Only a few studies have investigated epidemiological and clinicopathological information regarding pediatric and adolescent and young adult (AYA) patients with renal disease. The purpose of this study was to clarify the differences and relationship of clinicopathological findings between pediatric and AYA patients using the Japan Renal Biopsy Registry (J-RBR). This cross-sectional study analyzed data from patients registered in the J-RBR between 2007 and 2017.
