodology for analyzing collaboration behavior and explicit surveyed data of group members' attitudes. In an exploratory study, we examined the influence of the feedback function, with the long term perspective of enriching collaboration processes in real communities of learners.

Industrial colleges are the connection point between higher vocational colleges and enterprises to carry out in-depth collaborative education. At present, there are three forms of industrial colleges: surface cooperative industrial college focusing on order cooperation, middle-level industrial college relying on industry development, and deep cooperative industrial college with integrated development. There are several common problems among the three forms of industrial colleges, such as vague positioning, unclear division of responsibilities and rights between both parties, and “free riding” at all levels. In order to establish symbiotic industrial colleges, there is a need to change the concept first, then establish and improve the system, and finally, establish a cross-border teacher pool.

Context Partnership between patients and health-care professionals (HCPs) is a concept that needs a valid, practical measure to facilitate its use by patients and HCPs. Objective To co-construct a tool for measuring the degree of partnership between patients and HCPs. Design The CADICEE tool was developed in four steps: (1) generate key dimensions of patient partnership in clinical care; (2) co-construct the tool; (3) assess face and content validity from patients' and HCPs' viewpoints; and (4) assess the usability of the tool and explore its measurement performance. Results The CADICEE tool comprises 24 items under 7 dimensions: 1) relationship of Confidence or trust between the patient and the HCPs; 2) patient Autonomy; 3) patient participation in Decisions related to care; 4) shared Information on patient health status or care; 5) patient personal Context; 6) Empathy; and 7) recognition of Expertise. Assessment of the tool's usability and measurement performance showed, in a convenience sample of 246 patients and relatives, high face validity, acceptability and relevance for both patients and HCPs, as well as good construct validity. Conclusions The CADICEE tool is developed in co-construction with patients to evaluate the degree of partnership in care desired by patients in their relationship with HCPs. The tool can be used in various clinical contexts and in different health-care settings. Patient or public contribution Patients were involved in determining the importance of constructing this questionnaire. They co-constructed it, pre-tested it and were part of the entire questionnaire development process. Three patients participated in the writing of the article.

Direkt an Konsument*innen (direct-to-consumer, DTC) über das Internet vermarktete genealogische Gentests sollen die Abstammung der Getesteten aufzeigen. Während diese Gentests als Mittel verstanden werden können, die biologisch fixierte Herkunft zu bestimmen, untersucht der vorliegende Artikel, wie Unternehmen und Kund*innen die Abstammung mittels dieser Gentests ko-konstruieren. Die Studie stützt sich auf eine Analyse relevanter Literatur, qualitative Interviews mit Expert*innen und Stakeholder*innen, Webseitenanalysen und eine autoethnographische Selbstbeobachtung. Es wird gezeigt, wie DTC-Gentestunternehmen durch ihr Marketing, die Entwicklung spezifischer Datenbanken und die Präsentation der Testresultate bestimmte Konzepte von Herkunft kreieren, aber auch, wie die Kund*innen ihre Testergebnisse interpretieren und in ihre Biographien und ihr Leben einbauen. Mit Blick auf die möglichen sozialen Auswirkungen von DTC-Gentests wird ihre Einstufung als Unterhaltung hinterfragt. Direct-to-consumer (DTC) genetic ancestry tests offered via the internet supposedly uncover the ancestry of those tested. While these tests might be seen as a means to find a biologically inscribed and fixed genealogy, this paper explores how companies and customers co-construct ancestry through genetic ancestry testing. The study draws on a review of relevant literature, qualitative interviews with experts and stakeholders, a website analysis, and an autoethnographic self-observation. It shows how DTC genetic testing companies create specific concepts of ancestry in their marketing, development of specific databases, and presentation of results, but also how users interpret and incorporate their results into their own genealogies and lives. Looking at the potential social impact of DTC ancestry testing, the paper questions its categorization as recreational activity or entertainment.

PurposeIncreasingly, customers are demanding products that fit their individual needs. Many firms respond by cultivating product individualization via mass customization, often integrating this capability via interactive platforms that connect them with customers. Despite such customization, research to date has lacked cohesion, often taking the organizational, rather than customer, view. The purpose of this paper is to provide inconclusive theorizing in regard to customization from the consumers’ perspective.Design/methodology/approachThe review and synthesis of the literature revealed that co-configuration is an underexplored domain of mass customization. Consequently, an initial conceptualization of co-configuration is developed and compared with current customization strategies. Specifically, the definition and boundary conditions of co-configuration are compared with three domains of mass customization, namely, co-production, co-construction and co-design. This led to the development of research priority areas to establish an agenda for future research on mass customization and its role in customer’ firm relationships.FindingsThis paper provides the delineation of four distinct consumer customization strategies, conceptualized in a matrix, and proposes separate customer journey visualizations. In advancing the theoretical understanding by means of a unifying typology, this paper identifies three existing Cs of mass customization (co-production, co-construction and co-design) and focuses specifically on a fourth (co-configuration), identified as an understudied mass customization strategy.Originality/valueThis paper extends the previous conceptualizations of mass customization comprising co-production, co-design and co-construction. The proposed typology establishes a foundation for four research priority areas that can improve both academic rigor and practical application.

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to “build a social governance pattern of co-construction, governance and sharing”. It fully reflects the party’s further understanding of the laws of contemporary Chinese social governance and the rules of socialist social construction, and is conducive to promoting effective social governance and a good social order. However, in the context of the new era, it is not easy to create a sharing social governance that people can share the results of governance. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the concept and the dilemma of building the social governance pattern of co-construction and co-governance and sharing, and explore its realization path.

In recent years, the all-round development of artificial intelligence, big data, block chain and other technologies has provided great impetus for the development of social multi fields. The process of social informatization has been gradually accelerated, and the development of information technology has a great impact on vocational education teaching activities. Through the integration of information technology application resources, vocational education can optimize and innovate the traditional education and teaching mode, improve teaching effectiveness, and promote the leap forward development of vocational education. Enterprises also try various ways to introduce talents. Cooperation between colleges and enterprises, such as school enterprise cooperation, course co construction and joint training, has been gradually tried and achieved certain results. However, there are still some problems in society, such as enterprises cannot find suitable talents and graduates cannot find suitable positions. According to this situation, vocational education is very important in teaching.

The article describes a piece of research exploring young people’s experience of a mentoring service (PROMISE). The scheme has been developed to offer vulnerable young people a supportive relationship to assist their lives. This article explores the nature of the mentoring relationship, including how mentors and mentees view its development. Conjoint interviews were conducted which also permitted an analysis of the nature of the conversational processes between the pairs, including how they constructed shared meanings of the development of their relationship. This provided a window into the emotional dynamics of their mentoring relationships. Implications for similar mentoring programmes are discussed alongside wider implications for assisting this group of young people.

Technological advancements in machine learning affecting humans' lives on the one hand and also regulatory initiatives fostering transparency in algorithmic decision making on the other hand drive a recent surge of interest in explainable AI (XAI). Explainability is discussed as a solution to sociotechnical challenges such as intelligent software providing incomprehensible decisions or big data enabling fast learning but becoming too complex to fully comprehend and judge its achievements. With explainable AI, more insights into the functions, decisions, and usefulness of algorithms are expected. If an explanation is successful, it results in an understanding. Current XAI research is centering around one-way interaction from which solutions to achieve understanding are derived. In the presentation, I will point to an important resource for achieving understanding that has been overlooked so far: the interaction with the addressee [1]. Whereas in current XAI research, the addressee (explainee) is mostly seen as a passive receiver, I argue that the explainee can provide an active and crucial contribution to the process of understanding resulting in the explanation being tailored to a particular form of understanding and thus gaining on relevance. Within the co-constructive view [1], both partners scaffold and monitor each other-perpetuating, thus, the process of explaining as a joint endeavor toward a goal. I argue that such an endeavor can be implemented in explainable and interactive AI.

With perceptions of authenticity offering contemporary organizations a key competitive advantage in the marketplace, a growing body of research has investigated “authenticity work”: the diverse ways in which organizational actors fabricate authenticity claims for their audience members. However, claiming authenticity is a challenging and problematic task, because organizations must weigh how much authenticity they can safely project without incurring backfire. This is further complicated by consumers’ fickle and contradictory attitudes regarding authenticity work. This study examines this challenge by asking how organizations can claim authenticity in a way that aligns with their audiences’ variable understandings and expectations. Drawing on a qualitative study of underground restaurants—alternative social dining establishments, also known as “pop-ups” or “supper clubs”—I show that organizers claim authenticity through the coperformance of three illusions: community, transparency, and gift-giving. Instead of rejecting these illusions, most diners and underground organizers knowingly embrace them as authentic. This paper suggests that authenticity work, far from sending a one-way signal that audience members passively accept or reject, involves a continual process that generates the active co-construction of illusions by organizers and their audiences.

Background A large provider of community health services (an NHS Trust in England) deployed Apple iPads to its front-line community-based healthcare clinicians (predominantly nurses) to enable them to increase responsiveness to patients’ and their families’ needs. We conducted a participatory formative evaluation of this iPad initiative among different users and the informatics teams implementing it, to establish how such initiatives can sustain adoption and achieve their stated benefits. Methods We used a participatory approach involving a partnership between study investigators and key decision-makers of the initiative to engage stakeholders in the study. Methods included focus groups and group discussion, meetings with key personnel and analysis of documents related to the initiative. Using a participatory technique, members of the organisation identified practical challenges to inform the on-going process of implementation and adoption in the Trust. Results Healthcare professionals identified many benefits associated with having iPads to support care delivery, including streamlined workflows and accessible information at the point-of-care in the community. However, challenges that interfered with implementation were also reported by both the team implementing the initiative (IT team) and early users. Challenges reported by IT team are: adopter clinicians’ scepticism and suspicion; clinician non-compliance with training and operational guidance procedures; and managing adopter expectations. Challenges reported by users are: setting-up and maintaining the devices on a long-term basis; blurring of personal and professional boundaries; and disconnection from the IT team. Results show that these challenges could be overcome if there were more informal ‘socialised’ interactions between adopters and between adopters and the IT team. Conclusions We suggest that similar initiatives require increased ongoing dialogue between different levels of stakeholder groups, in the form of socialised engagements, to avoid common misunderstandings and to promote the processes involved in co-constructing the initiative on a generally-agreed and sustainable basis. Objective: In the knowledge base examining experiences of childhood brain injury, the perspectives of children with brain injury are notably lacking. This failure to represent the voices of pediatric clients has resulted in an incomplete knowledge base from which to inform evidence-based rehabilitation practice. In this paper, we examine why the perspectives of children with brain injury are rarely sought and propose a new way forward.Methods: We draw upon current evidence and practices in related fields and present an exemplar from an in-progress qualitative arts-based research project with children with brain injury.Results: Assumptions ingrained in research practices, particularly those surrounding the capacity of 'doubly vulnerable' children with brain injury to produce knowledge, have resulted in the relative exclusion of this group from research that concerns them. For the field to evolve, research practices must value children's first-hand accounts, engage them in co-constructing knowledge about their lives, and invite methods that meet their interests and abilities.Conclusion: By reframing how we think about the capacities of children with disabilities and shifting our research practices to include children with brain injury as knowledgeable participants, it becomes possible to expand the knowledge base upon which clinical rehabilitation practices are built.Implications for RehabilitationCurrent research practices preclude 'doubly vulnerable' pediatric populations, including children with brain injury, from actively contributing to research that concerns them.As a result, the perspectives of children with brain injury are virtually absent from research, rendering the evidence base upon which rehabilitative practices are built incomplete.Reframing how we think about the capacities of children with brain injury can shift how we engage with them, both in research and clinic, and may subsequently impact the knowledge available to us.Implications for client-centred rehabilitation are discussed, including the need to understand children as capable of insight into their own experience, as able to contribute to a more complete understanding of the health phenomena that affect them, and as invaluable and active participants in research and clinical care.

Algorithmic impact assessments (AIAs) are an emergent form of accountability for organizations that build and deploy automated decision-support systems. They are modeled after impact assessments in other domains. Our study of the history of impact assessments shows that "impacts" are an evaluative construct that enable actors to identify and ameliorate harms experienced because of a policy decision or system. Every domain has different expectations and norms around what constitutes impacts and harms, how potential harms are rendered as impacts of a particular undertaking, who is responsible for conducting such assessments, and who has the authority to act on them to demand changes to that undertaking. By examining proposals for AIAs in relation to other domains, we find that there is a distinct risk of constructing algorithmic impacts as organizationally understandable metrics that are nonetheless inappropriately distant from the harms experienced by people, and which fall short of building the relationships required for effective accountability. As impact assessments become a commonplace process for evaluating harms, the FAccT community, in its efforts to address this challenge, should A) understand impacts as objects that are co-constructed accountability relationships, B) attempt to construct impacts as close as possible to actual harms, and C) recognize that accountability governance requires the input of various types of expertise and affected communities. We conclude with lessons for assembling cross-expertise consensus for the co-construction of impacts and building robust accountability relationships.

Service-based learning, project-based and collaborative learning today are integrated into the collaborative-project development experience carried out by the architecture career at the San Sebastian University. Today, the Relation with the Environment institutional policy guidelines are materialized in a series of collaborative-projects developments experiences initiated in the practice studio, which have triggered funds achievements for innovation and the creation of the Territorial Milestone Program Más Parques. This constitutes the frame under which the university and the architecture carrer manage and develop collaborative-projects learning experiences through co-construction and bi-directionality strategies, with the belief of promoting a more complex education and the firm interest in contributing to the life quality improvement and the sustainable development of the Los Lagos Region in Chile. El aprendizaje basado en servicio, en proyectos y el aprendizaje colaborativo se integran en la experiencia de desarrollo de proyectos colaborativos llevado adelante por la carrera de arquitectura de la Universidad San Sebastian. Los lineamientos de la política institucional de vinculación con el medio actualmente se ven materializados en una serie de experiencias de desarrollo de proyectos colaborativos iniciados en el taller de práctica y que han desencadenado la consecución de fondos para la innovación y la creación del Programa Territorial Hito Más Parques. Este constituye el paraguas bajo el cual la universidad y la carrera de arquitectura gestionan y desarrollan experiencias de aprendizaje a través de proyectos mediante estrategias de co-construcción y bi-direccionalidad, con la convicción de propiciar una formación más compleja y el firme interés de aportar al mejoramiento de la calidad de vida y desarrollo sustentable de la Región de Los Lagos en Chile.

The eruption of the SARS-CoV-2 virus in March 2020 created an unprecedented situation in workplaces as a whole, and universities were no exception. It has been necessary to learn about the new virus and to adapt preventive measures to a multifaceted environment in order to protect not only students, but also professors, support staff and managerial personnel. The aim of this paper is to describe the interventions of an ergonomics advisor in occupational health, with a view to presenting the contribution made by activity analysis, co-construction as part of a project approach, and the application of the precautionary principle in responding to the pandemic.

Innovation and entrepreneurship are key factors to provide added value for food systems. Based on the findings of the Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership BoostEdu, the objective of this paper is to provide answers to three knowledge gaps: 1) identify the needs for innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) in the food sector; 2) understand the best way to organize learning; 3) provide flexibility in turbulent times. BoostEdu aimed to provide a platform for continuing education within I&E for food professionals and was carried out through co-creation workshops and the development of an e-learning course. The results of the project in particular during the Covid-19 pandemics, highlighted the need for flexible access to modules that are complementary to other sources and based on a mix of theoretical concepts and practical experiences. The main lessons learned concern the need of co-creation and co-learning processes to identify suitable practices for the use of innovative digital technologies.

The construction and development of international transport corridors have become a means of cross-border space governance and promote the flexibility of international industrial chains and supply chains. Due to the uncertainty of cooperation, the development of international transport corridors entails a long-term and complex system of engineering. This paper evaluates a tripartite evolutionary game model on the cooperative construction of international transport corridors (including origin, transit, and destination countries) and analyzes the cooperation mechanism and influencing factors. The cooperative construction of international transport corridors is complex. Factors such as willingness to cooperate, transfer payments, sunk costs, and reputation have a positive impact on the cooperative construction of international transport corridors, but excessive transfer payments hinder cooperation. To promote the construction of international transport corridors, all parties need to have a strong willingness to cooperate; otherwise, the cooperation agreement has a greater probability of becoming invalid. International transport corridors with good development prospects and benefits would accelerate construction progress with the active efforts of participating countries.

The digital resources of academic libraries have been greatly enriched, how to improve the co-construction and sharing (CCS) of digital resources of academic libraries has become a major issue we face. Based on the super-network perspective, this paper studies the resource CCS mechanism of university libraries, in order to better achieve the purpose of constructing university library (UL) information resources CCS. Construction of information resources in various universities in our province, this paper found that 76.74% of the respondents believe that the construction of information resources in university libraries lacks a unified planning and organization, and digital resources are redundantly constructed and inefficient waste; 89.24% think that there is a lack of a unified and authoritative management organization. And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve the level of resource CCS of university libraries and ensure the sustainable development of resource CCS of university libraries.

BackgroundProviding care to cancer patients is associated with a substantial psychological and emotional load on oncology workers. The purpose of this project is to co-construct, implement and assess multidimensional intervention continuums that contribute to developing the resilience of interdisciplinary cancer care teams and thereby reduce the burden associated with mental health problems. The project is based on resources theories and theories of empowerment.MethodsThe study will involve cancer care teams at four institutions and will use a mixed-model design. It will be organized into three components:(1) Intervention development.Rather than impose a single way of doing things, the project will take a participatory approach involving a variety of mechanisms (workshops, discussion forums, surveys, observations) to develop interventions that take into account the specific contexts of each of the four participating institutions.(2) Intervention implementation and assessment.The purpose of this component is to implement the four interventions developed in the preceding component, assess their effects and whether they are cost effective. A longitudinal quasi-experimental design will be used. Intervention monitoring will extend over 12 months. The effects will be assessed by means of generalized estimating equation regressions. A cost-benefit analysis will be performed to assess the cost-effectiveness of the interventions, taking an institutional perspective (costs and benefits associated with the intervention).(3) Analysis of co-construction and implementation process.The purpose of this component is to (1) describe and assess the approaches used to engage stakeholders in the co-construction and implementation process; (2) identify the factors that have fostered or impeded the co-construction, implementation and long-term sustainability of the interventions. The proposed design is a longitudinal multiple case study.DiscussionIn the four participating institutions, the project will provide an opportunity to develop new abilities that will strengthen team resilience and create more suitable work environments. Beyond these institutions, the project will generate a variety of resources (e.g.: work situation analysis tools; method of operationalizing the intervention co-development process; communications tools; assessment tools) that other oncology teams will be able to adapt and deploy elsewhere.

Through detailed multimodal EMCA analysis, this paper explores consultations between a geriatric patient in a residential rehabilitation facility, his local caregivers, his relative, and his GP, who is present via telepresence robot. The analysis focuses on a) the patient’s interaction with the telepresence robot and the other participants in the opening sequences, including the establishment of joint attention, as a mutual accomplishment; b) how the role of “the competent Video Consultation (VC)-patient” is negotiated and co-constructed (Goodwin, 2013; Jacoby & Ochs, 1995) over time; and c) how the patient displays increasing VC-competences and develops practices associated with a situational identity as “tech-savvy patient” (Suchman, 2009; Zimmerman, 2008).

The purpose of this chapter is to design a Minecraft simulation game where players can learn a language by communicating and negotiating meaning with other players. To achieve this, Gagné's events of instruction and Schmitt's strategic experience modules were adopted as a theoretical lens for simulation building. After the simulation game was designed, it was implemented to test its feasibility. The result shows that the simulation game has both the intended features of knowledge co-construction and the negotiation of meaning, as well as enjoyment of the game. The test result, however, also suggests that the simulation game needs more conditionals and loops in order for players to repeat their simulation game at any place and time.

Over the years, the model of city growth has been changing: the spreading of suburbs that characterized the period from the 1960s to the 1980s has been replaced by a constellation of urban spots disseminated all over the rural space. Here, “countryside citizens” who had no rural culture but did care about environment and nature have tried to invent new forms of agrarian space. But, although the principle of co-building the periurban agrarian landscape is often admired, territorial governance is hard to implement.

This paper analyzes the regional brand control policies of Chinese agricultural products by content analysis method and common word analysis method. Conclusions of this paper possibly not merely provides scientific reference for governments to improve the regional brand co-construction control policy system for agricultural products, also arguably provides guidance and suggestions for building and effectively maintaining brand image.

In this chapter, we argue that the need for a massive open online course (MOOC) (our case study of cosmopolitan education) that aims to enhance African and Western knowledge sharing across geographical and cultural boundaries, on the one hand, while addressing societal inequities of student access to higher education in Africa, on the other, is vital in the quest for addressing instances of cognitive and social injustice in southern contexts. With further research required into southern learner-educator experiences, MOOCs premised on what we argue for in this chapter, namely defence of a cosmopolitanist-deliberative framework could create learning opportunities for students in such contexts in harnessing the educational potential of the Internet. Such an understanding of MOOCs holds for students the possibility of transforming the societal inequities of student access to higher education of the southern contexts through knowledge acquisition, sharing and co-construction towards developing agency in such students.

Participation is an important but little understood concept in science and innovation. While participation promises the production of new knowledge, social justice, and economic growth, little research has been done on its contribution to innovation processes at the group level. The concept of imaginaries can provide a window into these processes. Adopting a micro-sociological perspective, we examined the interplay between imaginaries of participation and group development within a long-term ethnographic observation study of an initiative, Energy Avant-garde, as it pursued the development of a decentralized, self-contained, and entirely renewable energy system in one German region. We scaled down the macrolevel concept of imaginaries to the group level. We found that group imaginaries are a resource for bringing order to a group and that a group is a resource for creating, operationalizing, revising, and sustaining imaginaries. We describe a “failure-through-success” story: while imaginaries initially promoted group cohesion, creativity, and productivity, in later stages, these effects were impeded by group dynamics. We therefore distinguish between process imaginaries and outcome imaginaries and conclude that, inherently, participation must be managed and employed at the appropriate stages to make valuable contributions.

A network theory of governance situates learning processes in the sharing of stories (which we might call ‘agency’) against a background of traditions and norms (which could be seen as ‘structure’). This perspective has implications for both the conceptualisation and study of learning and innovation as a distributed process within organisations. This chapter explores, and develops further, the role of stories in innovation by drawing on aspects of practice theory, in particular, John Shotter’s concept of ‘dialogical practice’ which explores the co-construction of agency through dialogue which represents a ‘third’ way of knowing that does not belong to any one individual, but is a shared, creative act. If such stories are co-constructed through interaction, rather than being formulated and shared by individuals, this has implications for how we conceptualise agency in learning and innovation processes. When considered dialogically, stories can be seen as enduring or ephemeral, and to support or impede change, depending on the networks though which they are co-constructed. This chapter explores this idea using ethnographic evidence from an NHS provider in England of specialist eye services managing a network of clinics. It examines the planning and implementation of innovation through this network and the ways in which the co-construction of stories draws on professional power, and the potential for both creativity and breakdown as they unfold, influence the resulting innovation processes. This perspective also has practical implications for the use of ethnography as a method for inquiring into innovation processes through stories.

Purpose: Providing care to older adults using assistive technology can be challenging for family caregivers. To inform the development of an Internet-based intervention, this study aimed to identify older assistive technology users and family caregivers’ needs related to assistive technology procurement, and to explore how to offer remote support through an Internet-based intervention. Methods: Based on an iterative user-centered design approach, 30 semi-structured interviews were conducted with stakeholders about their experiences with assistive technology procurement/attribution and their perceptions of a proposed intervention. A modified content analysis approach was used, with a mix of emerging and a priori concepts. Results: Participants view assistive technology procurement as an ongoing cyclical process, with potential unmet needs at key moments before and after assistive technology procurement. Assistive technology user-family caregiver dyads needs focus on assistive technology information, access, assistive technology-person-context match, training and support. While participants felt there were benefits to the proposed intervention they also identified potential implementation barriers. Conclusion: Assistive technology Internet-based interventions dedicated to family caregivers should ensure systematic and tailored follow-up while integrating some form of human support. Coaching has been evolving as a form of professional development for teachers and school leaders for several decades, and now exists in many forms. This study focused on the work of six coaches in England, using an adapted focus group approach to discover how they explained and conceptualised the value of their practices. As the coaches’ conversations with each other emerged details of the nature of their work, and their reflections on it, were elicited which were analysed thematically while also paying due attention to individual narratives. Although coaching is not easily defined this study demonstrates the significance of relationships and dialogue in coaching and the structures and protocols that support that. It suggests that coaching is suited to helping individuals dealing with authentic challenges, professional interests and dilemmas experienced in complex educational settings, while also acting as a counterweight to some of the consequences of performativity.
