The aim of the research is to find out the comparison level of production, production costs, reception and the income on the agricultural of palm oil prenuership and to analyze the level of economic efficiency. This research is conducted with a purposive sampling method. The research is showing result that the production is using the juice of Juhar is 70.792 kg. With the use of NPK there are 604 kg. But from the data above can be found that the production of the palm oil is higher using the Juhar fertilizer than NPK fertilizer. The cultivation of the palm oil which useing Juhar fertilizer is better than using the NPK fertilizer.

Member participation is the participation of members in exercising their rights and obligations mentally or emotionally to improve or maintain or achieve cooperative goals. This study aims to determine the effect of member participation on satisfaction, level of trust, business environment, service quality, and motivation of members. This research was conducted at the Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia Employees Percut Sei Tuan. Sampling in this study uses a Simple Random Sampling method. The number of samples examined in this study is 40 samples of cooperative members. This study uses the method of Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate The coefficient of R² value of 0.454 can be interpreted that 45.5% participation of members can be influenced by these variables,and the results study indicate that there are significant variables of Member Satisfaction, and where other variables such as the level of trust, business environment, service quality and member motivation there are no adherence to level participation level variables of member at the Cooperative of the Republic of Indonesia Employees.

This study aims to (1) Know the cost elements of farming; (2) To know the financial feasibility of cocoa farming through analysis of B/C ratio and R/C ratio; (3) to know the cost structure of farming; (4) Analyzing the acceptance and income of cocoa farmers (5) Knowing the cocoa bean marketing system; (6) Knowing the cost, profit, margin and marketing efficiency of each marketing agencies, as well as the large farmer's share obtained by cocoa farmers in Kecamatan Juhar, Karo District. Determination of location of research conducted by the method of "Purposive Sampling". Sampling conducted by judgment sampling, while the determination of merchant that made the sample was done by snowball sampling method. The research method used in this research is survey method by conducted interviews and observation of fishermen and traders. The results of this study are 1) The cost of farming cover of labor, fertilizers and pesticides. (2) The result of B/C and R/C ratio is greater than one, so farming can be cultivated because it gives benefits for farmers. (3) The cost of cocoa farming is divided into two, namely: a) Fixed costs and non-fixed costs. The fixed cost (TFC) consists of labor, while the variable cost (VC) consists of fertilizers and pesticides. (4) Average income of cocoa farmers is Rp.13.280.000 per year or equivalent to Rp.1.101.500 per month. (5) Cocoa beans marketing in Juhar Subdistrict there are three types of marketing channels. Marketing channel 1 is Farmers à Village traders à Sub-district traders à Traders at provincial level. The types of marketing channel II is Farmers à Sub-district traders à Traders at the provincial level. The marketing channel III is Farmers à Village traders à Traders at provincial level. (6) The largest costs, benefits and margins obtained marketing by tipe of one marketing is Rp.2.338; Rp.3.586 dan Rp.5.924 The marketing efficiency is tipe of three marketing yi 4,2%. The bigger the share of the price received by farmers, it can be said that the marketing channel is more efficient. Thus the most efficient marketing channel is the three marketing channels.

Palm oil has advantages compared to other vegetable oils such as coconut oil, soybean, or sunflower oil, its production per hectare is high, its economic life is long, and its use varies. This study aims to determine the effect of community palm oil production factors in the village of Tebing Linggahara, West Bilah District, Labuhanbatu Regency. The data used are primary data sourced from 176 oil palm farmers, by providing a questionnaire list. The research model is a quantitative model using multiple linear regression analysis techniques, using the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results showed that land area, seed, fertilizer, labor, plant age, and education level had an influence on palm oil production in Tebing Linggahara Village, West Bilah District, Labuhanbatu Regency, but other sources outside of oil palm farming had an effect on production palm oil for the people. The coefficient of determination R2 = 0.867 can be interpreted that oil palm production of 86.7% can be influenced by land area, seeds, fertilizer, labor, plant age, education level, and other sources outside of oil palm agriculture.

ICT and education seem inseparable. To improving the quality of learning process, ICT become the medium to assist the lecturer to transfer the knowledge to the students with more interactive. The study examined the moderator effects of demographic variables to influencing the usage of ICT towards learning process. A total of 260 respondents were selected from 733 of lecturers in three largest private universities in Medan, Indonesia. Data were collected through a survey among the participants manually. The research employs the Pearson Correlation to determine the relationship between variables and to test the hypothesis, the study uses the Simple Linear Regression and Hierarchical Regression. Result reveals that gender and educational level have no significant moderation. In contrast, teaching experiences, age, and department origin yet significant and positively as the moderator. Moreover, ICT usage is significant to impacting learning process.

Indonesia once's of country use more transportation, and also state spends more population, Smart Hybrid Vehicle is an Important issue for vehicle in college. This paper presents implementation transportation eco-campus for electric scooter and recharging solar cell in parking lot areas University Pembangunan PancaBudi. It allows us to evaluate a broad range of Plug-in Smart Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PSHEVs) and Plug-in Electric Vehicles (PEVs) charging scenarios and stochastic models of the power that is the demand by PEVs in the parking garage, and the output power of the PV panel are present. To impact of the PSHEVs’ charging on the utility grid, a fuzzy logic power-flow controller was designed. The charging with solar cell helps to reduce emissions from the power grid but increases the cost of charging. Moreover, it offers more flexibility to prepare for the emergence of new technologies (e.g., Vehicle-to-Grid, Vehicle-to- Building, and Smart Charging), which will become a reality shortly. The system structure and the developed PHEV smart charging algorithm are described. Moreover, a comparison between the impact of the charging process of the PHEVs on the grid with and without the developed smart charging technique is presented and analyzed.

Lockers are one of the facilities that people use to store stuff. Artificial neural networks are computational systems where architecture and operations are inspired by the knowledge of biological neurons in the brain, which is one of the artificial representations of the human brain that always tries to stimulate the learning process of the human brain. One of the utilization of artificial neural network is for pattern recognition. The face of a person must be different but sometimes has a shape similar to the face of others, because the facial pattern is a good pattern to try to be recognized by using artificial neural networks. Pattern recognition on artificial neural network can be done by back propagation method. Back propagation method consists of input layer, hidden layer and output layer.

Problem statement: With emphasis on a cleaner environment and efficient operation, vehicles today rely more and more heavily on electrical power generation for success. Approach: Mathematical modeling the components of the HEV as the three phase induction motor couple to DC motor in hybrid electric vehicle was introduced. The controller of Induction Motor (IM) was designed based on input-output feedback linearization technique. It allowed greater electrical generation capacity and the fuel economy and emissions benefits of hybrid electric automotive propulsion. Results: A typical series hybrid electric vehicle was modeled and investigated. Conclusion: Various tests, such as acceleration traversing ramp and fuel consumption and emission were performed on the proposed model of 3 phase induction motor coupler DC motor in electric hybrid vehicles drive.

The performance of the neural network based estimator is investigated with simulations for variations in the rotor resistance from their nominal values, with both speed and load torque disturbances.In this paper, adaptive speed control of induction motor using neural network inverse control scheme are proposed. The controller-structure design is based on a vector control scheme that transforms the three phase motor currents into flux and torque generating current components. The experiment results show that the proposed scheme has excellent dynamic and static control performance.
