Phishing emails have permeated our digital communication, taking advantage of vulnerabilities that the information technology system poses to users. Given the potential for further cybersecurity incidents, theft of personally identifiable information, and damage to organizations’ assets, cybersecurity professionals have implemented various mitigation practices to combat phishing emails. This paper categorizes current mitigation practices in relation to a sequential schema adopted from the situational crime prevention approach, so as to enable a more organized and strategic assessment of human and environmental vulnerabilities. Our model could be useful for cybersecurity professionals to further advance mitigation measures as an incident progresses and for criminologists and other academic researchers to reduce the severity of subsequent criminal incidents.

Supply chains are formed around the products they accommodate; timely adjustment of the products portfolio is essential for the supply chain's competitiveness. Product management decisions can be used as an operational strategic tool to adjust supply chain performance and strategy, i.e., through removing burdensome products, rollover, or revitalizing them. Despite the instrumental role of product deletion decisions, limited attention has been directed toward this operations management topic. This article introduces the product deletion score for the periodic and proactive product appraisal for possible revitalization and deletion decisions. For this purpose, a multimethod multicriteria decision-making framework is developed to provide a systematic approach for the strategic assessment of products. Given the depth and width of the product portfolios in the food industry and the complexities involved in their supply chain, a case study from this sector is conducted to inform other industry situations. Exploring the case-specific decision factors pertinent to this sector, we showed that product deletion decisions can be applied as a managerial instrument for adjusting the competitive and operational aspects of the supply chains.

Given that safety (toxicity) liabilities in drug development still account for a large proportion of development discontinuations and market withdrawals, establishing an appropriate safety prediction and evaluation strategy is an important topic. The theory of change links a strategy’s theory about the source of the conflict and the intervention philosophy to the implementation of programs and activities in the field. This paper focuses on strategic assessment at the national level, a step above the operational assessment at the departmental or agency level. The paper first discusses the importance of understanding a strategy’s theory of change and how policymakers at the national level think about the problem and how to intervene. The paper uses counterterrorism and conflict resolution strategy as examples. The author discusses two special challenges: how policymakers frame the desired outcome, and multiple theories. The author argues for strategic assessment officers to discuss a strategy’s theory or theories of change so that policymakers and national-level leaders can better understand how different theories drive their intervention plans and strategies. By improving policymakers’ understanding of their theory of change, and improve the clarity of the desired outcomes, strategic assessment officers can better measure the effectiveness of national-level strategies.

Health reform is a specific research object that is characterized by internal dynamics, depending on a number of external factors and effects on the health of the population. It is a versatile process and develops in a complex environment. Here we start from the understanding that improving the healthcare system needs different changes. The healthcare system‘s reform must not ignore the national specificities of the country concerned but should be done through the necessary variety of measures: purposefulness, lasting and long-term structural changes that cover the national, regional and local levels of the change. It must be acceptable both to the needs of citizens and professionals. Each organization has a definite and regular cycle of development. There are certain defects in it. These defects are always the expression of a particular process, which in most cases lead to crises in the organization. It may be due to factors in the external environment, but necessarily develops within the organization‘s internal environment. This brief commentary shows that the reform is organically inherent in any organization. It aims to protect the organization and to guarantee the fulfillment of its mission and its own development for a certain period. It is precisely the inevitability and necessity of reforms that I consider to be a mandatory addition to the definition of healthcare reform. We can summarize that healthcare reform is a process in which changes in health policy and normative basis are made simultaneously or consistently. They affect the economic relations, the institutions and the organizational and structural structure of the health system, in which it goes into a qualitatively new state. This process is inherent in each healthcare system during its development, as the aim is to increase its efficiency for citizens and society as a whole. In the various publications, as the beginning of the healthcare reform different years in the last decade of the last century have been indicated. The new healthcare legislation started in 1998-1999, but there are also opinions that the beginning of the reform dates back to 1989. Implementation of the reform is inconceivable without the adequate use of modern management approaches and methods without a new management style at all levels of the healthcare system. Here, a serious analysis of the health status of the population and the risk factors are made as well as the activity of the healthcare system. In the current era of rapid climate change, accurate characterization of climate-relevant gas dynamics – namely production, consumption, and net emissions – is required for all biomes, especially those ecosystems most susceptible to the impact of change. Marine environments include regions that act as net sources or sinks for numerous climate-active trace gases including methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O). The temporal and spatial distributions of CH4 and N2O are controlled by the interaction of complex biogeochemical and physical processes. To evaluate and quantify how these mechanisms affect marine CH4 and N2O cycling requires a combination of traditional scientific disciplines including oceanography, microbiology, and numerical modeling. Fundamental to these efforts is ensuring that the datasets produced by independent scientists are comparable and interoperable. Equally critical is transparent communication within the research community about the technical improvements required to increase our collective understanding of marine CH4 and N2O. A workshop sponsored by Ocean Carbon and Biogeochemistry (OCB) was organized to enhance dialogue and collaborations pertaining to marine CH4 and N2O. Here, we summarize the outcomes from the workshop to describe the challenges and opportunities for near-future CH4 and N2O research in the marine environment.

Global pandemic COVID-19 is in stage 4 of widespread local transmission in Bangladesh- the country which did not have a noteworthy health policy and legislative structures to combat COVID-19 like a pandemic. Early strategic planning and groundwork for evolving and established challenges are crucial to assemble resources and react in an appropriate timely manner. This article, therefore, focuses on the public perception of comparative lockdown scenario analysis and how they may affect the sustainable development and the strategic management regime of COVID-19 pandemic in Bangladesh socioeconomically. Response from 159 respondents was collected via a purposive sampling survey method through a questionnaire, and 54 statements were collected for scenario analysis. Datasets were analyzed through a set of statistical techniques including Principal Component Analysis (PCA), hierarchical Cluster Analysis (CA), Pearson’s correlation matrix (PCM), Linear regression analysis (LRA), and psychometric characteristics were included in the Classical Test Theory (CTT) analysis. There were good associations among the lockdown scenarios and response strategies to be formulated. This study presents a high-level, strategic assessment of the long-range implications of Oregon’s current forecast budget for highways. The current highway budget is insufficient to meet current state goals with respect to transportation system condition, requiring the Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) to prepare for strategic investment decisions. ODOT must conceive new ways to develop the most efficient use and management of facilities while accepting lower performance standards, shifted use of deteriorating facilities, and the need to allocate resources to priority locations.The Oregon Statewide Integrated Model was used to evaluate three hypothetical scenarios over a 20-year period, representing investment strategies implemented with budget increases and compared with the current 20-year forecast budget. The purpose of the analysis was to evaluate the potential impact of highway disinvestment on Oregon’s economic competitiveness. The primary focus was on bridges, as over half of Oregon’s bridges are nearing the end of their life cycle. Weight-restricted bridges significantly impact the cost of moving freight in Oregon, where over 70% of freight moves by truck. In addition, registered passenger vehicle records were used to estimate the impacts of deteriorating pavement conditions on Oregon highway users.

A positive matrimonial perspective can readily be applied as an analogy to the burgeoning union of Clean Energy + Impact Investing. While, separately, growing bodies of research exist on both industry segments, there is nothing in the literature that provides a meaningful synergistic assessment of the two, or the new ‘impact’ class into which they fit. With this in mind, the objectives of this article are to: (1) provide a practical overview of the impact investing industry, 2) summarize the clean energy industry, and 3) deliver a strategic assessment of the numerous synergies between the two segments and the resulting opportunities for dynamic mutual growth. Ultimately, the author argues for the development of a related new alternative investment class —Clean Energy Impact Investing—that is designed to capitalize on this catalytic growth opportunity. This analysis identifies knowledge gaps and critical issues that need to be addressed before the lofty potential of this union can be fully realized.

Accessibility planning with reference to sustainability and equity principles has been advocated as the best approach to deal with the urban mobility complexity. It has enabled the development of more sustainable and fair policies in relation to access provision. However, despite this paradigm shift, many planning initiatives in practice are still focused on assessing alternatives and proposing solutions, instead of centering on the understanding and assessment of problems as the primary activity of planning. Therefore, in order to contribute for the problem-oriented paradigm in the accessibility planning, this work proposes a strategic assessment methodology for unequal and inequitable distribution problems of accessibility and mobility. This methodology relies on spatial analysis techniques and allows the characterization of accessibility and mobility conditions, as well as the diagnosis of accessibility and mobility problems and their causal relationships. It was applied for the case of Lisbon and the results of the performed assessment allowed an intelligent reading of the problems considered. Specifically, it was found that Lisbon presents an unequal and inequitable distribution of job accessibility and mobility by private car and public transport, and also that job accessibility, along with other transportation, land-use and socioeconomic variables, impact the mobility levels of its citizens.

The article concerns the main disadvantages of the factor model application to assess the efficiency of the shareholders’ equity of the firm «DuPont» for the enterprises of the sanatorium- resort complex of the Republic of Crimea. The ways to overcome these disadvantages using the variance analysis are also discussed in the research. The study mostly proves a gradual transition from analytical methods for assessing an integrated soundness of an enterprise to the use of the activities systems adapted to the domestic realities and the resumptive strategic models of the factor analysis. The economy transformation and the increase of risk factors in the activity of the Crimean sanatorium-and-resort enterprises have recently updated the importance to apply strategic management methods of the sustainable development of economic entities. It also requires new methods to assess these entities financial sustainability. The purpose of this study is to propose a scientifically grounded version of an integrated strategic model of the factor analysis of financial sustainability, and this model will not contain the disadvantages of the well-known factor systems of the «DuPont» model. The research is based on the variance analysis of stability in time. The importance to limit the variation of strategic indices in time is associated with the need for their long-term stability and comparability when proving the prospective programs for an enterprise development. The novelty of the above method (model) is to prove and to apply a new factor connection among the financial coefficients. In contrast to the model of shareholders’ equity profitability analysis, two areas of company activities (that is typical for a western model) are correlated in the «DuPont» model modified by the author. Moreover, these areas are correlated without the mutual offset of the individual factors influence. The obtained model refers to mixed models of factor analysis and allows comparing the activity of the production sphere with the development of financial risk in an enterprise. A new multi-factor model (DFA) was substantiated in the result of the data analysis on the stability of a wide range of financial indices that form the complex financial stability of the Crimean sanatorium-and-resort enterprises. The obtained multi-factor model makes it possible to study the factors of the second level of subordination (which is important for the monitoring of the strategic program) and to analyze domestic enterprises without the assumptions and limitations that are peculiar to the «DuPont» models. Further the present study will concern the improvement of theoretic and methodology basis of financial and analytical methods to prove the parity role of the financial strategy in the whole system of strategic management of an enterprise and to establish the goals system at more detailed stages of the strategy implementation.

The Massachusetts Child Psychiatry Access Program is a statewide public mental health initiative designed to provide consultation, care navigation, and education to assist pediatric primary care providers in addressing mental health problems for children and families. To improve program performance, adapt to changes in the environment of pediatric primary care services, and ensure the program's long-term sustainability, program leadership in consultation with the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health embarked on a process of redesign. The redesign process is described, moving from an initial strategic assessment of program and the planning of structural and functional changes, through transition and implementation.

It explains the choices made by EU High Representative Federica Mogherini over this time period—including both the initial strategic assessment and the final EUGS. It provides a behind the scenes view on the players, the organization and the methods of work used to produce a strategic vision for the EU’s role in the world.

Background Structuring and implementation of an endorsed neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) results in decreased neonatal mortality. This study evaluated the implementation of formal training using the NRP in a private sector context of a middle income country. Methods Between 2008 and 2011, the National Collaborative Perinatal Neonatal Network (NCPNN) supported by the Ministry of Health piloted the implementation of NRP training in member hospitals throughout the country. Training of trainers (TOT) then providers (TOP) took place via workshops where a lecture was given followed by hands-on training using low-fidelity manikins. Pre- and post-workshop knowledge assessment and hands-on training evaluation were done. t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to compare mean differences in pre- and post-workshop scores and percent improvement across specialties and locations. Results Of 20 TOT participants, nine (45%) conducted NRP in their hospitals. Ten TOP workshops included 256 professionals. The majority were doctors (128, 50%), followed by nurses (99, 39%) and midwives (20, 8%). Overall pre-training scores (67.25 ± 16.00%) were significantly lower than post-training scores (87.48 ± 11.89%; P = 0.000); percent improvement among all participants was 37.12 ± 41.15%; P = 0.82). Nurses and participants from the northern governorate had highest mean difference in before/after scores (21.56 ± 12.32 and 23.29 ± 6.62, respectively). Midwives had the highest percent improvement (40.44 ± 47.28). All but 25 participants (9.8%) passed the megacode at the first attempt. Conclusions Implementing NRP training is essential to increase the knowledge and skills of health-care professionals. It is sustainable with support from the Ministry and other sources. Continuing education should be mandated at the Ministry of Health level.

The chi-square method was used to test for a statistically significant relationship, and the Cramer coefficient was used to determine the strength of the relationship. Around the world, international students and their parents are weighing their options as the pandemic wreaks havoc like never before on the overseas university education business. This study investigates the role of strategic performance measures (SPM) and information system (IS) limitations in strategic decision-making and their impact on public organizational performance. Based on 180 survey responses from senior official across Yogyakarta public organizations, the study found some evidences. First, SPM of efficiency and effectiveness are positively associated with organizational performance, whereas IS limitations did not. Second, SPM of efficiency is positively associated with both strategy implementation and strategy assessment decisions, but effectiveness is only significant with strategy implementation not for strategy assessment decisions. Third, data limitations are not significantly associated with either strategy implementation or strategy assessment decisions. Finally, SPM information use for strategy implementation and strategy assessment decisions have no significant with organizational performance. Urban regeneration is a complex and multi-faceted process. It can be defined a comprehensive and integrated vision of actions which aims to tackle urban problems and to improve the economic, social and environmental conditions. These strategies also involve several stakeholders which have different powers, interests and objectives in the transformation processes. Integrated evaluation tools are able to consider the multidimensionality of the urban context and the feedback of the different actors involved. These tools are mainly of use for the decision makers. This paper explores the use of Community Impact Evaluation (CIE) which is a multi-actor methodology that aims at defining the convenience of complex projects according to the social preferences expressed by different members of the community. In this paper, the CIE methodology is applied in a peculiar way in order to assess the different impacts generated by the 22@ Barcelona project, considering the effects at the different scales and over time. A synthetic analysis is conducted in order to estimate the nature and the intensity of the impacts among the different stakeholders. The evaluation shows the role of economic interest in urban regeneration processes and how the change in the political local context allowed a review of project.

This chapter outlines the public international law framework of the Antarctic Treaty to analyse the current position of three Antarctic territorialist countries—Argentina, Chile, and the UK—and whether and how their claims have interfered each other and in the Brazilian regional strategic assessment.

Mining poses serious and highly specific threats to biodiversity. However, mining can also be a means for financing alternative livelihood paths that, over the long-term, may prevent biodiversity loss. Complex and controversial issues associated with mining and biodiversity conservation are often simplified within a narrow frame oriented towards the negative impacts of mining at the site of extraction, rather than posed as a series of challenges for the conservation science community to embrace. Here, we synthesize core issues that, if better understood, may ensure coexistence between mining and conservation agendas. We illustrate how mining impacts biodiversity through diverse pathways and across spatial scales. We argue that traditional, site-based conservation approaches will have limited effect in preventing biodiversity loss against an increasing mining footprint, but opportunities to improve outcomes (e.g. through long-term strategic assessment and planning) do exist. While future mineral supply is uncertain, projections suggest demand will grow for many metals and shift mining operations towards more dispersed and biodiverse areas. Initiating dialogue between mining companies, policy-makers and conservation organizations is urgent, given the suite of international agendas simultaneously requiring more minerals but less biodiversity loss.

Scholars have succeeded in producing several explanations for why groups choose to pursue their policymaking goals in different venues. A synthetic framework that explains the choices these groups make is developed through two case studies describing a conflict over the environmental problem of agricultural field burning. Emergent, boundedly rational groups with a mission to clear the air of the pollutants associated with field burning are found to be choosing venues by strategically assessing the institutional context. The particular institutional context that matters involves three primary elements: the group’s mix of resources, opponents’ resource strengths, and the degree of venue accessibility. These initial choices allow groups to generate new resources, to learn about which strategies do and do not work, and to change venues on the basis of their new resources and what they have learned.

Models of corporate entrepreneurship have continued to advance in their ability to delineate the elements and relationships that comprise entrepreneurial activities within existing organizations; however, prior research has been limited in introducing the complexity present in these activities. In particular, feedback from discontinued and implemented opportunities has rarely been included and/or integrated with individual, organizational, and strategic variables in existing corporate entrepreneurship frameworks. We propose a system dynamics perspective to explain how entrepreneurship occurs within organizations. To accomplish this, we employ a framework that includes the four main activities of opportunity recognition, assessment, legitimation, and implementation. Feedback loops are used to show the connection to strategic assessment and entrepreneurial renewal that portray corporate entrepreneurship as an integration of entrepreneurial and strategic efforts. This model integrates a variety of perspectives that have been utilized in the literature and allows for activation at any point in the system dynamics process. In this paper, we provide theoretical background for our model, discuss our contributions to the literature, and suggest how scholars may implement and enhance this framework in future research efforts.

We argue that stakeholder commitment and cooperation is essential for the success of strategic coastal and marine management initiatives and draw upon social identity theory to explain how inter-group relationships can either support or hinder cooperation across stakeholder groups. We analyse data from interviews carried out with 24 coastal and marine stakeholders from the Northern Territory, Australia, looking at how stakeholders describe their objectives for coastal and marine management and evidence of social identity effects either facilitating or impeding cooperation between stakeholders. While most participants sought improvements to coastal and marine management, only some were thinking in terms of a more regional-scale, forward-looking and integrated approach. Strong social identity effects inhibiting cooperation between stakeholders were evident in many of the interviews. However, the interviews also revealed shared objectives (e.g., the need for more data, to avoid duplication of effort, and more transparent and systematic decision-making) that could serve as a basis for developing a common social identity, and fostering the commitment and cooperation needed for strategic coastal and marine management initiatives.

The purpose of this study is to provide strategic assessment and optimization strategies for development of tourism industry to reach sustainable tourism development in this city. The study uses three techniques namely; Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) and strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) to determine necessary guidelines for development of tourism in the city of Galugah, Iran. The study first uses SWOT to categorize different factors and then QSPM is applied to prioritize various factors. The results of this study show that presenting methods in initial process and analyzing assessment matrix of T2 external and internal factors i.e. pollution of environment and river and extinction of plants species by result of pollution and O2 i.e. suitable climate for developing natural Tourism efforts in summer have been recognized as most priority factors among external factors. Intense cold of region in summer (W3) and existence of unique amusement places (S5) such as Amarg were recognized as effective and most priority factors among internal factors on Tourism development of Galugah city. The effective incorporation of networking in the strategies of HEIs is one of the core issues in the development of current HEIs. This incorporation raises two major issues: the lack of tools to monitor the progress of networking and the lack of ability to generate needed and network-related insights for strategy. The aim of this article is to suggest a networking assessment tool and to apply it empirically. This tool consists of multi-criteria evaluation and evaluation with network pictures. It adapts simple additive weighting (SAW) – data normalisation and Social Network Analysis methods (SNA). The empirical application of the tool showed the possibility to assess and monitor the institution’s networking performance and support strategising in the fields of research and studies.

The Peoria Sustainability Commission (PSC) was formed in late 2008 with the mission “to transform Peoria into a community that promotes social equity, green economy, and a healthy environment.” Planning for sustainable development in Peoria required a strategic assessment and analysis of the prior work of similar commissions and interests of various stakeholders. Multiple meetings of diverse sets of stakeholders were held to identify critical issues, gaps, barriers, and drivers of success, and to coalesce around central themes to formulate key strategies for sustainable development in Peoria. These meetings revealed that a lack of focus and interdependencies between initiatives led to fragmentation and limited the opportunities for success. For example, the competition for school districts with higher-quality education led to increased sprawl and migration of population from downtown areas to the suburbs. The concomitant shrinking of the urban tax base in turn reduced the resources available for investment and improvement, resulting in a potential downward spiral in many cities, including Peoria. The long-term strategy of the PSC to address critical issues, barriers, drivers of success, and develop key strategies for the Peoria region is presented here.

This article aims to identify and quantify the significant dimensions of the main regulatory laws addressed to the Brazilian electricity sector, since the Constitution of 1988 until January 2013. To do so, we apply the methodology of content analysis to twenty regulatory pieces selected through consultation to the National Agency of Electric Energy (ANEEL), the Federal Government and the Congress. The original content of the laws, captured from the Diário Oficial da União, was selected and analyzed through the software Text Analysis. The search results show up significant and revealing. Individual analysis of regulatory parts shows that the dimensions of Environment and Structuring emerge in specific laws, unlike market dimensions, Financial and Monitoring, that manifest themselves strongly associated in regulatory legislation. The results make it clear that the major changes in the regulation of the Brazilian Electricity Sector, from the 1988 Federal Constitution, are present in Law 10,848 / 2004, 10,433 / 2002 and 12,783 / 2013. Este artículo tiene por objetivo establecer y cuantificar las dimensiones relevantes de las principales leyes reguladoras dirigidas al sector energético de Brasil desde la Constitución de 1988 hasta enero de 2013. Para esto, se aplica la metodología de análisis de contenido con veinte piezas reguladoras seleccionadas mediante consulta con la Agencia Nacional de Energía Eléctrica ( ANEEL ), el Gobierno Federal y el Congreso. El contenido original de las piezas, capturado del Boletín Oficial, se seleccionó y se analizó mediante el programa Text Analysis. Los resultados mostraron significativos y, al mismo tiempo, reveladores. El análisis individual de la legislación reguladora muestra que las dimensiones de Medio Ambiente y Estructuración emergen en leyes específicas, a diferencia de las dimensiones del Mercado, Financieros y de Monitoreo, que se manifiestan fuertemente asociados en la legislación reguladora. Los resultados ponen de manifiesto, todavía, que los grandes cambios en la regulación del sector eléctrico brasileño, de la Constitución Federal de 1988, están presentes en la Ley 10.848 / 2004, 10.433 / 2002 y 12.783 / 2013. Neste artigo, busca-se estabelecer e quantificar as dimensões relevantes das principais leis regulatórias endereçadas ao Setor de Energia Elétrica Brasileiro, desde a Constituição Federal de 1988 até janeiro de 2013. Para tanto, aplica-se a metodologia de análise de conteúdo a vinte peças regulatórias selecionadas por meio de consultas à Agencia Nacional de Energia Elétrica (ANEEL), Governo Federal e Congresso Nacional. O conteúdo original das peças, captado do Diário Oficial da União, foi selecionado e analisado por meio do programa Text Analysis. Os resultados mostram-se significativos e, ao mesmo tempo, reveladores. A análise individual da legislação regulatória mostra que as dimensões de Meio Ambiente e Estruturante emergem em Leis específicas, ao contrário das dimensões de Mercado, Financeira e de Monitoramento, que se manifestam fortemente associadas na legislação regulatória. Os resultados deixam claro ainda, que as grandes mudanças na regulação do Setor de Energia Elétrica Brasileiro, a partir da Constituição Federal de 1988, estão presentes nas Leis 10.848/2004, 10.433/2002 e 12.783/2013.

Helping Babies Breathe (HBB) is a global neonatal resuscitation program for resource-limited areas. This review of HBB provides readers with insight into the strategic assessment of global neonatal mortality that led to development of the program, how that assessment shaped the educational program as a catalyst for change, and how a global public–private alliance has promoted HBB implementation and continues to strive for sustainable improvement in newborn health.

The paper considers specific issues to be encountered while carrying out strategic assessment of performance of capital invested in the intellectual property assets. Intellectual property items gain value in the context of a certain strategy, which defines, how these items contribute to the strategic goals of a particular enterprise. Thus, the author concludes, additional while obligatory stage of strategic assessment of investment projects concerned should be incorporated in the procedure of evaluating economic efficiency of investments in the intellectual property assets. The essential part of strategic assessment of investments in the intellectual property assets/items is to ensure that the projects under consideration are aligned with the mission, goals and strategy of a given business unit. To make the strategic assessment efficient one should embrace the specifics of different strategies employed by the given business unit, strategic goals of investment activities, employed strategies of innovation, established procedures for using the technique of strategic goals decomposition and for creating the balanced scorecard.

Przedmiotem podjętej w opracowaniu analizy były instrumenty administracyjne wykorzystywane w procesie realizacji polityki ekologicznej. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na rolę i znaczenie pozwoleń emisyjnych, pozwoleń zintegrowanych, wodnoprawnych oraz na funkcjonujący system zarządzania środowiskiem( EMAS). Istotną kwestią, poddaną analizie z punktu widzenia administracji publicznej, była instytucja związana z przeprowadzaniem ocen oddziaływania na środowisko, w tym w szczególności ocen o charakterze strategicznym.
