We present here a 16-channels ASIC for SiPMs readout in gamma-ray spectroscopy applications. Thanks to the automatic-gain-adjustment technique, the ASIC allows to achieve a high Dynamic Range (85dB). In gamma-ray measurements with SiPMs and LaBr3 scintillator, the ASIC allows to achieve PMT-like spectroscopy performances as well as capability to reconstuct the gamma photon point of interaction in scintillation crystals.
