Objectives. The theory of intersubjective management, designed to manage social processes in society, is aimed at achieving mutual understanding and consensus among heterogeneous actors united in self-organized communities. Actors who are aware of themselves in a problem situation (rather than just viewing it from the outside) are motivated to solve it, and joint decisions are made by the entire community of actors who are forced to negotiate with each other, realizing that their own resources are not enough to solve the problem. The use of modern information and communication technologies could allow to increase the effectiveness of the decision-making process and reduce its time, providing actors with the means of interacting each other in the process of seeking likeminded people, negotiating and reaching consensus. Therefore, the aim of the research is to find means of infocommunication support for the theory of intersubjective management which help to organize the interaction of actors who found themselves in difficult problem situations in everyday life.Method. The system approach, method of the comparative analysis are applied. For the purpose of better presentation the semantic mean of graphical visualization Free Mind is used.Result. The analysis of modern infocommunication facilities, the most popular among potential actors, is carried out and their comparison is made. The evaluation of the capabilities of all the analyzed means from the point of view of their suitability to the needs of intersubjective management is given. The choice of the most suitable infocommunication facility for use in the company "TBM-Povolzhje" is made.Conclusion. The analysis of infocommunication means allowed to present their wide spectrum for application in practice while using the theory of intersubjective management. Many aspects of spleen histophysiology in humans and mammals still remain unsolved until today. This includes the spleen in white rats. The presence of megakaryocytes in its parenchyma has been only briefly indicated in some papers. As for appropriate information, let alone illustration, it is not available even in manuals on histology or the current histological atlases. The aim of the study is to obtain comparative morphological data on the spleen and marrow megakaryocytes in white rats. The object of this study is the spleen and marrow of the mandibular bone of outbred white rats (n=17) weighing 180,0-200,0 g. Staining the spleen preparations and mandibular trabecular bone tissue paraffin sections with hematoxylin and eosin, Azur-II-eosin and according to Van Gieson. In the spleen of white rats, megakaryocytes they appear identical to the marrow megakaryocytes.

Modern understanding of innovation and the process of generating innovative ideas are traditionally associated with the technical sphere. Various innovative concepts alternated from J. Schumpeter time to nowadays are compared. Progress in the understanding of human beings role in the innovation process is shown. It is derived that the key role in the process of generating innovative ideas is played by the actor, who is aware of the problem situation from the inside. Thus, the result of the searching for the way out of the problem situation can be identified as innovative idea generation, and the ideas lying on the basis of social innovations should be based on the decisions of actors. Traditional scheme of social innovation design is complemented with the initial stage, which consists of awareness and finding the way out of the problem situation elements. These original procedures are proposed to carry out using intersubjective management approach.
