This study reveals the essential stressing state features of reinforced concrete block (RCB) shear walls in their hysteretic working process by applying structural stressing state theory and method. The experimental strains of the RCB shear wall are transferred into generalized strain energy density (GSED) values to build the stressing state mode and the parameter characterizing the mode. Then, the Mann-Kendall criterion is used to detect the mutation feature in the evolution of the stressing state characteristic parameter with the hysteretic load increase. Correspondingly, it is verified that the stressing state mode also presents the mutation feature. The stressing state mutation is the essential feature in the structural working process as structural failure starting point, which is the embodiment of the natural law from quantitative change to qualitative change of a system. Furthermore, the stressing state analysis reveals the elastic-plastic branch point in the working process of the RCB shear wall, which could be directly taken as the design point. In total, this study explores a new way to analyze the structural hysteretic working behavior and provides the rational reference to improve the existing design code.

A load control system was designed to keep the threshing load of the small-sized harvester in the rated load range, and the current detection for the motor driving the harvester cylinder was presented as a new method to detect the cylinder torque indirectly. First the mathematical relationship was established between the cylinder torque and the motor current, and the cylinder-load model was presented. Then the motor current according to the rated cylinder load was obtained by tests as the reference for the load control system. The results showed that the coefficient of variation of consistency of the motor current decreased from 10.7% by manual control to 7.4% by the load control system, and labor intensity index decreased to 8 from 13 after using the load control system. It indicates that the cylinder load control can improve the harvester performance and relieve manual labor required.

A type of three-dimensional space bending flexible pneumatic arm employing axial elongation pneumatic artificial muscles was proposed. It was mainly composed of six pneumatic artificial muscles symmetrically distributed in parallel, and six artificial muscles were fixed 60° each other in space. The elastic skeleton was added among the arm to improve its rigidity and stability. Especially, the driving device of the arm was just the body of the arm. The arm has the advantages of simple structure, convenient manufacture, safety and flexibility, and it can achieve omnidirectional bending movement. According to the static characteristic and deformation of the arm, the kinematics model and the grasping force model of the arm were established. Further, the theoretical model was verified by experiments and then the relations between deforming properties, the working space, the grasping force and air pressure of the arm were obtained. The motion performance experiment of the arm was carried out in a laboratory environment. The experimental results show that the flexible arm has flexible movements, strong adaptive ability, simple control, and certain load capacity when bending.

Reservoirs have been widely constructed all over the world in recent years to alleviate the shortage of water resources. Nevertheless, the assessment method of water quality and its trophic status needs to be developed. In this study, water quality parameters of a newly constructed shallow reservoir were regularly monitored for a period of two years, which is used as a major drinking water source of Shanghai, China. Furthermore, the trophic state indices of the reservoir were investigated based on literature and evaluated with the two-year field data. The results indicated that the studied reservoir is reaching the mesotrophic–eutrophic boundary, where further nutrient enrichment could cause water quality degradation; total phosphorus is the limiting nutrient for algal growth in the studied reservoir. The aluminum dome has been widely used in natatorium, oil storage tank, power plant, coal, as well as other industrial buildings and structures. However, few research has focused on the structural behavior and design method of this dome. At present, most designs of aluminum alloy domes have referred to theories and methods of steel spatial structures. However, aluminum domes and steel domes have many differences, such as elasticity moduli, roof structures, and joint rigidities, which make the design and analysis method of steel spatial structures not fully suitable for aluminum alloy dome structures. In this study, a stability analysis method, which can consider structural imperfection, member initial curvature, semi-rigid joint, and skin effect, was presented and used to study the stability behavior of aluminum dome structures. In addition, some meaningful conclusions were obtained, which could be used in future designs and analyses of aluminum domes.

Global buckling often occurs in high-temperature and high-pressure subsea pipe-in-pipe (PIP) systems. However, only a few studies, especially experimental studies, have been conducted on the lateral buckling of PIP systems. An experimental study on the lateral buckling of a PIP system was carried out in this article. The experimental device for the global buckling of oil temperature-loaded PIP system was designed, and the lateral buckling experiment was carried out for nine groups of PIP systems. The working mechanism of the PIP system was obtained through the experiment, and the critical point for pipeline buckling was determined according to the sum of the axial forces of the outer and inner pipes. The experimental results indicated that the lateral buckling response were related to the wavelength l0, whereas the effect of amplitude Vm was relatively small.

During the period of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, China's energy structure is dominated by coal. Due to a few reasons in our country, such as uneven distribution of coal resources, the bottlenecks of railway transportation, the problems of coal resources integration as well as the bad weather and other factors, China's coal supply presents the characteristics of fluctuation and uncertainty which make it difficult to meet the demand for coal. To ensure the stable supply of national energy, there is need to determine a reasonable coal inventory level. This has a vital significance with regard to China’s security of energy supply during the period of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan”. Based on the previous research on safety stock, the article establishes a new model of safety coal inventory, aiming at coal production, coal demand uncertainty, the customer service level and other specific circumstances .The article offers a new train of thought for early warning in coal industry and has provided the basis for forecasting coal safety inventory during the period of "Twelfth Five-Year Plan” .In 2011, the actual data basically coincide with the predicted model data, establishing a preliminary evidence that the model is basically reasonable and effective.

Key word:Flexible joints, Bending deformation, Gripping force Abstract: This paper develops a new type of pneumatic flexible joint, which is composed of flexible air bag, spring plate and restriction element, which is composed of two artificial muscles. It has a degree of freedom. In order to study the bending deformation and gripping ability of the joint, the experimental system was designed and built. The experimental results show that the joint can achieve a large bending deformation and have a large clamping force.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the cut-offs of serum biomarkers of liver fibrosis in HBsAg-positive patients by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves, and to determine the validity of these markers in parallel and serial interpretation. Methods: This study included 444 HBsAg-positive patients who had liver biopsy performed between January 1, 2003 and March 31, 2006. Some routine and clinical chemistry tests were run, and the stage of liver fibrosis was measured. The cut-offs of those markers were identified by using ROC curves. Sensitivity, specificity, predictive values (both positive and negative), and the Youden's index of these markers were calculated in parallel and serial interpretation. Results: The 444 patients were divided into a training group (322 patients) and a validation group (122 patients). All markers except gender, HB and TP were found to be statistically significant factors associated with significant fibrosis in the training group. The AUROC of GGT, APRI, AGE–PLT and AST in the training group were 0.772, 0.769, 0.748 and 0.700, respectively, and their sensitivities in the validation group were 65.00%, 70.00%, 75.00% and 60.00%, respectively. In parallel interpretation, the highest sensitivity was 85.00% at AGE–PLT∪AST, and in serial interpretation, the best specificity was 96.34% at GGT∩AGE–PLT. Conclusion: A few routine and serum biomarkers can be used to effectively assess most patients with HBsAg-positive CHB with and without significant liver fibrosis in parallel and serial interpretation.

Background : With the development of assisted reproductive technology, more patients with infertility prefer to get pregnant by in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation (IVF-ET). But the indications of IVF-ET must be strictly controlled by the clinicians. Case report : We described a case of a 29-year-old pregnant Chinese woman with military tuberculosis. She was admitted to the hospital with complaints of fever and shortness of breath. She received IVF-ET 83 days ago, because of infertility with bilateraltubal occlusion, and was in pregnancy status. We presented the clinical, laboratory and two chest CT scan features of the patient. The second chest CT scan showed randomly distributed, innumerable tiny, military nodules throughout the lungs. The fluorescence quantitative PCR of the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The M. tuberculosis was cultured from BALF on Day 29. So we made the diagnosis of military tuberculosis. Conclusion : It is important to rule out tuberculosis for the infertility patients especially with bilateraltubal occlusion before IVF-ET in order to avoid tuberculosis disseminate during pregnancy. QBioDiff is a web-based tool for quantification and interpretation of biological difference of the regions of interest (ROIs) among multiple samples by adapted Shannon entropy. QBioDiff web server provides quantitative difference analysis tools including difference quantification, differential ROIs identification, result visualization and functional analysis, for the omics data profiled by high-throughput technologies such as microarrays and next-generation sequencing. In particular, standalone software is provided for pretreatment of next-generation sequencing data. The platform-free and species-free nature of QBioDiff makes it applicable to various QBioDiff. This approach is effective for the high-throughput identification of the functional regions involved in various biological progresses. The tools for integrated analysis and result visualization facilitate the interpretation of the biological mechanism hidden in high-throughput data. Objective: To observe the effect of Tuina and respirometric training on the pulmonary function, dyspnea, motor ability, and quality of life in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in remission stage. Method: Sixty-six cases of COPD in remission stage were divided into Tuina group (n=33) and control group (n=33) with table of randomized number. After 3-month treatment, the grade of dyspnea and quality of life, pulmonary function, and 6-min Self Walk Test were compared with that before treatment. Results: The pulmonary function of patients in Tuina group were improved remarkably, the improvement in the control group was poor. The qualities of life were enhanced in the two groups, and Tuina method was better than the respirometric training. Both the treatment methods could increase the walking distance in 6 min Self Walk Test and improve dyspnea, without a difference in the two groups. Conclusion: The two treatment methods had good therapeutic effect on dyspnea, quality, motor ability and pulmonary function in patients with COPD in remission stage, and especially, Tuina treatment had a better effect on pulmonary function and quality of life than the control method.

One-stop government construction is a systemic project and its development bases on the realization of the benign interoperability between technological innovation and institutional innovation. The main challenge of technological innovation is from the obstacles of interoperability and intercommunity between different e-government systems. In order to realize the demand of systemic interoperability in e-government, this thesis points out the model of e-government constructive system, discusses the main content of different constructive models and their relationships so that provides the solution of technological innovation for the one-stop government construction.

Bearing capacity of concrete-filled steel tubular (CFT) column under axial loading is studied by ANSYS procedures. Firstly, ultimately bearing capacity of CFT column is calculated using model of solid element. In order to expedite computed speed, model of beam-link element is proposed. Then the load-bearing capacity obtained from model of solid element and the model of beam-link element is well consistent with that of the test, which verifies the feasibility of the model of beam-link element. Parameter analysis of special-shaped column composed of concrete filled square steel tube (SCFT) is studied using model of beam-link element. Then the difficulty of parameter analysis of SCFT is resolved. Finally, one SCFT column is simulated by model of beam-link element and MIDAS model, good agreement is obtained.

A new structural system, suspen-dome with stacked arch structure, is accepted in Chiping Gymnasium, and it consists of a suspen-dome and two spatial arches. Due to the existence of two spatial arches, the stability behavior of suspen-dome with stacked arch structure is different from general suspen-dome structure. In this paper, the stability of suspen-dome with stacked arch is analyzed using general finite element software package ANSYS, and the main work of the paper are as following: 1) the over view of Chiping Gymnasium is firstly introduced; 2) it is discussed that the effect of existence of the two arches on the stability; 3) the stability analysis of the steel roof of Chiping Gymnasium under condition that the hoop cables can slide around the bottom strut joints is discussed.

In this paper, a new source video signal is designed for online DVD evaluation and then its composite video signal waveform is produced through a video waveform generator board PXI-5431. The composite video field, no matter NTSC or PAL system it is, includes both visible image and invisible lines. The visible image has been set to different patterns, and the invisible lines include three lines such as copy once, auto clock setting and electronic program guide. Detailed procedures to produce both parts are well illustrated and the virtual instrument blocks in G-language are also presented.

One of the most impressive and attractive evolutions of DVD recorder is the remotely controllable ability. In this paper we concern about the verification of remote controllability of latest DVD recorder by Internet or dial-up network, through RJ45 and RJ11 sockets respectively during manufacturing process. The virtual instruments tools, LabVIEW and TestStand are used to form a function module of the whole measurement system. The detailed procedures are given and G-codes are depicted. Some human-machine interfaces are captured to show the process. The developed modules is successfully put into use.

This paper has investigated the online evaluation method for DVD recorder's audio signals and then, based on the virtual instrument technology, set up a system to implement DVD online audio test. The evaluation parameters are explained thoroughly, and their algorithms are illustrated as well. Finally, with the power of virtual instruments, a high-stability and high-speed DVD online measurement system has been developed and the total test time is dramatically reduced.

It proposes the design and implementation of an automatic test system for digital circuits based on USB 2.0 interface. It adopts EZ USB FX2 produced by Cypress Corporation as interface chip, the soft-configure function of EZ-USB makes it easy to realize function expand of the system. Isp MACH LC4512 produced by Lattice Corporation realizes the hardcore of system, we use Verilog HDL and ISPLEVEL platform to develop it. The whole system has many excellences, such as good adaptability, high reliability and so on.

This paper presents an artificial intelligence control policy for oxygen-methanol ratio in the technological process of Formaldehyde. The policy is based on manually operated practice. The control system is composed of a simple total distributed computer control system. Results of experiment show that the design is a better control scheme.
