This paper presents an OSA patient interactive monitoring system based on the Beidou system. This system allows OSA patients to get timely rescue when they become sleepy outside. Because the Beidou position marker has an interactive function, it can reduce the anxiety of the patient while waiting for the rescue. At the same time, if a friend helps the OSA patients to call the doctor, the friend can also report the patient's condition in time. This system uses the popular IoT framework. At the bottom is the data acquisition layer, which uses wearable sensors to collect vital signs from patients, with a focus on ECG and SpO2 signals. The middle layer is the network layer that transmits the collected physiological signals to the Beidou indicator using the Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) protocol. The top layer is the application layer, and the application layer uses the mature rescue interactive platform of Beidou. The Beidou system was developed by China itself, the main coverage of the satellite is in Asia, and is equipped with a high-density ground-based augmentation system. Therefore, the Beidou model improves the positioning accuracy and is equipped with a special communication satellite, which increases the short message interaction function. Therefore, patients can report disease progression in time while waiting for a rescue. After our simulation test, the effectiveness of the OSA patient rescue monitoring system based on the Beidou system and the positioning accuracy of OSA patients have been greatly improved. Especially when OSA patients work outdoors, the cell phone base station signal coverage is relatively weak. The satellite signal is well-covered, plus the SMS function of the Beidou indicator. Therefore, the system can be used to provide timely patient progress and provide data support for the medical rescue team to provide a more accurate rescue plan. After a comparative trial, the rescue rate of OSA patients using the detection device of this system was increased by 15 percentage points compared with the rescue rate using only GPS satellite phones.

The issues of the physical layer security are studied, where one transmitter (Alice), one full-duplex (FD) legitimate receiver (Bob) and one multi-antenna jammer (Charlie) are considered to defend against multiple passive and non-colluding eavesdroppers (Eves), for multiple-input multiple-output wiretap channels. With the assumption that the complete channel state information (CSI) for main channels and the statistical CSI for Eves' channels are available, an improved secrecy transmission design is proposed to minimise the secrecy outage probability (SOP), under the minimum secrecy rate requirement. In addition to integrating artificial noise aided transmit beamforming and multi-antenna cooperative jammer to impair Eves' channels, which is widely used in many existing works, a FD legitimate receiver is applied together to further enhance physical layer security. Based on the basic probability theory and convex optimisation, the accurate closed-form expression of the SOP is derived, and the impacts on secrecy performance are described, including the qualities of main channels, the Alice's transmit power and the number of Eves. Numerical results show that the proposed scheme using the FD Bob can significantly enhance the system security, as compared with that employing the half-duplex Bob.

Patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) is a common knee disease in the clinic. Its etiology is various, involving a variety of biomechanical variables of lower limbs. Most of the traditional diagnostic methods are subjective and the diagnostic accuracy mainly depends on the experience of doctors. A machine learning method is proposed in this paper to objectively analyze the related variables of PFPS and classify it to assist doctors in diagnosis. The proposed method was tested on a running data set of forty-one subjects, which included seven surface electromyography (sEMG) and three joint angles. Firstly, the importance of ten biomechanical features related to PFPS was compared by the analysis of variance and mean combined with random forest (RF), and then the six most important features were selected. Finally, the 100-time sampling points of each feature selected were input into the multilayer perceptron (MLP) for classification. The classification accuracy is 75% with a 40% reduction of input variables, which is not much different from the 76% accuracy before feature selection. Compared with previous work, the proposed method explores the importance of features related to PFPS from a new perspective, which can assist doctors in the diagnosis of PFPS.

Electrical impedance myography (EIM) is a relatively new technique to evaluate neuromuscular diseases and muscle fatigue. However, EIM is a biomarker of muscle status, and its sensitivity is influenced by skin and fat. To restore the impedivity of the muscle layer from EIM data, we use the ICA and EASI algorithms to estimate the impedivity of each tissue layer and compare the performance of ICA and EASI methods. The results showed that the EASI algorithm can better restore the muscle impedivity with an accuracy rate of 0.999. This work provides a new idea for the treatment of muscle diseases and muscle fatigue recovery.

IPv6 network is developing rapidly, so the teaching of IPv6 network becomes more important than ever, but IPv4 network and IPv6 network will coexist for a long time. So according to the coexistence of IPv4 and IPv6 networks, the experiment of IPv6 and IPv4 hybrid network is designed, IPv6 network transparently passes through IPv4 network through 6to4 tunnel, and IPv6 network router communicates through OSPFv3 Routing Protocol. The detailed design, implementation and complete verification of the experiment are given. Through the completion of this experiment, students have mastered the basic theory of IPv6 network, and they are familiar with the tunnel technology across heterogeneous networks, what's more, they can carry out simple IPv6 network design.

Hydrogen is an attractive energy carrier due to its potentially high energy efficiency and low generation of pollutants, which can be used for transportation and stationary power generation. However, hydrogen is not readily available in sufficient quantities and the production cost is still high. Steam methane reforming (SMR) process is now the most widely used technology for H 2 production, but this process is complex and cannot get thorough carbon capture. Hydrogen production using chemical looping technology has received a great deal of attention in recent years because it can produce hydrogen with higher process efficiency and can capture carbon dioxide. Many researchers have carried out intensive research work on the hydrogen production processes using chemical looping technology. Based on the previous studies stated in the literature, the authors try to give an overview on the recent advances of two categories, chemical looping reforming (CLR) and chemical looping hydrogen production (CLH) processes. Besides, the characteristics of the processes are pointed out based on the comparison with the conventional SMR process. The existing technical problems and the aspects of future research of each approach are also summarized.

A 13-year-old female scimitar-horned oryx (Oryx dammah) died after progressive anorexia, weight loss, and depression. The necropsy showed that the retroperitoneum was compressed by a large white-to-tan uterine mass and on several sections of the mass, the uterine wall was markedly thickened because of ill-defined transmural tumor tissue. Metastatic nodules were detected in the omentum, mesentery, diaphragm, and lung. The genital tract and pulmonary and abdominal nodules exhibited highly pleomorphic sarcoma. The primary and metastatic neoplastic cells showed positive results for vimentin, desmin, and sarcomeric actin, and negative results for smooth muscle actin. Uterine metastatic rhabdomyosarcoma was diagnosed on the basis of the gross, histopathology and immunohistochemistry results.

Trichiurus lepturus is a marine ribbonfish found in both tropical and temperate coastal areas. High consumer demand has prompted the food industry to increase the production of ribbonfish. Apart from production on a large scale, extending the shelf life and preserving the freshness have become increasingly important concerns. The present study investigated the possibility of enhancing the shelf life of ribbonfish using lactic acid bacteria (LAB) cell-free culture. Two LAB isolates, Lactobacillus plantarum SKD4 and Pediococcus stilesii SKD11, were selected to study the effect of LAB cell-free culture treatment on shelf life extension of ribbonfish. Ribbonfish fillet samples were stored in a refrigerator (4 °C) or at room temperature (25 °C), and the physicochemical (pH, color, texture, and trimethylamine), sensory, and microbiological analyses were conducted over the storage periods. The treatment of ribbonfish fillets with LAB cell-free culture resulted in the improvement of food qualities related to physicochemical parameters, extension of the shelf life, and retardation of microbial growth. Furthermore, the endogenous content of trimethylamine in ribbonfish was also found to be significantly reduced after treatment with LAB cell-free culture supernatant at a storage temperature of 25 °C for 72 h. Thus, treating raw fish fillets with LAB cell-free culture would be a promising approach for extending their shelf life and maintaining their storage quality during storage under refrigeration or at room temperature.

However, the role of OPN on carcinogenesis and its underlying mechanism remain unclear. In the present study, we investigated the oncogenic role of OPN in diethylnitrosamine (DEN)-induced hepatic carcinogenesis in mice. The overall incidence of hepatic tumors at 36 weeks was significantly lower in OPN knockout (KO) mice than in wild-type (WT) mice. Apoptosis was significantly enhanced in OPN KO mice, and was accompanied by the downregulation of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR). In the in vitro study, OPN suppression also led to lower mRNA and protein levels of EGFR associated with the downregulation of c-Jun in Hep3B and Huh7 human HCC cells lines, which resulted in increased apoptotic cell death in both cell lines. Moreover, a positive correlation was clearly identified between the expression of OPN and EGFR in human HCC tissues. These data demonstrate that the OPN deficiency reduced the incidence of chemically induced HCC by suppressing EGFR-mediated anti-apoptotic signaling. An important implication of our findings is that OPN positively contributes to hepatic carcinogenesis.

Moving targets saliency extraction is the key technology in moving target detection, tracking and recognition systems. In order to solve the problems for moving targets detection tasks, such as the background interference, target occlusion and so on, a new moving target detection method by moving saliency calculation is proposed. By the Quaternion Fast Fourier Transform, the proposed method fuses four motion features as optical flows, direction vectors and frame difference. The moving saliency map, as the result, is generated. The experimental result demonstrates that our method has better ability to handle the problems in moving object detection, such as moving information loss in complex scene. The results with better accuracy score(Cgood=0.875 , Cfalse=0.028) are given by our method.

A six-year-old castrated male Maltese dog presented to a private animal clinic with a mass on the dog’s lower lip without any other clinical signs. The mass (3 × 2 × 2 cm) was whitish and grossly well circumscribed, and a histopathological examination revealed that the mass was composed of normal cartilage tissue surrounded by fibrous connective tissues. Based on the gross findings, histopathology and anatomical location of the mass, the first diagnosis of a cartilaginous choristoma in a dog was made.

An intra-body communication (IBC) research platform based on virtual instrument was established for the hardware design of IBC transceiver. Firstly, the feasibility of constructing IBC research platform using optic- coupling circuit was verified via comparison of three kinds of measurement methods based on virtual instrument. Then, ASK, FSK and BPSK modulation-demodulation were realized via LabVIEW programming, and user interface of the platform was also designed. The platform could achieve signal transmission or recover under different coupling type, different channel distance and different modulation-demodulation method, etc., by means of dynamic adjusting of platform parameters. Experiment results of capacitive-coupling under the platform indicated the authenticity and feasibility of signal transmission. Finally, a full-floating IBC transceiver was designed aided by the parameters provided by the research platform under the scene of capacitive-coupling, FSK modulation and 180 cm channel distance. Moreover, Bit Error Rate (BER) of the transceiver was less than 1e- 5, which meant that it is effective and convenient for the design of IBC transceiver aided by virtual instrument platform.

An 8-month-old domestic shorthair cat presented with decreased activity and anorexia. Diagnostic imaging revealed cranial mediastinal mass and enlarged mesenteric lymph nodes. Fine needle aspirates showed a marked increase in malignant lymphocytes. Multicentric lymphoma (stage V-b) was diagnosed. The cat treated with COP protocol chemotherapy, and complete remission was induced. CNS relapse developed 314 days after the initiation of chemotherapy. Treatment with rescue protocol greatly reduced the clinical signs for a short period. The cat was in partial remission for 33 days and overall survival time was 383 days. Multicentric T-cell lymphoma with brain involvement was confirmed after necropsy by histopathology and immunohistochemistry.

Internet traffic classification plays an important role in network management. Many approaches have been proposed to classify different categories of Internet traffic. However, these approaches have specific usage contexts that restrict their ability when they are applied in the current network environment. For example, the port based approach cannot identify network applications with dynamic ports; the deep packet inspection approach is invalid for encrypted network applications; and the statistical based approach is time-consuming. In this paper, a novel technique is proposed to classify different categories of network applications. The port based, deep packet inspection based and statistical based approaches are integrated as a multistage classifier. The experimental results demonstrate that this approach has high recognition rate which is up to 98% and good performance of real-time for traffic identification.

Conventional method to transform vehicle driving condition to engine operation mode is to use vehicle road load under neutral gear and mechanical efficiency of drivetrain. But this method requires additional measurement of efficiency of drivetrain on a test rig. And this measurement is normally done at fixed speed and thus estimated accuracy of engine operation mode is not considered to be high enough. This study suggests new method to calculate engine operation mode for prescribed driving mode such as NEDC using vehicle coastdown test under gear engaged condition without measurement of mechanical efficiency of drivetrain. Coastdown test was done under neutral and gear engaged condition for comparison and also trial to extract mechanical loss of drivetrain was carried out. Calculated engine torque by conventional and newly suggested method was compared with actually measured torque of a vehicle on a chassis dynamometer during NEDC. Newly suggested method showed slightly higher accuracy of accumulated brake work during NEDC.

Fluorescence immune-chromatography is a kind of immunoassay which is widely used in quantitative detection area. However, the background baseline drift with relatively large amplitude during test is a huge problem for the overall performance of the quantitative detection system, and the existing background baseline recognition and adjustment methods were based on online or offline data processing, which brings huge computational burden. To solve this problem, this paper proposed a background baseline recognition and adjustment method from the aspect of optical design. It integrated background acquisition, conditioning and control functions which could adjust the photo-electric signal of the background in real time until the sampling value of background baseline was within the threshold. Finally, the peak value of the test strip was detected. To examine the performance of the system, ten standard test strips with different concentrations were selected for background baseline detection. Besides, linearity and coefficient of variation (CV) of the system was also calculated. Results showed that the fluctuation range of baseline was within±4% of the threshold, whereas the CV of the test strip background was 2.57%. Furthermore, although the occupancy rate of background amplitude for A/D unit was decreased from 31.7% to 2.4%, CV of the system was still lower than 3%, which indicates that the system has much wider detection range than other congeneric detection devices.

Pulmonary fibrosis (PF) is defined as a gradual, interstitial fibrous disease of the lung parenchyma. PF causes collapse of lung lobe which can lead to lung lobe torsion of another side. A 14-year-old male Pekinese dog was referred to Veterinery Medical Center, Chungbuk National University. The chief complaint was acute dyspnea. The dog had a history of chronic cough which lasted for 18 month and cough was deteriorated recently. Tachypnea was noted on physical examination. As a result of thoracic radiographs, ultrasonography and computed tomography, lung lobe torsion and collapse were diagnosed. A postmortem examination revealed lung lobe torsion of left cranial lobe and carnification of right cranial lobe. Histologically, severe and diffuse interstitial fibrosis with distortion of alveolar architecture and severe congestion and/or hemorrhage were noted in right cranial lobe and left cranial lobe, respectively. Although the cause of pulmonary fibrosis was undetermined, this case showed a typical lung lobe torsion caused by pulmonary fibrosis.

Water resources carrying capacity (WRCC) as an important index of regional sustainable development is becoming more of a concern in urban development and construction. In this paper, we analyze the water resources carrying capacity of Jining city, including construction of comprehensive assessment index system, establishment of evaluation model, and Calculation of WRCC. Basing on these, we can draw a conclusion that WRCC of Jining City has approached the saturation value and it is necessary to carry scientific-effective configuration and management according to its distinctive features and advantages.

In this paper, a fast, reliable and accurate quantitative detection method for the colloidal gold immunochromatographic strip(GICA) is presented. An image acquisition device which is mainly composed of annular LED source, zoom ratio lens, and 10bit CMOS image sensors with 54.5dB SNR is designed for the detection. Firstly, the test line is extracted from the strip window through using the H component peak points of the HSV space as the clustering centers via the Fuzzy C-Means(FCM) clustering method. Then, a two dimensional eigenvalue composed with the hue(H) and saturation(S) of HSV space was proposed to improve the accuracy of the quantitative detection. At last, the experiment of human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG) with the concentration range 0-500mIU/mL is carried out. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient between this method and optical density(OD) values measured by the fiber optical sensor reach 96.74%. Meanwhile, the linearity of fitting curve constructed with concentration was greater than 95.00%.

In an effort to reduce the degradation caused by variation of different speaker in speech recognition, a new perceptual frequency warping based on subglottal resonances to speaker normalization is investigated. A new warping factor is extracted from the second subglottal resonance that is based on acoustic coupling between the subglottis and vocal tract. Second subglottal resonance is independent of the speech content, and it embodiment speaker character more than the third format. Then it normalizes the PMVDR coefficient, which is a speech coefficient based on perceptual minimum variation distortionless response (PMDVR), and is more robust and anti-noise than traditional MFCC, which uses the normalized coefficients to speech mode training and recognition. The experiments show that the word error rate compared with Mel frequency cepstrum and the spectrum warping by the third formant, decreases by 4% and 3% in clean speech recognition. The results demonstrate that this method improves the word recognition accuracy of speaker-independent recognition system.

The scale factor error of MEMS gyroscope is severe and therefore vital to analyze and compensate the error to improve the performance of gyroscope. Based on the operational principle of Dual Gimbaled MEMS gyroscope, it is analyzed that the physical origin of offset, nonlinear and asymmetry errors of scale factor. The error model of scale factor is proposed. The fuzzy logic, a method to compensate scale factor, is presented. The experimental results show that the dynamic raw error of gyroscope is 4053.2o/ h (1σ), and error compensated by the fuzzy logic is improved to 79.0o/ h (1σ). Compared with the conventional methods of 1th order curve fitting and segmented methods, the precision of gyroscope compensated by fuzzy logic is improved 15.4 and 7.5 times respectively.
