This study investigated to examine the relationship between information asymmetry and government ownership to dividend policy. Information asymmetry is measured using bid-ask spreads, while government ownership is measured using the number of government shares divided by the number of outstanding shares multiplied by 100 %. This study uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 9 sub-companies construction and building listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (ISE) in 2016-2019. The data used is quantitative data and data sources were taken from the company's annual financial statements. Descriptive statistics and panel data regression are used as data analysis tools. The results showed that information asymmetry has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, government ownership does not have a significant negative effect on dividend policy, and the interaction of information asymmetry and government ownership moderates the dividend policy.

At the beginning of the emergence of Covid-19, there was panic buying in Indonesia which caused an unusual situation in supply management. Although the handling of this epidemic has entered a "new normal", the availability of stocks of electronics, automotive, pharmaceuticals, food, and others is running low and out of control, so supply chain management is needed. The purpose of this article is to try to see the extent of the transformation in supply and demand in Indonesia. With this in-depth literature, the supply chain model is likely to transform globally, given that many companies are confused about management being unable to cope with drastic changes in the market. The demand patterns over the past period indicate a shift from offline to online storefronts. Even though it has now entered a transition to a new normal and shopping outlets are slowly opening up, online shopping or demand patterns are predicted to last a long time. Therefore, supply chain actors, especially farmers, logistics entrepreneurs, and shipping services, inevitably have to be able to quickly adapt to changing patterns in Indonesia. There is an imbalance between the demand and supply sides. Food supply chains tend to be unique in comparison to the supply chains of other products and services.

This article aims to analyse the effects of coal and minerals on human development index in South and East Kalimantan Provinces of Indonesia. Historically, Kalimantan was famously known as the largest contributor of coal and mineral production in Indonesia. Under Indonesia's fiscal decentralization policy which effectively ran since 2004, we test: do revenues from coal and minerals negatively affect Human Development Index (HDI)? By focusing on nine coal giant areas within these two provinces that have longer mining histories, and linking it with the coal boom event since the 2000’s, and using panel data analysis with fixed effects controlled, we find that coal and mineral revenues have a positive effect on HDI, contrary with resource curse hypothesis. The results remain consistent regardless of inclusion of other important covariates such as the past level of institutional quality and net student enrolment ratio, or whether revenues in all non-renewable resources are used. However, the positive impact found is small in magnitude. For example, for every 10 percentage points increase in the share in coal and mineral revenues in local government budgets, HDI increases by 0.0085 points, ceteris paribus.Keywords: Coal and mineral, Mining, Natural Resources, Human Development IndexJEL Classifications: H50, I15, I25, I31DOI: https://doi.org/10.32479/ijeep.8711

This paper presents the strengthening of the digital economy which acts as a stabilizer in the trade sector during the Covid-19 outbreak. In a contactless world, most interactions between customers and employees must occur virtually. While still making exceptions to some things, operating digitally is the only way to survive restrictions on activities by the government, including in the economic sector. The instructions for switching in a digitizing pattern are nothing new, they are simply brought into sharp focus. The most recent event, the Covid-19 outbreak, has accelerated a transformation, as evidenced by the sharp strengthening in the digitizing economic sector. Based on a literature study, the conclusions explain the opportunities for the digital economy to support the trade sector which experienced inconsistencies in growth tabulations during this outbreak. Through the perspective of neoliberalism, it can be used to explain how it is related to strengthening the digital economy with the stability of international trade at macro and micro levels.

Renewable energy is energy produced from natural sources, such as light, wind, rain, tidal currents, and geothermal, which is renewable or can naturally reappear after being used. In this study, a study of the effectiveness and efficiency of power plants in certain locations. For this reason, it is necessary to design a tool in the form of a data logger that is used to collect parameter data such as light intensity, electric voltage, electric current, power, temperature, humidity, wind speed, and others. The placement of the data logger will help in the basic test of the feasibility of using energy sources later. Data logger is a system that can record automatic parameters of current, voltage, power on solar panels and automatically record conditions of temperature, humidity in the solar panel. The results of logger data on light intensity for a more efficient placement of solar panels occur at location 1 Beach behind Kmpus UBH 1, where at that location has an average light intensity of 798.24 Cd.

I n this paper, the writer would like to investigate the sub-sectors of the economy categorized as superior, potential, and non-superior, determine the magnitude of multiplier income arising from the se sub-sector on household income and job opportunities, and identify the sub-sector of the economy which can be placed as a superior in Samarinda . This study employed Input-Output approach which later discovered several factors which were considered as superior, namely food and beverage indust ry ; Paper and printing industry; electricity; construction / building; land transport ation ; and other services, while the sub-sectors which were includ ed in non- superior categories we re rice, cassava, vegetables, fruits, other staple food crops, plantation crops, timber and forest products, fisheries, mining, timber industry, chemical industry, hotels, telecommunications, insurance, government, education services. In addition, the results of forward and backward linkages analysis and multiplier income calculating of household income and job opportunities found that those sub-sectors of food and beverage industry, building/ construction, other services, and land transportation were categorized into major sub-sectors.
