An original innovative prototype of dynamic Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) system for Electric Vehicle (EV) has been developed, integrated and demonstrated within the FABRIC European project [1] in Versailles-Satory, France. This charging solution consists in several charging spots along the lane. The antennas embedded below the road surface are concentrated, thus resulting in a high frequency of coupling/decoupling and in and impulsive charging. This paper describes an original experimental investigation aiming at a characterization the actual performances of such a prototype system in real driving conditions.
