This paper reviews previous service quality evaluations research on civilian airports in both China and worldwide. We determine our primary parameters of customer perceptions of civilian airports service quality indexes from service contacts and environments. We conduct empirical research on Dalian Airport as a case study. Through Exploratory Factor Analysis, the authors retrieved 4 dimensions of customer perception--the service facilities and environment, the basic service, the catering commercial service, and the information service. The reliability and validity of the 4-dimensional scale is further tested through Confirmatory Factor Analysis. This paper established a reliable and valid evaluation model of customer service quality perception of civilian airports. It can provide more valid guidance of airport service quality improvements.

Green sheets of BZN-based ceramics were formed using tape casting technique and a gold conductive paste was used as the inner electrode. The green chips were sintered at about 950°C. The multilayer filter is composed of two coupled stepped-impedance stripline resonators, and the input/output ports of the filter are implemented with coupling capacitors to resonators. The admittance matrix for equivalent circuit of the filter was obtained from the four-port coupled-line parameter matrix. The LTCC microwave filter was designed at center frequency of 1.8 GHz. The dimensions of the experimental filter are 4 mm × 3.8 mm × 1.6 mm.

BZN-based ceramics with low sintering temperature were prepared using a conventional route. Green sheets of ceramics were formed using tape casting technique. The laminated tapes were pressed together for forming multilayer microwave resonators. The green chips were sintered at about 950 °C. In order to adjust the resonant frequency of resonator, the width of the ground terminal electrode of the stripline can be changed. When the width of the ground terminal electrode varied from 1.0 to 2.4 mm, the resonant frequency of resonator changed from 0.971 GHz to 0.986 GHz. As the width of the ground terminal electrode increased, the resonant frequency of resonator varied slowly and then saturated. The maximum adjusting value of the resonant frequency of resonator is about 1.5%.

As the key component of a hydroelectric power generation system, hydraulic turbine plays a decisive role in the overall performance of the system. There are many sandy rivers in the world, and turbines working in these rivers are seriously damaged. Therefore, the research of flow in sandy water has great theoretical significance and practical value. Based on the specific hydrological conditions of a hydropower station, the solid–liquid two-phase flow in the whole flow passage of a Francis turbine with splitter blades in sandy water was numerically studied. A geometric model of the whole flow passage of the Francis turbine was established on the basis of given design parameters. The solid–liquid two-phase turbulent flows in Francis turbine runner under three different loads were numerically analyzed by using this model. The three different loads are as follows: Condition 1: single unit with 1/4 load, Condition 2: single unit with 1/2 load, and Condition 3: single unit with full load. The distributions of pressure and sand concentration on the leading side and the suction side of the runner blades, as well as the velocity vector distribution of water and sand on the horizontal section of the runner, were obtained under different load conditions. Therefore, the damages to various flow passage components by sand can be qualitatively predicated under various conditions. To guarantee the safety and stability of the unit, the adverse conditions shall be avoided, which can provide certain reference for plant operation.

Based on the interval tunnels between Fenghuang Xincun and Sha Yuan metro stations in Guangzhou City, the construction effects of the overlapped tunnels are researched. 3D Finite Element Method is also adopted. The distribution of stratum deformation and crown raising displacement of the lower tunnel are analyzed. Axial force, moment and stress changing of the overlapped tunnels during the different construction stages are discussed. The results show us that: the ground surface settlement trough of the overlapped tunnels is symmetrical; the crown raising displacement of the lower tunnel caused by the construction of the up tunnel is about 4∼6mm, and the total crown settlement is to decrease nearly 50% after the construction of the up tunnel; the changing of the inner force caused by the excavation is more complicated during the different construction stages, and the excavation of the up tunnel can obviously impact the lower tunnel that has already built, the adverse impact region locates in front of the working face 15m and back of that 20m. The conclusion is that lining inner force of the overlapped tunnel is favorable and endurable by the external load during the construction stage, and such design concept also can meet the requirement of the underground space's sustainable development and utilization.

The objective is to propose a cost estimating method which is fitted to recent continuously producing industrial context evolution. In order to quote the steel product price and control cost before production, estimating steel product cost accurately is important for steel enterprise. After analyzing the existing cost estimation methods, steel product cost estimation was given based on steel product features and process characteristics in this paper. Firstly, product features were extracted from the order information. Secondly, process chain was automatic generation by matching the product features and process chain attributes. If itpsilas failed, a new manual process chain was created according to product features, and process cost estimation was calculated by analyzing process cost constitutes. Finally, the model was demonstrated through an application in a steel enterprise.

High-quality diamond single crystals with micron grain size are synthesized with a new high-pressure and high-temperature (HPHT) synthesis technique in a cubic anvil high pressure apparatus. Morphology of the synthesized diamonds is observed by a scanning electron microscope (SEM). The samples are characterized using laser Raman spectra. The results show that the new synthesis technique improves the nucleation of diamond greatly, and diamond single crystals with perfect morphology and micron grain size are successfully synthesized, with the average grain size of about 6μm. This work provides a new synthesis technique to implement industrialization of high-quality diamond single crystals with super-fine grain size, and paves the way for future development.
