Objective: To investigate the relationship between congenital umbilical–portal–systemic venous shunt (UPSVs) and fetal outcome. Methods: The ultrasonographic and genetic characteristics of 11 cases of UPSVS were retrospectively analyzed and followed up to postnatal. Results: Four cases of ductus venosus -- systemic shunt (DVSS), one case of extrahepatic portal -- systemic shunt (EHPSS), and one case of umbilical systemic shunt (USS) combined with intrahepatic portal-systemic shunt (IHPSS), six cases of intrahepatic portal-systemic shunt (IHPSS) were observed. chromosomal abnormalities were observed in 9.1% (1/11), other ultrasonic abnormalities in 54.5% (6/11), cardiothoracic ratio increase in 45.5% (5/11), fetal growth restriction in 36.4% (4/11), edema was in 9.1% (1/11) and live birth was in 72.7% (8/11). Conclusion: The incidence of IHPSS is the highest and the outcome is the best. Shunt of DVSS and IHPSS can be closed spontaneously after birth. When the prenatal diagnosis is congenital UPSVs, chromosomal abnormalities and other ultrasonic abnormalities should be required further examination, and the growth and development of the fetus should be closely monitored.

Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) and Half Mode Substrate Integrated Waveguide (HMSIW) have been widely used for its advantages of low loss, high quality factor, high power capacity and small size in comparison with the traditional rectangular waveguide. Based on S-Shaped Complementary Split-ring Resonators (S-CSRR), a reconfigurable filter loaded varactors is proposed in this paper. By adjusting the junction capacitance of the varactors loaded in the resonators, the equivalent electric length is changed accordingly so that the resonant frequency of the proposed filter can be adjusted. The proposed reconfigurable bandpass filter has compact structure and simple feeding network with a tuning range of 2-2.7GHz, therefore it can be well applied to the systems of wireless communication.

Cross-sensitivity of temperature and strain in fiber Bragg grating sensor has been a problem in optical fiber sensing. To solve this problem, a fiber optic hybrid design for simultaneous measurement of temperature and strain has been proposed and demonstrated in this paper. It only uses a piece of sampled fiber grating and needs one set of demodulation system for dual-parameter sensing. Its temperature measurement range is −50–200°C with strain test range of 0–2000μe. Using OptiGrating software, simulation studies have been carried out. The sensing performances of temperature and strain are also obtained, respectively. Utilizing SPSS software and the method of linear regression analyses, the dual-parameter matrix equations with four sensing coefficients have been provided.

Nowadays, active power reference of wind farm from power grid dispatch center should be allocated to wind turbines. In traditional way, centralized control is commonly adopted for active power allocation, in which, total power reference is dispatched to every wind turbine by a central controller. However, it has several disadvantages, such as complex computation and low flexibility, especially for wind farms with large number of wind turbines. Therefore, a Multi-Agent based collaboration control strategy for active power dispatching in wind farms is proposed to improve operation performance. Firstly, a Multi-Agent based control structure for wind farm is designed, which includes wind turbine agent, group manager agent and central manager agent. Secondly, coordination control strategy among different agents is designed in detail. Finally, a Multi-Agent control model of wind farm is established based on java/jade platform, and simulation results verify the efficiency of strategy proposed.

In the processing of coal and petroleum, there are many products produced such as gas and lighter liquid which is easy to use. At the same time, there is heavy material produced which is difficult to use. Such as, in crude oil refine processing, oil thermal cracking and catalytic cracking of petroleum, many residua oils, asphalts, and heaviest “waste” residual will be produced. The quantity of heavy oils is often large. So, it is important to study the property of heavy oils.
