Traditional data sharing systems are facing new challenges when implementing access control with more and more complex data sharing requirements. Flexibility of user revocation in completely decentralized environments needs to be taken into account. In this paper, we propose a Key-Policy Attribute-Based Encryption scheme with Multiple Authorities and Flexible Revocation (MAFR-KP-ABE) to achieve the features of decentralized authorization and flexible revocation. We prove the security of our MAFR-KP-ABE scheme in the standard model and provide the comparison with relevant schemes to demonstrate its efficiency. Then we propose a fine-grained access control system based on MAFR-KP-ABE scheme and blockchain that matches the need of paid data sharing services with several security properties enhanced. Security analysis and system implementation are given subsequently to demonstrate our system efficient and secure.

Our study aimed to identify ultrasound characteristics of benign thyroid degenerative nodules and reveal the correlation between their sizes and 2017 ACR Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System (TI-RADS) categories. A total of 174 thyroid degenerative nodules were divided into three groups: 0.5–1 cm group (70 nodules), 1–2 cm group (27 nodules), and > 2 cm group (77 nodules). The ultrasound appearance of each nodule was evaluated, and the ACR TI-RADS scores and levels of the nodules were also calculated and compared among the three groups. The ultrasound appearance of degenerative nodules of different sizes is diversified, and the 0.5–1 cm group tended to have more malignant features and higher TI-RADS scores and categories. The scatterplot of Spearman correlation showed a significant negative correlation between the nodule sizes and TI-RADS categories. The 2017 ACR TI-RADS, which recommends fine-needle aspiration according to the nodule size and category, is still useful in managing these nodules, and following the clinical recommendations of ACR TI-RADS is necessary.

Purpose To compare the diagnostic performance of double contrast-enhanced ultrasound (DCEUS) and multi-detector row computed tomography (MDCT) in the gross classification of gastric cancer (GC) preoperatively. Methods 54 patients with histology proved GC were included in this retrospective study. The sensitivity and specificity of DCEUS and MDCT for the gross classification of GC was calculated and compared. The area under the curve (AUC) from a receiver operating characteristic curve analysis was used to evaluate the difference of the diagnostic performance between these two methods. Results There were no significant differences between DCEUS and MDCT in terms of AUC for early gastric cancer (EGC), Borrmann I, II, III and Borrmann (III + IV) (P = 0.248, 0.317, 0.717, 0.464 and 0.594, respectively). The accuracy of DCEUS in diagnosing EGC, Borrmann I, II and Borrmann (III + IV) was higher than that of MDCT (96% vs 92%; 96% vs 94%; 87% vs 80%; 83% vs 73%), while in determining Borrmann III and IV, that of DCEUS was lower than that of MDCT (72% vs 74%; 89% vs 96%). Conclusion Considering the revolution in clinical decision, prognosis evaluation, safety and non-invasion aspects, DCEUS can be used as the main alternative method for Borrmann classification of GC preoperatively.

Dyslipidemia is an emerging disease in China, especially in the presence of hypertension and diabetes mellitus. We investigated the association of dyslipidemia with the use of antihypertensive and antidiabetic agents. The study participants (n = 2423) were hypertensive and diabetic patients enrolled in a China nationwide registry. Serum mean ± (SD, except for serum triglycerides, median [interquatile range]) concentrations were 1.38 (0.97‐2.02) mmol/L, 4.85 ± 1.12 mmol/L, 1.30 ± 0.36 mmol/L, and 2.89 ± 0.92 mmol/L for triglycerides and total, high‐density lipoprotein (HDL), and low‐density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, respectively. The prevalence of dyslipidemia was 18.9%, 13.5%, 16.6%, and 37.7% for hypertriglyceridemia (serum triglycerides ≥2.3 mmol/L), hypercholesterolemia (total cholesterol ≥6.2 mmol/L or LDL cholesterol ≥4.1 mmol/L), low HDL cholesterol (HDL cholesterol, The prevalence of dyslipidemia differed between treated and untreated hypertension and diabetes mellitus in favor of treatment, in spite of some compromise in HDL cholesterol with the use of some antihypertensive or antidiabetic medications.

The relationship of physiological serum total bile acid (TBA) levels with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), however, has not been determined. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between physiological serum TBA and DPN.Patients and Methods: In total, 856 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) aged 20– 89 years were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. Serum TBA was measured, and its relationship with DPN and other parameters was analyzed.Results: T2DM patients with DPN had significantly lower serum TBA compared with those without (P< 0.01). Serum TBA was negatively associated with glycated hemoglobin A1C, plateletcrit, fibrinogen, urine albumin-to-creatinine ratio, vibration perception thresholds, and prevalence of DPN, peripheral arterial disease, and diabetic foot ulceration after adjustment for age, sex, and body mass index (P< 0.01 or P< 0.05). A graded association with prevalence of DPN and increase in serum TBA quartiles was observed (P for trend < 0.01), and there was an 48.2% decreased risk of DPN in the highest quartile of serum TBA versus the lowest quartile (95% CI 0.299– 0.617; P=0.000) after multivariate adjustment. Receiver-operating characteristic analysis revealed that the optimal cutoff point of serum TBA to indicate DPN was 2.85 μmol/L (sensitivity 77.6% and specificity 45.6%).Conclusion: These findings suggest that lower physiological serum TBA level may be associated with the prevalence of DPN in T2DM patients and may be a potential biomarker for DPN.Keywords: total bile acid, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, type 2 diabetes mellitus, Chinese population

Cardiovascular disease which is associated with cardiac dysfunction, usually measured with circulating levels of B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), has been associated with incidence and progression of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). The potential relationship of circulating physiological levels of BNP with DPN, however, has not been reported. Circulating levels of BNP were measured in 258 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and participants were divided into a DPN group ( n = 61 ) and no DPN group ( n = 197 ). The relationship between circulating physiological levels of BNP and DPN and other parameters was analyzed. Circulating levels of BNP were significantly elevated in T2DM patients with DPN compared to those without ( P = 0.001 ). Circulating levels of BNP were significantly and positively associated with systolic blood pressure ( P = 0.035 ), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio ( P = 0.007 ), creatinine ( P = 0.030 ), vibration perception threshold values ( P = 0.021 ), and the prevalence of diabetic foot ulceration ( P = 0.039 ), peripheral arterial disease ( P = 0.013 ), DPN ( P = 0.032 ), and diabetic nephropathy ( P = 0.020 ) and negatively with lymphocyte count ( P = 0.003 ) and ankle-brachial index ( P = 0.038 ), irrespective of age, sex, and body mass index. Moreover, circulating levels of BNP was an independent decisive factor for the presence of DPN after multivariate adjustment (odds ratio, 1.044; 95% confidence interval, 1.006-1.084; P = 0.024 ). Additionally, the higher quartiles of circulating BNP were related significantly to an increased risk of DPN compared to the lowest quartile ( P = 0.003 ). Last but most importantly, the analysis of receiver operating characteristic curves revealed that the best cutoff value for circulating levels of BNP to predict DPN was 15.18 pg/mL (sensitivity 78.7% and specificity 48.2%). These findings suggest that high circulating physiological levels of BNP may be associated with the development of DPN and may be a potential biomarker for DPN in patients with T2DM.

Besides generating vision, light modulates various physiological functions, including mood. While light therapy applied in the daytime is known to have anti-depressive properties, excessive light exposure at night has been reportedly associated with depressive symptoms. The neural mechanisms underlying this day-night difference in the effects of light are unknown. Using a light-at-night (LAN) paradigm in mice, we showed that LAN induced depressive-like behaviors without disturbing the circadian rhythm. This effect was mediated by a neural pathway from retinal melanopsin-expressing ganglion cells to the dorsal perihabenular nucleus (dpHb) to the nucleus accumbens (NAc). Importantly, the dpHb was gated by the circadian rhythm, being more excitable at night than during the day. This indicates that the ipRGC→dpHb→NAc pathway preferentially conducts light signals at night, thereby mediating LAN-induced depressive-like behaviors. These findings may be relevant when considering the mental health effects of the prevalent nighttime illumination in the industrial world.

AIMS Our aim was to evaluate the serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D [25(OH)D] status in Chinese patients with alopecia areata (AA), female pattern hair loss (FPHL), and male androgenetic alopecia (MAGA) compared with healthy individuals. METHODS We performed a case-control study including 443 AA patients, 657 FPHL patients, 777 MAGA patients, and 2070 normal controls (1064 male and 1006 female healthy individuals) from 2015 to 2017 to analyze the correlation of serum 25(OH)D levels and hair loss in a Chinese population. This paper explores new developments in cyber content management strategies in China by highlighting the rise of participatory, peer-to-peer censoring practices, and examining how the People's Daily have responded to the contentious events in the top 20 public opinion incidents of 2016, to illustrate how official media uses different types of management strategies to mediate and demobilise contention, on top of information containment strategies such as censorship. I also discuss briefly the creation of a Digital United Front which seeks to incorporate social influencers and cyber elites into mainstream political institutions such as the CPPCC. Not only do these strategies further undermine the formation of a political locus opposite the state, they continue to subsume previously oppositional narratives into grander narratives of stability and national progress. Online political participation in Chinese cyberspace must seek further paternalistic protection from Party authorities in order to legitimise their contention. Although this strengthens the Party-state's claim to legitimacy, ultimately this weakens the emergence of civil society in China as the only form of contention that can survive is those that are legitimised by the Party-state, and the political space oppositional to the state remain closed off.

This paper provides a combinatorial characterization of weak algebraic manipulation detection (AMD) codes via a kind of generalized external difference families called bounded standard weighted external difference families (BSWEDFs). By means of this characterization, we improve a known lower bound on the maximum probability of successful tampering for the adversary's all possible strategies in weak AMD codes. We clarify the relationship between weak AMD codes and BSWEDFs with various properties. We also propose several explicit constructions for BSWEDFs, some of which can generate new optimal weak AMD codes.

Few systemic studies of psychotic depression (PD) have been conducted in first-episode and drug-naïve (FEDN) patients. This study was to examine the prevalence of PD and its clinical correlates in a large sample of FEDN outpatients with major depressive disorder (MDD) in a Chinese Han population, which to our best knowledge has not been studied.In this cross-sectional study, a total of 1718 FEDN MDD outpatients were recruited. All patients were rated on the positive symptom subscale of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) for psychotic symptoms, the 17-item Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD-17) for depression and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA) for anxiety.The prevalence of PD was 10.0% (171/1718) in MDD patients. Compared to the non-PD patients, PD patients had significantly older age, lower educational levels, higher anxiety symptom score and were more likely to attempt suicide. Further logistic regression analysis indicated that PD was associated with older age, suicide attempt and comorbid anxiety (all p 0.05). Multiple regression analyses showed that both HAMD and HAMA total scores were significantly associated with PANSS positive symptom subscale score.Our cross-sectional study design does not show a direct causal relationship between psychiatric symptoms and related factors in patients with MDD.Our results suggest a high prevalence of PD in MDD patients in the acute early stage in a Chinese Han population, which is associated with demographic variables and clinical symptoms.

Aim EphB3 and dysadherin are involved in tumorigenesis and progression of many neoplasms. However, the roles of EphB3 and dysadherin in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ECC) remain to be revealed. In this study, we aimed to evaluate the expression of EphB3 and dysadherin, and investigate their clinicopathological significance in ECC. Methods We examined EphB3 and dysadherin expression in 100 ECC, 30 peritumoral tissues, 10 adenoma and 15 normal biliary tract tissues using EnVision immunohistochemistry. The relationship between EphB3 or dysadherin expression and clinicopathological features was evaluated using the χ2 test or Fisher's exact test. The overall survival of ECC patients was analyzed using Kaplan-Meier univariate survival analysis and Log rank tests. Results We found that EphB3 expression was significantly down-regulated and dysadherin expression was significantly up-regulated in ECC tissues compared with normal tissues (P < 0.01). EphB3 expression was negatively correlated with dysadherin expression in ECC (P < 0.01). The positive rate of EphB3 expression and negative rate of dysadherin expression was significantly higher in patients with well-differentiated type, no lymph node metastasis, no surrounding tissues and organs invasion, early TNM stages (I + II) and radical resection (P < 0.01). The survival of ECC patients with positive EphB3 or negative dysadherin expression was significantly longer than patients with negative EphB3 or positive dysadherin expression (P < 0.01). Cox multivariate analysis demonstrated that negative EphB3 or positive dysadherin expression were independent poor prognostic factors in ECC patients. The ROC curves suggested that EphB3 and dysadherin combined diagnostic efficacy (AUC=0.688, 95%CI: 0.603-0.772) was significantly higher EphB3 diagnostic efficacy (AUC=0.654, 95%CI: 0.564-0.743) or dysadherin diagnostic efficacy (AUC=0.648, 95%CI: 0.558-0.737) alone. Conclusion EphB3 and dysadherin are involved in the carcinogenesis and progression of ECC, and ECC patients with negative EphB3 or positive dysadherin expression have a poor prognosis.

Cloud storage systems provide a flexible, convenient and friendly way for users to outsource data. However, users lose control of their data once outsourcing them to the cloud. Public auditing was introduced to ensure data integrity, in which a third-party auditor (TPA) is delegated to execute auditing tasks. In general, TPA generates and sends challenge information to the cloud server (CS), which proves data possession accordingly. However, the TPA may not perform public auditing protocol honestly or may even collude with CS to deceive users. Some existing public auditing schemes utilize blockchain to resist against the malicious TPA. However, the CS may guess the challenge messages and there is a risk that users' information may be leaked to the TPA during the process of auditing. In this paper, we propose a decentralized and privacy-preserving public auditing scheme based on blockchain (DBPA), in which a blockchain is utilized as an unpredictable source for the generation of (random) challenge information, and the auditor is required to record the audit process onto the blockchain. Due to the characteristics of blockchain, users can check the audit results publicly. Moreover, zero-knowledge proof is used in DBPA to protect user's privacy during the audit process so that the response information returned by the CS does not leak information about user's data. Security analysis and performance evaluation show that DBPA is secure and efficient.

Background We investigated the association of alcohol consumption with cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular mortality in elderly Chinese men. Methods Our participants were recruited from residents living in a suburban town of Shanghai (≥60 years of age, n = 1702). Alcohol intake was classified as non-drinkers, past drinkers (stopped drinking for ≥12 months), and current light-to-moderate (1 to 299 g/week) and heavy drinkers (≥300 g/week). Alcoholic beverages were classified as beer/wine, rice aperitif and liquor/mix drinking. Results During 5.9 years (median) of follow-up, all-cause, cardiovascular and non-cardiovascular deaths occurred in 211, 98 and 113 participants, respectively. The corresponding incidence rates were 23.6/1000, 10.9/1000 and 12.6/1000 person-years, respectively. Both before and after adjustment for confounding factors, compared with non-drinkers (n = 843), past drinkers (n = 241), but not the current light-to-moderate (n = 241) or heavy drinkers (n = 377), had a higher risk of all-cause (adjusted hazard ratio [HR] 1.90, 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.35–2.68, P = 0.0003) and non-cardiovascular mortality (HR 2.46, 95% CI 1.55–3.91, P = 0.0001). Similar trends were observed for cardiovascular mortality (HR 1.44, 95% CI 0.85–2.44, P = 0.18). In similar unadjusted and adjusted analyses, compared with the current beer/wine drinkers (n = 203), liquor/mix drinkers (n = 142), but not aperitif drinkers (n = 273), had a significantly higher risk of all-cause (HR 3.07, 95% CI 1.39–6.79, P = 0.006), and cardiovascular mortality (HR 10.49, 95% CI 2.00–55.22, P = 0.006). Similar trends were observed for non-cardiovascular mortality (HR 1.94, 95% CI 0.73–5.16, P = 0.18). Conclusions Our study showed risks of mortality associated with past drinking and liquor drinking in the elderly Chinese men.

Background Limited studies regarding the correlation of lipid accumulation product (LAP) with a decreased estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) have yielded conflicting findings, and no report has demonstrated the relationship of LAP with chronic kidney disease (CKD), defined as the presence of albuminuria and/or a decreased eGFR. The purpose of this study was to estimate the possible correlation of LAP with CKD prevalence in Chinese community adults. Method In this cross-sectional study, LAP level of 7202 participants (age ≥ 40 years) was determined, and its possible association with CKD was evaluated by a multiple logistic regression model. Results Compared with subjects with non-CKD, non-albuminuria, and high eGFR, LAP levels significantly increased in female not male subjects with CKD, albuminuria, and low eGFR, respectively (all P P P Conclusions High LAP levels might be significantly associated with risk of CKD prevalence in community-dwelling Chinese female adults, which may inform both public health recommendations and clinical practice.

Background Previous studies that explored the relationship of serum albumin with diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) have indicated inconsistent results. Thus, the present study aimed to evaluated the association between serum albumin and DPN, defined as vibration perception threshold (VPT) values ≥ 25 V and/or inability to feel the monofilament, in Chinese patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods 1465 T2DM patients aged ≥ 16 years, who completed the measurement of serum albumin and DPN screening between 2012 and 2015, were included in the cross-sectional study. Correlation and multivariate logistic regression analysis models were used to evaluate the possible relationship between serum albumin and DPN. Results Patients with higher quartiles of serum albumin had significantly lower VPT values and prevalence of DPN compared with those with lower quartiles (P for trend P P for trend P Conclusions Decreased levels of serum albumin might be correlated with increased risk of DPN in Chinese patients with T2DM. Future longitudinal studies with large samples are warranted to confirm our findings, and elucidate putative mechanisms for the association.

A combination of plasmonic nanoparticles with a semiconductor is a feasible approach to realize multiple color exhibitions. The phenomenon is based on plasmon-driven charge separation between electrons and metal ions, but suitable only for light excitation with different wavelengths. Here, we introduce a color-adjustable method under monochromatic light irradiation. A smart strategy is proposed to construct sandwich structures of a hydrogel coating layer, thermally deposited Ag nanoparticles, and mesoporous T i O 2 matrices. The contacting mode of T i O 2 and nano-Ag at the Schottky interface is strongly dependent on the pore morphology of the oxide. Surface and interface plasmon resonances result in sample color switching from cyan to green and from brown to purple, respectively. The color response ability is further controlled by hydrogel coating, besides the exciting light wavelength. This Letter paves a bright way for colorful displays and information encryption.

There is a deficiency of peripheral markers for assessing COPD activity, and the current study was conducted to explore whether peripheral CD4+ T cell populations based on CD25 and Foxp3 expression could serve as an indicator for COPD inflammatory activity.Methods: The distribution and phenotypic characteristics of CD4+CD25±Foxp3± T cells from peripheral blood in different populations were determined by flow cytometry. The model for the differentiation of CD4+ T cells populations by CD25 and Foxp3 expression was explored in vitro.Results: The frequencies of peripheral CD4+CD25+Foxp3− T cells and CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells were increased in AECOPD patients, whereas the frequency of CD4+CD25−Foxp3+ T cells was increased in SCOPD patients without receiving systemic treatment. Phenotypic analysis revealed that CD4+CD25+Foxp3− T cells, CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells and CD4+CD25−Foxp3+ T cells had received antigenic stimulation and resembled central memory or effector memory T cells. The differentiation of CD4+ T cells populations by CD25 and Foxp3 expression was dictated by TCR signals. The paired study indicated that the frequencies of CD4+CD25+Foxp3− T cells, CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T cells and CD4+CD25− Foxp3+ T cells were decreased while the frequency of CD4+CD25−Foxp3− T cells were increased in the same patients from AECOPD to convalescence.Conclusions: Collectively, we propose that the dynamic changes of CD4+ T cell populations by CD25 and Foxp3 expression could function as potential biomarkers for reflecting inflammatory activity in COPD.Keywords: COPD, CD4+ T cell subsets, inflammation, peripheral biomarkers

OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study was to compare the sensitivity and specificity of double contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) in the preoperative tumor staging of gastric cancer (GC) to stratify patients for suitable treatment. METHODS Fifty-four patients with GC proved by histologic findings were included. The sensitivity and specificity of double CEUS and MDCT for tumor staging were calculated and compared. The differences between these methods were evaluated by using the area under the curve (AUC) from a receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. RESULTS There were no significant differences in AUC values for T1 and T2 stages between double CEUS and MDCT (P = .190 and .256, respectively). IntroductionThis study aimed to explore the potential genetic and epigenetic mechanisms associated with IDO1 mRNA dysregulation in esophageal cancer (ESCA).Material and methodsData from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA)-ESCA and The Genotype-Tissue Expression (GTEx) project were obtained for analysis. Subgroup analysis was performed in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) and esophageal adenocarcinoma (ESAD) respectively.ResultsIDO1 expression was significantly upregulated in ESAD and ESCC tissues than in normal esophagus. Although gene-level copy number alterations were common in both ESAD and ESCC, they were not associated with IDO1 dysregulation. Among 3 CpG sites (cg10262052 and cg08465774 in promoter and cg24188163 in gene body) in IDO1 gene locus examined, only cg10262052 was hypomethylated in cancerous tissues than in normal tissues in ESAD. All 3 sites showed significantly different methylation in ESCC than in normal tissues, among which cg10262052 and cg08465774 were hypomethylated, while cg24188163 was hypomethylated. Correlation analysis confirmed negative correlations between cg10262052/cg08465774 methylation and IDO1 expression while cg24188163 methylation was positively correlated with IDO1 expression (Pearson’s r=0.45) in ESCC patients. Genomic study confirmed that cg24188163 is in the flanking region of an intragenic promoter of IDO1. IDO1 expression had an independent prognostic value in terms of OS in ESCC patients (HR: 1.183, 95%CI: 1.025-1.367, p=0.022), but was not a risk factor of unfavorable OS in ESAD patients.ConclusionsIDO1 mRNA upregulation was associated with both promoter hypomethylation and gene body hypermethylation in ESCC. Summary Background Screening for atrial fibrillation before onset of symptoms and the subsequent initiation of oral anticoagulants could prevent stroke and death. The most cost-effective strategy to screen for atrial fibrillation in a population at high risk aged 65 years and older is unknown. Therefore, we aimed to investigate whether more frequent electrocardiography (ECG) recordings would significantly improve the detection of atrial fibrillation compared with annual ECG screenings. Methods We did a randomised controlled trial that compared different screening frequencies of 30 s single-lead ECG (AliveCor Heart Monitor) in the detection of atrial fibrillation in Chinese residents (≥65 years) in five community health centres in Shanghai, China. Only participants without history of atrial fibrillation and without atrial fibrillation rhythm at baseline were eligible for inclusion in the trial. Random assignment was done with the use of a random number table and stratified for study site. Participants were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to annual or quarterly screening groups. The quarterly screening group was further randomly assigned in a 3:1 ratio to subgroups of quarterly screening and quarterly screening plus (which involved ECG screening once per week for the first month of follow-up, then quarterly for the remainder of follow-up). The primary outcome was the detection rate of atrial fibrillation. The intention-to-treat analysis was done for all randomly assigned patients who had at least one ECG recording during follow-up. This trial was registered at ClinicalTrials.gov , NCT02990741 , and terminated on Oct 31, 2020. Findings Between April 17, 2017, and June 26, 2018, 8240 participants were randomly assigned to annual screening (n=4120), quarterly screening (n=3090), and quarterly screening plus (n=1030), with a mean number of ECG recordings of 1·6 (SD 0·5) for annual screening, 3·5 (1·5) for quarterly screening, and 5·2 (2·9) for quarterly screening plus during a median of 2·1 years follow-up (13 284 person-years). 73 incident cases of atrial fibrillation occurred: 26 in the annual screening group (4·1 per 1000 person-years) and 47 in the quarterly screening group (6·7 per 1000 person-years. Quarterly screening was associated with a significant increase in the detection rate of atrial fibrillation, compared with annual screening (hazard ratio [HR] 1·71; 95% CI 1·06–2·76; p=0·029). 40 incident cases were detected in quarterly screening (7·2 per 1000 person-years; HR compared to annual screening, 1·83; 95% CI 1·12–3·00; p=0·017) and seven in the quarterly screening plus group (4·8 per 1000 person-years; HR compared with annual screening, 1·24; 0·54–2·86; p=0·61). No significant difference was noted between quarterly screening and the quarterly screening plus group (HR of quarterly screening plus compared with quarterly screening, 0·68; 0·30–1·52; p=0·35). Interpretation Quarterly 30 s single-lead ECG screening was associated with a significantly higher detection rate of incident atrial fibrillation compared with annual screening, but additional once per week screenings in the first month did not yield an added predictive value. In this paper, we analyze the location-following processing of the image by successive approximation with the need for directed privacy. To solve the detection problem of moving the human body in the dynamic background, the motion target detection module integrates the two ideas of feature information detection and human body model segmentation detection and combines the deep learning framework to complete the detection of the human body by detecting the feature points of key parts of the human body. The detection of human key points depends on the human pose estimation algorithm, so the research in this paper is based on the bottom-up model in the multiperson pose estimation method; firstly, all the human key points in the image are detected by feature extraction through the convolutional neural network, and then the accurate labelling of human key points is achieved by using the heat map and offset fusion optimization method in the feature point confidence map prediction, and finally, the human body detection results are obtained. In the study of the correlation algorithm, this paper combines the HOG feature extraction of the KCF algorithm and the scale filter of the DSST algorithm to form a fusion correlation filter based on the principle study of the MOSSE correlation filter. The algorithm solves the problems of lack of scale estimation of KCF algorithm and low real-time rate of DSST algorithm and improves the tracking accuracy while ensuring the real-time performance of the algorithm.

Noble-metal/metal-oxide-semiconductor nanostructures as an important material platform have been applied in massive data storage. ZnO exhibits excellent optical modulation ability. However, plasmon induced charge separation effect in Ag/ZnO systems is very weak due to the low chemical activity on surface of the oxide. Herein, we prepare ZnO nanowire arrays via the hydrothermal method, and measure their absorption spectra, photoluminescence spectra and electron paramagnetic resonance, proving the existence of oxygen defects in ZnO. Accordingly, an idea of “electron reverse transfer” is proposed such that blue-ray (403.4 nm) induces reduction of Ag+ ions through the excitation of ZnO. Rod-like and spherical silver nanoparticles emerge on the surface and in the gap of ZnO nanowire arrays, respectively, after the visible light stimulus. It is found that nanowire density, oxygen defects and surface roughness are dependent on hydrothermal time. The optimized diffraction efficiency of 0.08% is obtained for reconstructing hologram in the nanocomposite film. This work provides a bright way for construction of ZnO-based optoelectronic integrated devices.

Aims. Omentin-1, a newly identified adipokine, has been demonstrated to be associated with bone metabolism, but the results have been inconsistent. Moreover, the potential relationship of circulating omentin-1 with diabetic osteoporosis has never been reported. This study is intended for studying the association between circulating omentin-1, bone mineral density (BMD), prior fragility fractures, and other bone metabolic-related parameters. Methods. Circulating omentin-1 levels were measured in 172 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and participants were divided into the normal BMD group ( n = 52 ), the osteopenia group ( n = 66 ), and the osteoporosis group ( n = 54 ). The relationship between circulating omentin-1 and diabetic osteoporosis and other parameters was analyzed. Results. Circulating omentin-1 was significantly higher in the osteoporosis group than in the normal group and in the osteopenia group (both P < 0.05 ). Circulating omentin-1 levels were correlated significantly and positively with sex; high-density lipoprotein cholesterol; apolipoprotein A; and prevalence of prior fragility fractures, diabetic nephropathy, and retinopathy; they were correlated negatively with diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, hemoglobin, atherogenic index of plasma, osteoporosis self-assessment tool for Asians, BMD at different skeletal sites, and corresponding T scores, irrespective of age, sex, and body mass index ( P < 0.01 or P < 0.05 ). Moreover, circulating omentin-1 was an independent decisive factor for the presence of osteoporosis only in women after multivariate adjustment (odds ratio: 1.069; 95% confidence interval: 1.003-1.139; P < 0.05 ). Lastly, the analysis of receiver operating characteristic curves revealed that the best cutoff value for circulating omentin-1 to predict diabetic osteoporosis was 15.37 ng/mL (sensitivity: 71.7%; specificity: 58.5%) in female subjects. Conclusions. High levels of circulating omentin-1 may be associated with the development of osteoporosis in female diabetic subjects and may be a potential biomarker for diabetic osteoporosis in women.

This article aims to introduce a novel anatomical scanning method which requires scanning according to varied anatomic positions of the appendix based on the widely used graded compression method. We suggest placing the probe longitudinally in the region of the terminal cecum and moving it laterally to explore the sub-cecal appendix. The probe should be placed transversely on the medial side of the cecum to explore the pre-ileal appendix or post-ileal appendix. Placing the probe perpendicularly along external iliac vessels can help explore the pelvic appendix. The probe should be placed transversely on the paracolic sulci, and moved along the paracolic sulci to observe the extra-peritoneal appendix. Using the cephalic end of the probe as a pivot, push and squeeze the cecum to make it move bilaterally as much as possible, in order to expose the retrocecal appendix behind the air-filled cecum. It is our belief that this anatomical scanning method will greatly improve appendix detection rate and diagnostic accuracy, and provide guidance for surgical localization.

Morphine is frequently used for pain relief, but long-term morphine therapy in patients with chronic pain results in analgesic tolerance and hyperalgesia. There are no effective therapeutic treatments that limit these detrimental side effects. We found pretreatment with melatonin could decrease morphine-induced analgesic tolerance. There was a significant activation of the NLRP3 inflammasome in the prefrontal cortex and the peripheral blood of morphine-treated mice compared to control animals, which could be blocked by melatonin. The inflammasome activation induced by morphine was mediated by the microglia. SiRNA knockdown or pharmacological inhibition of the NLRP3 abolished the morphine-induced inflammasome activation. Co-administration of melatonin and low-dose morphine had better analgesia effects in the murine models of pain and led to a lower NLRP3 inflammasome activity in brain tissues. Mice deficient for Nlrp3 had a higher nociceptive threshold and were less sensitive to develop morphine-induced analgesic tolerance and acetic acid-induced pain relative to wild-type animals. Concordantly, we observed a significantly elevated level of serum IL-1β, which indicates an increase of NLRP3 inflammasome activity associated with the reduced level of serum melatonin, in heroin-addicted patients relative to healthy individuals. Our results provide a solid basis for conducting a clinical trial with the co-administration of melatonin and morphine for the relief of severe pain., Highlights • Melatonin blocks murine morphine analgesic tolerance via NLRP3 inflammasome. • Melatonin eliminates excessive ROS and CTSB induced by morphine. • Deficiency of Nlrp3 salvages morphine analgesic tolerance. • Melatonin combined with a low dose of morphine can be used for relieving pain.

Background Altered circulating levels and genetic variation of B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP), has been associated with lower bone mineral density (BMD) values and incidence of osteoporosis in peritoneal dialysis patients, renal transplant recipients, and postmenopausal women. The potential relationship of circulating BNP with osteoporosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), however, has not yet been studied. Methods Circulating BNP levels were measured in 314 patients with T2DM, and participants were divided into normal BMD group (n = 73), osteopenia group (n = 120), and osteoporosis group (n = 121). The article will firstly understand the reliability status of China's vertical machining centers and the research done by domestic and foreign scholars on the reliability of CNC machine tools, and then analyze the effect of the concept of “Made in Zhejiang” on its reliability improvement from the aspect of reliability test standards. Then according to the main parameters of FEELER NPB-1100A (#40) vertical machining center, design the vertical machining center reliability test according to the concept and requirements of “Made in Zhejiang”. Finally, the design content is compared with the current relevant national standards, which proves that the content meets the relevant requirements of “Made in Zhejiang” and puts forward suggestions for further improvement.

Autophagy is an evolutionarily conserved process in eukaryotes that processes the turnover of intracellular substances. Atherosclerosis is a disease caused by multiple factors, it mainly occurs on the walls of large and medium blood vessels and atherosclerotic plaques form in the intima of the blood vessels. Hyperlipidemia is considered to be a very dangerous factor leading to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, especially atherosclerosis. This chapter mainly introduces the key role of autophagy in hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis, that is, impaired lipophagy affects the degradation of triacylglycerol, cholesterol, etc., leading to hyperlipidemia in atherosclerosis. In patients, excessive levels of autophagy accelerate the rupture of atherosclerotic plaque. This chapter also describes the advances in the treatment of atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia by targeted autophagy.

Background Neuregulin 4 (Nrg4) is a novel neurotrophic adipokine associated with the development of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN), however, the pathological mechanism remains poorly understood. The purpose of our study was to investigate the association of circulating Nrg4 with DPN and 25-hydroxy vitamin D [25(OH)D], a multifunctional secosteroid hormone that regulates other neurotrophic factors and adipokines gene expression, and other diabetic vascular complications. Methods Circulating Nrg4 levels were measured with an ELISA kit in 164 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus (nT2DM) patients. The relationship between circulating Nrg4 and DPN and other parameters was analyzed. Results Circulating Nrg4 levels were significantly lower in nT2DM patients with DPN than those without, and subjects in the highest quartile of circulating Nrg4 had significantly lower vibration perception threshold (VPT), the prevalence of DPN, the proportion of persons with VPT > 25 V, and significantly higher circulating 25(OH)D (all P P P P > 0.05). Additionally,the prevalence of DPN and risk of DPN development were progressively decreased with increasing circulating Nrg4 quartiles, independently of potential confounding factors. Conclusions These data demonstrate that decreased levels of circulating Nrg4 might lead to the development of DPN through its close interaction with circulating 25(OH)D not with other diabetic vascular complications. Further prospective studies are needed to identify our findings in these populations.

Recently, targeted agents were reported to improve overall survival, progression-free survival (PFS), response rate, and quality of life compared with cytotoxic chemotherapies, which provides hope for the treatment of non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The network meta-analysis is applied to compare the efficacies and adverse events of five targeted agents (erlotinib, gefitinib, vandetanib, dacomitinib, and icotinib) for advanced or metastatic NSCLC. Nine eligible randomized controlled trials from PubMed and Cochrane Library database were included. Weighted mean difference, odds ratio, and surface under the cumulative ranking curve (SUCRA) values were evaluated for the efficacy and adverse events of the five targeted agents in the treatment of NSCLC. With regard to efficacy, the overall response rate (ORR) of advanced or metastatic NSCLC patients treated with gefitinib was relatively higher than those treated with placebo. Compared with patients treated with placebo, the disease control rate (DCR) of patients treated with erlotinib and with gefitinib was relatively higher. Furthermore, in terms of PFS and DCR, the SUCRA value of icotinib was the highest among the five targeted drugs. With regard to ORR, the SUCRA value of gefitinib was the highest among the five targeted drugs. In terms of fatigue, rash, and cough, erlotinib had the lowest SUCRA value, whereas vandetanib exhibited the lowest SUCRA value in terms of diarrhea. Our study suggests that the efficacies of gefitinib and icotinib for advanced or metastatic NSCLC were comparatively better, whereas the toxicities of erlotinib and vandetanib were relatively greater.

Background Although bilirubin has been generally regarded as a waste with potential neurotoxicity at high levels, a few clinical studies suggest a potential protective role of physiological serum total bilirubin (TBIL) concentrations in diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). However, the pathological mechanisms underlying the relationship remain poorly understood. The objective of this study was to explore the relationship between serum TBIL and DPN, and clinical and laboratory parameters. Methods Serum TBIL was measured in 1342 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The relationship between TBIL and DPN and other parameters was analyzed. Results Serum TBIL levels were significantly lower in T2DM patients with DPN, and were independently and negatively associated with vibration perception thresholds (VPT) (P P P P P Conclusions These findings suggest that lower physiological serum TBIL may be associated with the presence of DPN due to its decreased anti-inflammatory and vascular protective effects.

Purpose: Elevated glucose uptake is a hallmark of cancer. Fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) uptake was believed to indicate the aggressiveness of tumors and the standardized uptake value (SUV) is a well-known measurement for FDG uptake in positron emission tomography-computed tomography (PET/CT). However, the SUV is variable due to the heterogeneity of tumors. Methods: 126 patients with colorectal cancer underwent 18F-FDG PET/CT scanning before surgery between Jan 2011 and April 2016. Cancer-associated fibroblast (CAF) densities were calculated with the inForm Advanced image analysis software and were comparatively analyzed between patients with high and low maximum SUV (SUVmax-high and SUVmax-low). Glucose uptake was evaluated in induced and isolated CAFs and CAF-cocultured colon cancer HCT116 cells. Moreover, micro-PET/CT was performed on xenografted tumors and autoradiography was performed in the AOM/DSS induced colon cancer model. Results: CAFs were glycolytic, evidenced by glucose uptake and upregulated HK2 expression. Compared to non-activated fibroblasts (NAFs), CAFs were more dependent on glucose and sensitive to a glycolysis inhibitor. CAFs increased the SUVmax in xenograft tumors and spontaneous colon cancers. Moreover, multivariate analysis revealed that the SUVmax was only associated with tumor size among conventional parameters in colon cancer patients (126 cases, p = 0.009). Besides tumor size, the CAF density was the critical factor associated with SUVmax and outcome, which was 2.27 ± 0.74 and 1.68 ± 0.45 in the SUVmax-high and the SUVmax-low groups, respectively (p = 0.014). Conclusion: CAFs promote tumor progression and increase SUVmax of 18F-FDG, suggesting CAFs lead to the intratumor heterogeneity of the SUV and the SUVmax is a prognostic marker for cancer patients.

To evaluate the diagnostic performance of contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in differential diagnosis of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and colon cancer, we enrolled 51 patients with thickened bowel walls (13 with IBD and 38 with colon cancer). Ultrasound and CEUS were performed and both qualitative and quantitative features were analyzed. The intestinal wall stratification was preserved in 63.6% of the IBD group but in only 2.6% of the colon cancer group (p 0.01). On CEUS, disordered enhancement and heterogeneous enhancement were shown in only 9.1% and 0%, respectively, of the IBD group while in 94.7% and 78.9%, respectively, of the colon cancer group (p 0.01). For quantitative analysis, compared to IBD, colon cancer showed later enhancement and slower wash-out with less speed to reach peak intensity (p 0.05). In conclusion, CEUS may prove useful for the differential diagnosis of IBD and colon cancer, but more studies are required.

Rice is among the most important food crops, and feeds more than half of the world’s population. The freshness of rice decreases with storage time, therefore a fast and easy system for determining quality is greatly needed. We have investigated the potential of near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), combined with chemometric methods, for distinguishing rice samples of one, two, and three years of storage. A total of 240 rice samples were analyzed in this study. Principal components analysis (PCA) was initially conducted to look for possible clustering. Next, two pattern recognition methods (partial least-squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA), and nearest neighbor (KNN)) were compared for their usefulness in building classification models. All two scored high for sensitivity and specificity, but a difference was seen for predictive accuracy. PLS-DA achieved a 97% predictive accuracy, whereas the KNN model, built after first derivative spectral pretreatment, scored 100%. Therefore, NIRS coupled with chemometric methods can be considered as an effective method to classify rice from different years of storage. This article provides a new technology for the evaluation of rice freshness in the market.

Objectives This study aimed to compare the efficacy of shear wave elastography (SWE) and contrast-enhanced sonography in the differential diagnosis of superficial lymphadenopathy with abnormal imaging findings, which could not be otherwise confirmed by conventional sonography. Methods Forty-two enlarged superficial lymph nodes in 42 patients who met the screening criteria for this study were evaluated by both contrast-enhanced sonography and SWE. All lymph nodes underwent both methods using biopsy pathologic findings as a reference standard. Results The maximum elastic modulus, mean elastic modulus, and standard deviation of the elastic modulus were the main distinguishing features on SWE; they were significantly higher in malignant lesions than benign ones. The threshold value for the maximum elastic modulus was set at 37.9 kPa, and the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of differential diagnosis of superficial lymph nodes were 81.8%, 80.0%, and 81.0%, respectively. Objective. This study was aimed at analyzing the expressions of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) in Botulinum Toxin Type A (BoNTA) treated human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs) in vitro. Methods. We used RNA sequencing to characterize the lncRNAs and mRNAs transcriptome in the control and BoNTA treated group, in conjunction with application of GO (gene ontology) analysis and KEGG (kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes) analysis to delineate the alterations in gene expression. We also obtained quantitative real time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) to confirm some differentially expressed genes. Results. Numerous differentially expressed genes were observed by microarrays between the two groups. qRT-PCR confirmed the changes of six lncRNAs (RP11-517C16.2-001, FR271872, LOC283352, RP11-401E9.3, FGFR3P, and XXbac-BPG16N22.5) and nine mRNAs (NOS2, C13orf15, FOS, FCN2, SPINT1, PLAC8, BIRC5, NOS2, and COL19A1). Farther studies indicated that the downregulating effect of BoNTA on the expression of FGFR3P was time-related and the dosage of BoNTA at a range from 2.5 U/106 cells to 7.5 U/106 cells increased the expression of FGFR3P and COL19A1 in HDFs as well. Conclusion. The expression profiling of lncRNAs was visibly changed in BoNTA treated HDFs. Further studies should focus on several lncRNAs to investigate their functions in BoNTA treated HDFs and the underlying mechanisms.

We aimed to evaluate whether subcapsular injection of ultrasonic contrast agent (UCA) can distinguish between benign and malignant lymph node (LN) lesions exhibiting homogeneous enhancement in intravenous contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) images. From November 2012 to July 2015, 32 patients with superficial lymphadenopathy exhibiting homogeneous enhancement after intravenous CEUS were enrolled. A small amount of UCA was injected into LNs using a subcapsular approach, and perfusion characteristics were recorded. Using the pathology identified via core needle biopsy as the gold standard, we calculated the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the technique in terms of distinguishing between benign and malignant LN lesions. Pathology revealed 23 cases of true benign and 9 cases of true malignant LN lesions; the former included 2 cases of tuberculosis and 21 cases of reactive hyperplasia, and the latter included 7 lymphomas and 2 metastases. Subcapsular CEUS diagnosed 24 benign and 8 malignant LN lesions. Most lymphomas (6 of 7, 85.7%) exhibited heterogeneous perfusion, with lymphatic tract distortion in the absence of interruption. Reactive hyperplasia LNs manifested as diffuse homogeneous or brush-like perfusion from the subcapsular region to the center, without lymphatic tract distortion. Metastatic LNs had lymphatic tract interruptions. The sensitivity, specificity, consistency and positive and negative predictive values were 77.8%, 95.6%, 90.6%, 87.5% and 91.7%, respectively. For LNs exhibiting uniform enhancement in intravenous CEUS imaging, subcapsular CEUS may help to distinguish between benign and malignant lesions. In particular, lymphatic distortion without interruption may specifically indicate a lymphoma.

The subsequent impact of mobile new media on a new generation of young people and the entire society has become one of the most promising and research issues. This paper obtains relevant data through online and offline surveys and authoritative organizations, uses Cronbach alpha coefficient to verify the validity of the survey results. The Spearman Rank correlation coefficient is calculated to analyze the relationship between the grade level of college students, the degree of influence on mobile new media and the duration of using mobile new media. Based on BP neural network and Elman neural network, the two models are combined by the optimal weighting method to predict the arrival rate of mobile new media information, and the conclusion based on quantitative analysis of mathematical model is given. The results show that the arrival rate of new media information on different platforms is on the rise in the future.

Liver fibrosis or cirrhosis accompanied with varying degrees of portal hypertension plays an important role in the occurrence of PHLF in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients. This study aims to compare the predictive ability of the albumin-bilirubin score to spleen thickness ratio (ALBI/ST) versus fibrosis-4 index (FIB-4) and aspartate aminotransferase to platelet count ratio index (ARPI) for the occurrence of PHLF. We retrospectively enrolled 932 patients who underwent liver resection for HCC between 2010 and 2017. The predictive accuracy of ALBI/ST ratio, FIB-4, and APRI for occurrence of PHLF was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curve analysis. PHLF was diagnosed in 69 (7.4%) patients. Background Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is characterized by continuous flow limitation and the immune system including macrophages and regulatory T lymphocytes (Tregs) is involved in COPD pathogenesis. In our previous study, we investigated that TGF-β/BAMBI pathway was associated with COPD by regulating the balance of Th17/Treg. However, the role of bone morphogenetic protein and activin membrane-bound inhibitor (BAMBI), a pseudoreceptor of TGF-β signalling pathway, in regulating the immune system of COPD patients has not been fully studied. Hence, we speculate that the pseudoreceptor BAMBI may play roles in the regulation of M2 macrophages to induce the differentiation of CD4+ naïve T cells into Tregs and influence the immune response in COPD. Methods Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were isolated from healthy nonsmokers (n = 12), healthy smokers (n = 10) and COPD patients (n = 20). Naïve CD4+ T cells and monocytes-induced macrophages were used for coculture assays. The phenotypic characteristics of macrophages and Tregs were determined by flow cytometry. The expression levels of BAMBI and the TGF-β/Smad pathway members in M2 macrophages were measured by a Western blot analysis. The monocyte-derived macrophages were stimulated with cigarette smoke extract (CSE, concentration of 0.02%) to simulate the smoking process in humans. pCMV-BAMBI was transfected into monocyte-derived M2 macrophages for subsequent co-culture assays and signalling pathway analysis. Results Our results showed that M2 macrophages could induce the differentiation of Tregs through the TGF-β/Smad signalling pathway. In addition, monocyte-derived macrophages from COPD patients highly expressed BAMBI, and had a low capacity to induce Tregs differentiation. The expression of BAMBI and the forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1%) were negatively correlated in COPD. Furthermore, overexpression of BAMBI promoted the conversion of M2 macrophages to M1 macrophages via the TGF-β/Smad pathway. Conclusions We demonstrated that BAMBI could promote the polarization process of M2 macrophages to M1 macrophages via the TGF-β/Smad signalling pathway and that overexpression of BAMBI could decrease the ability of M2 macrophages to induce Treg differentiation. These findings may provide a potential mechanism by which blocking BAMBI could improve immune function to regulate COPD inflammatory conditions.

Bone-marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) have been used for systemic delivery of therapeutic genes to solid tumors. However, the optimal treatment time post-BMSC implantation and the assessment of the long-term fate of therapeutic BMSCs post-tumor treatment are critical if such promising therapies are to be translated into clinical practice. An efficient BMSC-based therapeutic strategy has been developed that simultaneously allows killing of tumor cells, inhibiting of tumor angiogenesis, and assessment and eradication of implanted BMSCs after treatment of glioblastoma. BMSCs were engineered to co-express the angiogenesis inhibitor kringle 5 (K5) of human plasminogen, under the control of the cytomegalovirus promoter (CMV) and the human sodium–iodide symporter (NIS), involved in uptake of radioisotopes, under the control of early growth response factor 1 (Egr1), a radiation-activated promoter. A significant decrease in tumor growth and tumor angiogenesis and a subsequent increase in survival were observed when mice bearing glioblastoma were treated with (188)Re post-therapeutic intravenous BMSC implantation. Furthermore, the systemic administration of (188)Re post-tumor treatment selectively eliminated therapeutic BMSCs expressing NIS, which was monitored in real time by (125)I micro single photon emission computed tomography/computed tomography imaging. Meanwhile, the Egr1 promoter induced a (188)Re radiation positive feedback effect absorbed by NIS. After intravenous BMSC implantation, BMSCs levels in the tumor and lung both peaked on day 10 and decreased to the lowest levels on days 24 and 17, respectively. These findings suggest that day 17 post-BMSC implantation could be an optimal time for (188)Re treatment. These results provide a new adjuvant therapy mediated by BMSCs for glioblastoma treatment.
