The main objective of this article is, on the one hand, to meditate about the importance of approaching the topic of training in the companies under an integrating focus, where the alignment of socio-managerial-individual interests plays an important role and, on the other hand, to offer an idea (once appropriately achieved the requirements of before and during the training) about how it could be feasible to carry out a procedure of evaluation of the impact that the training has had on the results of the company. The authors stand out that an appropriate managerial strategy can only may be a guide to assure that the actions to be carried out before, during and after the training are in correspondence with this alignment.
