This paper presents a framework for telepresence operation by touching live video on a touchscreen. Our goal is to enable users to use a smartpad to teleoperate everyday objects by touching the objects live video they are watching. To this end, we coined the term teleinteractive device to describe such an object with an identity, an actuator, and a communication network. We developed a touchable live video image-based user interface (TIUI) that empowers users to teleoperate any teleinteractive device by touching its live video with touchscreen gestures. The TIUI contains four modules touch, control, recognition, and knowledge to perform live video understanding, communication, and control for telepresence operation. We implemented a telepresence operation system that consists of a telepresence robot and teleinteractive devices at a local site, a smartpad with the TIUI at a remote site, and communication networks connecting the two sites. We demonstrated potential applications of the system in remotely controlling telepresence robots, opening doors with access control panels, and pushing power wheelchairs. We conducted user studies to show the effectiveness of the proposed framework.

Introduction: Palpitation is a common complaint among patients presenting to emergency departments or cardiologists. Palpitation caused by organic heart diseases, such as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and hypertensive heart disease, may be a sign of a life-threatening condition. In such cases, treatment with western medicines or surgeries is warranted. However, for patients with palpitation caused by non-cardiac factors, western medicine treatment is often ineffective, and traditional Chinese medicine has comparatively superior advantage. With the change in people's lifestyle and habits in the past decades, the time spent sitting and that with a forward head posture is increasing, which has accelerated the process of spinal aging and increased the incidence rate of spinal diseases. Case presentation: A 54-year-old female presented with paroxysmal palpitations, chest depression, and neck pain that had lasted for more than 2 months. Western medicine diagnosis was palpitations due to spinal disorders, while the traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis was palpitation (heart and spleen deficiency). The patient was treated with traditional Chinese massage, 30 min sessions, 5 times a week, 3 weeks totally. Subsequently, the patient's neck pain and numbness disappeared and the palpitations, chest tightness, and dizziness ameliorated. The patient resumed regular appetite, experienced better sleep, and had further improvement of spirit, enabling her to lead a normal life. Conclusions: Traditional Chinese massage therapy can relieve muscle spasm, regulate cervical facet joint disorder and dislocation, release adhesion, relieve synovial incarceration, restore the dynamic and static balance of the cervical spine, improve blood circulation of the cervical spine, increase the nutritional supply of the cervical spine and surrounding soft tissue, and promote metabolism and tissue repair. All these advantages make it a good complementary and alternative therapy for palpitation caused by spine disorders.

In vehicle operation, in order to maximize the fuel economy, the propulsion system control can easily adapt to pressure and temperature variations as these variations can be measured by sensors. However, it is challenging to detect driving cycles. With growing progress made in the artificial intelligence field, pattern recognition gains momentum in various applications. This study presents a study on driving cycle pattern recognition based on supervised learning. Training data 2-D visualization is achieved by t-SNE algorithm. Ten out of twelve supervised learning algorithms predict driving conditions with the accuracy at 88% or higher and Extra Tree algorithm leads the recognition accuracy at 90.26%. To improve recognition accuracy, two hierarchical frameworks are proposed by integrating multiple supervised learning methods using weighted average and vote methods. The two hierarchical frameworks boost the driving condition recognition accuracy from 90.26% to 90.43% (weighted average) and 91.76% (vote). The results are further validated in holdout test. Additionally, a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle simulation shows 3.88%-5.82% fuel economy improvement when compared to baseline method. Two hierarchical methods outperform the Extra Tree method by 2% fuel economy. In summary, supervised learning shows great potential to detect driving cycles for vehicle energy saving.

With the increasing application of power monitoring terminal and the increasing demand for its function, it is necessary to upgrade the field embedded software remotely.The existing online upgrade schemes generally deal with the terminals one by one, and there are also distributed upgrade schemes. However, due to the large differences in the communication performance of terminals in different places, there is a problem of load imbalance, resulting in the low efficiency of the whole upgrade. Aiming at the efficiency of remote online upgrade of power monitoring terminal, a distributed load balancing remote upgrade method is proposed. The power monitoring terminal is upgraded at the same time through the cloud platform, and the genetic algorithm is used for load balancing processing, so as to improve the efficiency. The practical results show that this remote upgrade method improves the upgrade efficiency of the terminal by comparing a variety of upgrade schemes, compared with no load balancing method, the average time of upgrading a terminal is reduced by 36%, which achieves good application effect in practical application.

The mechanism of human vision can easily detect and segment objects based on boundary information. Even though the deep learning instance segmentation model based on boundary information can mimic this human vision mechanism, its prospect is rarely explored. In this work, we propose a one-stage and anchor-free instance segmentation framework based on boundary points representation, named BorderPointsMask. The proposed BorderPointsMask doesn’t need to rely on the object detector. It formulates instance segmentation as instance classification, boundary points location prediction, and boundary points attribute prediction. Furthermore, we design two effective approaches to improve the performance of this proposed framework. Specifically, we utilize the proposed BorderPoints Center-ness to suppress the predicted low-quality masks. And the Deformation Before-and-After Stacking Module (DBASM) is formulated to promote instance classification and boundary points learning. BorderPointsMask obtains 35.0% in mask Average Precision (AP) with single-model (ResNet-101-FPN) and single-scale training/testing on the COCO benchmark, which demonstrates the superior performance among one-stage frameworks. Targeted inhibition of BRAF V600E achieves tumor control in a subset of advanced thyroid tumors. Nearly all tumors develop resistance, and some have been observed to subsequently undergo dedifferentiation. The molecular alterations associated with thyroid cancer dedifferentiation in the setting of BRAF inhibition are unknown. We analyzed targeted next-generation sequencing data from 639 advanced, recurrent and/or metastatic thyroid carcinomas, including 15 tumors that were treated with BRAF inhibitor drugs and had tissue sampled during or posttreatment, 8 of which had matched pretherapy samples. Pre- and posttherapy tissues from one additional patient were profiled with whole-exome sequencing and RNA expression profiling. Mutations in genes comprising the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex and the PI3K–AKT–mTOR, MAPK, and JAK–STAT pathways all increased in prevalence across more dedifferentiated thyroid cancer histologies. Of 7 thyroid cancers that dedifferentiated after BRAF inhibition, 6 had mutations in these pathways. These mutations were mostly absent from matched pretreatment samples and were rarely detected in tumors that did not dedifferentiate. Additional analyses in one of the vemurafenib-treated tumors before and after anaplastic transformation revealed the emergence of an oncogenic PIK3CA mutation, activation of ERK signaling, dedifferentiation, and development of an immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment. These findings validate earlier preclinical data implicating these genetic pathways in resistance to BRAF inhibitors, and suggest that genetic alterations mediating acquired drug resistance may also promote thyroid tumor dedifferentiation. Implications: The possibility that thyroid cancer dedifferentiation may be attributed to selective pressure applied by BRAF inhibitor–targeted therapy should be investigated further.

BACKGROUND Neurosurgical treatment of severe bilateral occipital lobe epilepsy usually involves two operations several mos apart. AIM To evaluate surgical resection of bilateral occipital lobe lesions during a single operation as a treatment for bilateral occipital lobe epilepsy. METHODS This retrospective case series included patients with drug-refractory bilateral occipital lobe epilepsy treated surgically between March 2006 and November 2015. RESULTS Preoperative evaluation included scalp video-electroencephalography (EEG), magnetic resonance imaging, and PET-CT. During surgery (bilateral occipital craniotomy), epileptic foci and important functional areas were identified by EEG (intracranial cortical electrodes) and cortical functional mapping, respectively. Patients were followed up for at least 5 years to evaluate treatment outcome (Engel grade) and visual function. The 20 patients (12 males) were aged 4-30 years (median age, 12 years). Time since onset was 3-20 years (median, 8 years), and episode frequency was 4-270/mo (median, 15/mo). Common manifestations were elementary visual hallucinations (65.0%), flashing lights (30.0%), blurred vision (20.0%) and visual field defects (20.0%). Most patients were free of disabling seizures (Engel grade I) postoperatively (18/20, 90.0%) and at 1 year (18/20, 90.0%), 3 years (17/20, 85.0%) and ≥ 5 years (17/20, 85.0%). No patients were classified Engel grade IV (no worthwhile improvement). After surgery, there was no change in visual function in 13/20 (65.0%), development of a new visual field defect in 3/20 (15.0%), and worsening of a preexisting defect in 4/20 (20.0%). CONCLUSION Resection of bilateral occipital lobe lesions during a single operation may be applicable in bilateral occipital lobe epilepsy.

OBJECTIVE: The prognostic value of interleukin-6 (IL-6) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) has not been fully elucidated. Therefore, we conducted a cohort study and a meta-analysis to assess the predictive value of IL-6 for stroke and mortality in patients with AF. METHODS: A cohort study was performed in newly diagnosed non-valvular patients with AF. A total of 217 patients with AF were followed up for a mean of 27 months. A multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to evaluate the association between IL-6 and stroke/all-cause mortality. The incremental value was also assessed by adding IL-6 to the CHA2DS2-VASc score. Besides, a meta-analysis of all reported cohort studies and our cohort study was conducted to validate the association of circulating IL-6 and stroke/mortality in patients with AF. RESULTS: Our cohort study showed that elevated plasma level of IL-6 was an independent risk factor for predicting stroke [hazard ratio (HR)=3.81; 95% confidence interval (CI), 1.11–13.05; p=0.033] and all-cause mortality (HR=3.11; 95% CI, 1.25–7.72; p=0.015) in patients with AF. Adding IL-6 levels to CHA2DS2-VASc score showed limited improvement of the predictive power for stroke [area under curve (AUC) from 0.81 to 0.88, p=0.006]. Meta-analysis confirmed that increased circulating level of IL-6 was significantly associated with increased risk of stroke (pooled HR=1.97; 95% CI, 1.22–3.17; p=0.006) and all-cause mortality (pooled HR=2.73; 95% CI, 2.29–3.25; p

Although wind power has gained tremendous development in recent years, how to achieve mechanical loads optimization to extend service life-time of wind turbines is still a hot and challenging topic. In this study, artificial intelligence and advanced control techniques are combined to approach this objective for variable-speed wind turbine systems operating in high-speed region. First, the real-time information of effective wind speed is extracted and predicted via support vector regression (SVR) by exploiting data stream acquired online. Optimization of the support vector regression's parameters is completed by the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Subsequently, the predicted wind speed is routed to a novel feedforward mechanism designed to build a nonlinear relationship between wind speed and pitch angle. Additionally, an uncertainty and disturbance estimator (UDE) based feedback controller is implemented to deal with the model uncertainties and external disturbances. Both loads optimization and rotor speed/generator power regulation are achieved via strict math analysis. Finally, extensive comparison studies between the proposed scheme and traditional pitch angle controllers are conducted on GH bladed platform to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Remifentanil combined with sevoflurane is a standard protocol for obstetric general anesthesia (GA).In this study, we performed a randomized clinical trial to evaluate whether remifentanil has an effect on the median effective concentration (EC50) of sevoflurane and compare anesthetic outcomes of them in cesarean section with Supreme™ laryngeal mask airway (SLMA) under narcotrend monitoring. Ninety parturients with singleton births undergoing elective cesarean delivery (CD) with initial inhaled 1.0 minimum alveolar concentration (MAC) sevoflurane for anesthesia maintenance were assigned to three groups randomly and evenly: Group A (0.05 µg·kg-1·min-1 remifentanil combined with sevoflurane), Group B (0.1 µg·kg-1·min-1 remifentanil combined with sevoflurane), and Group C (normal saline combined with sevoflurane). Narcotrend was used to monitor the depth of anesthesia during the operation, with the level of anesthesia depth controlled within the D-E stage. The EC50 of sevoflurane was determined by Dixon's sequential method. The Narcotrend index, amount of bleeding, neonatal Apgar score, and corresponding treatment measures in the three groups were recorded.The results showed that the estimated EC50 of sevoflurane for obstetric GA was 0.80 MAC (95% CI: 0.63-0.95 MAC) in group A, 0.82 MAC (95% CI: 0.63-0.96 MAC) in group B, and 0.80 MAC (95% CI: 0.63-0.95 MAC) in group C. There was no statistically significant difference in the estimated EC50 of sevoflurane, time to wakefulness, Apgar score, amount of intraoperative bleeding, and postoperative bleeding within 24 hours between the three groups (all P0.05).The addition of remifentanil at 0.05-0.1 µg·kg-1·min-1 did not change the EC50 of sevoflurane and anesthetic quality. The concentration of inhaled anesthetics can be minimized with Narcotrend monitoring.Chinese Clinical Trial Registry ChiCTR2000034512.

Failure behaviors of the floor rocks under coal seam mining in the conditions of hard magma rock roof and confined aquifer are studied. Based on the theory of rock stresses and elasticity mechanics, the combined effects of the abutment pressure induced by the hard roof and by the water pressure under the thin aquicludes of the floor rocks were considered, and a mechanical model was constructed along the strike of the working face. An analytical solution of stress distribution was derived in the floor rocks, the distributions of vertical, horizontal and shear stresses were calculated. In combination with the in-situ measurement, the results show that: 1) when the periodic pressure caused by the roof collapse occurs on the working face, and the maximum stress concentration in the floor appears at the elastic–plastic junction in the direction of the strike of the working face. With the increase of the depth of the floor, the horizontal stress coefficient tends to decrease, and the corresponding shear stress coefficient isoline shows a “symmetric spiral” distribution and propagates downward to the floor at a certain angle with the vertical direction. This causes the floor rocks to generate compression and shear or tension and shear failure. 2) when the immediate roof of coal seam is the magma rock, the abutment pressure shows a trend of a slow increase initially and then a rapid increase later. The peak value of abutment pressure appears at the location of 4–6 meters from the coal wall of the working face, and the concentration coefficient of the abutment pressure is between 1.4 and 1.8. 3) according to the measurement and calculation of the failure depths of the floor at different positions under the same coal seam, it is found that the maximum failure depth appears near the coal wall of the working face. The failure depth reduces by 11.6% after the floor goes through “the roof caving and re-compaction”, which causes the fractures in the floor to close and the thickness of the effective aquiclude increases. In the un-mined area of the working face, the failure depth is 55% of the maximum failure depth. 4) both the theoretical calculation and the numerical simulation show that the failure depth of the floor increases obviously under the combined action of high vertical stress and the water pressure. Under the condition that the thickness of the aquiclude is relatively thin, the water pressure of the floor and pressure intensity of the roof are the sensitive factors to affect the maximum failure depth of the floor. As the mining depth increases, the coal seam is getting closer to the Ordovician Limestone. This study provides an improved understand and theoretical support for the safe mining of coal seams under similar conditions.

Purpose: Cisplatin-containing combination chemotherapy has been the standard of care since the late 1980s, but the response rate is Materials and Methods: Eighty-three patients with bladder cancer treated with chemotherapy were reviewed. Clinicopathological variables for each case were recorded. FOXA1, M2 tumor-associated macrophage (TAM), dendritic cell (DC), and cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) were examined by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between FOXA1, immune cell infiltration, and clinical response to chemotherapy was assessed. Results: The overall objective response rate was 34%. The objective response rate for tumors with lower FOXA1 expression was 58% and for tumors with higher FOXA1 expression was 12%. Tumors with infiltrated M2 TAM proportion 3% tumors (46% vs. 21%, p = 0.02). Tumors with infiltrated CTL proportion >5% had a higher objective response rate compared with infiltrated CTL proportion p = 0.002). DCs showed no significant differences. We found that the objective response rate for tumors with lower FOXA1 expression, proportion 5% CTL infiltration is 82%. Lower FOXA1 expression was associated with low M2 TAM infiltration and high CTL infiltration. Conclusions: Thus, we showed that in patients with bladder cancer who received chemotherapy, the higher clinical response rate is associated with low FOXA1 expression, low M2 TAM infiltration, and high CTL infiltration.

All solid-state microchip lasers having the advantage of short cavity lengths give them tremendous potential as pulsed devices for short pulse laser generation. In this work, by constructing a compact microchip-like laser resonator, we have demonstrated continuous-wave (CW) Pr,Mg:SrAl12O19 (SRA) lasers at 622 nm and 643 nm, respectively with maximum output powers of 0.69 W and 1.18 W with excellent beam qualities, which is believed to be the highest powers that have achieved in Pr3+ microchip lasers. Based on this CW opeation, we, by using a Co:LMA saturabel absorber, have further demonstrated passively Q-switched operation of the two lasers. The shortest pulse widths reached about 28.5 ns (for the 622 nm laser) and 31.9 ns (for the 643 nm laser), which are relatively short pulse time durations for passively Q-switched Pr3+ lasers thanks to the compact laser configuration. This work has proposed a simple route for achieving compact high-power CW and short-pulse Q-switched visible lasers.

Recent studies have suggested that exposure to ambient airborne pollutants is associated with inflammatory skin diseases, but the epidemiological evidence regarding the association between air pollution and acne vulgaris is limited. To address that, a hospital-based time-series analysis was conducted in Xi’an, a metropolitan in northwest China. A total of 71,625 outpatient visits for acne from 2010 to 2013 were identified. The mean daily concentrations of PM10, SO2, and NO2 were 142.6 μg/m3, 44.7 μg/m3, and 48.5 μg/m3, and all were higher than WHO air quality guidelines. A generalized additive model was used to analyze the relationship between short-term ambient air pollution exposure and outpatient visits for acne. The gender- and age-specific analyses were conducted as well. The results showed that the increase of SO2 and NO2 concentrations corresponded to a significant rise in the number of outpatient visits for acne at lag 0 in both single-lag and cumulative exposure models. Both SO2 and NO2 were positively associated with acne outpatient visits for both males and females. Objective To observe the influences of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) on nutrition metabolism and prognosis of patients with severe abdominal trauma; at the same time, to analyze and evaluate the pharmacoeconomics of it. Methods A total of 75 severe abdominal trauma patients were recruited from June 2016 to December 2017 and randomly divided into control group and observation group. After surgery and basic treatment, parenteral nutrition support therapy with iso-nitrogen and iso-calorie of both groups was administered. Meanwhile, an equivalent of 8.5% (18AA-II) and 10% (20AA) compound AA injection was administrated to the control and observation groups, respectively. The nitrogen balance, serum protein level and plasma amino spectrum of the patients were observed before and after treatment. Besides, the hospital stay, survival rate, complications, adverse reactions and hospitalization costs were also compared. Results After a 7-day course treatment, the nitrogen balance level of the two groups was significantly improved, but no significant difference was found between them. In addition, the serum protein level and plasma amino spectrum of the two groups was generally improved when compared to before treatment. Compared with the control group, the level of albumin and transferrin in the observation group was improved significantly after treatment, while no difference in plasma amino spectrum was found between the two groups. Moreover, the cost analysis showed remarkably reduced hospitalization costs in the observation group. Conclusion To a certain degree, BCAAs could improve the nutritional metabolism and prognosis of patients with severe abdominal trauma, and have good cost-effectiveness.

Many telepresence robots are equipped with a forward-facing camera for video communication and a downward-facing camera for navigation. In this paper, we propose to stitch videos from the FF-camera with a wide-angle lens and the DF-camera with a fisheye lens for telepresence robots. We aim at providing a compact and efficient user interface for telepresence robots with user-friendly interactive experiences. To this end, we present a multi-homography-based video stitching method which stitches videos from a wide-angle camera and a fisheye camera. The method consists of video image alignment, seam cutting, and image blending. We directly align the wide-angle video image and the fisheye video image based on the multi-homography alignment without calibration, distortion correction, and unwarping procedures. Thus, we can obtain a stitched video with shape preservation in the non-overlapping regions and alignment in the overlapping area for telepresence. To alleviate ghosting effects caused by moving objects and/or moving cameras during telepresence robot driving, an optimal seam is found for aligned video composition, and the optimal seam will be updated in subsequent frames, considering spatial and temporal coherence. The final stitched video is created by image blending based on the optimal seam. We conducted a user study to demonstrate the effectiveness of our method and the superiority of user interfaces with a stitched video.

Background Public health emergencies are serious social problems, threatening people’s lives, causing considerable economic losses, and related to all mankind life and health and safety. Nurses are essential in the fight against the public health emergency, corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19). clinic nursing students are considered as backup health care providers for licensed nurses, the coping abilities and crisis management of nursing students at present deserve attention all around the world. Methods 2035 clinic nursing students were invited to participate in mobile phone app-based survey from Feb 6 to 20, 2020. The demographic items, psychological and behavioral responses, and the coping abilities were conducted. Multiple linear regression was used to identify the independent factors to clinic nursing students’ coping abilities under COVID-19. Results 1992 submitted were valid. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that Confidence to overcome difficulties, Optimism, Active coping, Help seeking and Practice hospital as designated treatment unit were independently associated with the positive coping of clinic nursing students. Fear of COVID-19, Optimism, Avoidance, Help seeking and Severity of epidemic around were independently associated with the negative coping of clinic nursing students. Conclusion Under COVID-19, nursing students’ coping level is superior to the Chinese norm, which is also affected by many factors. As the most direct backup resources of professional nurses, the way clinic nursing students respond to public health emergencies and its influencing factors deserve attention.

Object detection based on deep learning typically relies on a large number of training data, which may be very labor-consuming to prepare. In this paper, we attempt to tackle the problem by addressing the One-Shot Object Detection (OSOD) task. Given a novel image denoted as the query image whose category label is not included in the training data, OSOD aims to detect objects of the same class in a complex scene denoted as the target image. The performance of recent OSOD methods is much weaker than general object detection. We find that one of the reasons behind this limited performance is that more false positives (i.e., false detections) are generated. Therefore, we argue that it is important to reduce the number of false positives generated in OSOD task to improve performance. To this end, we present a Focus On Classification One-Shot Object Detection (FOC OSOD) network. Specifically, we design the network from two perspectives: (1) how to obtain the effective similarity feature between the query image and target image; (2) how to classify the similarity feature effectively. To solve the above two challenges, firstly, we propose a Classification Feature Deformation-and-Attention (CFDA) module to obtain the high-quality query feature and target feature, so we can further generate effective similarity feature between them. Secondly, we present a Split Iterative Head (SIH) to improve the ability to classify the similarity feature. Extensive experiments on two public datasets (i.e., PASCAL VOC and COCO) demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves superior performance which outperforms other state-of-the-art methods with a considerable margin.

Objective To investigate the predictive value of preoperative complete blood count for the survival of patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods A total of 1587 patients with pathologically confirmed esophageal squamous cell carcinoma who underwent esophagectomy in the Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University from January 2010 to December 2019 were collected by retrospective study. A total of 359 patients were as the validation cohort from January 2015 to December 2016, and the remaining 1228 patients were as the training cohort. The relevant clinical data were collected by the medical record system, and the patients were followed up by the hospital medical record follow-up system. The follow-up outcome was patient death. The survival time of all patients was obtained. The Cox proportional hazards regression model and nomogram were established to predict the survival prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma by the index, their cut-off values obtained the training cohort by the ROC curve. The Kaplan-Meier survival curve was established to express the overall survival rate. The 3-year and 5-year calibration curves and C-index were used to determine the accuracy and discrimination of the prognostic model. The decision curve analysis was used to predict the potential of clinical application. Finally, the validation cohort was used to verify the results of the training cohort. Results The cut-off values of NLR, NMR, LMR, RDW and PDW in complete blood count of the training cohort were 3.29, 12.77, 2.95, 15.05 and 13.65%, respectively. All indicators were divided into high and low groups according to cut-off values. Univariate Cox regression analysis model showed that age (≥ 60), NLR (≥3.29), LMR (p Conclusion NLR and LMR results in complete blood count results can be used to predict the survival prognosis of patients with preoperative esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.

Important variables for constructing nomograms were screened by univariate and multivariate Cox analysis. The nomogram model was evaluated using concordance index (C-index), decision curve analysis (DCA) curves, and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves.Results: A total of 12,526 EOKC patients were included in the study. OS nomogram was constructed based on gender, age, race, grade, AJCC stage, TNM stage, histology, chemotherapy and radiotherapy. CSS nomogram was constructed based on listed above except gender. In the external validation, the C-index for the OS nomogram was 0.855 (95% CI 0.834– 0.976), and the C-index for the CSS nomogram was 0.938 (0.925– 0.951). High-quality calibration curves were noted in both OS and CSS nomogram models. ROC and DCA curves showed that nomograms had better predictive performance than TNM stage and SEER stage.Conclusion: The nomogram model provides an applicable tool for evaluating the OS and CSS prognosis of EOKC.Keywords: early-onset kidney cancer, nomogram, OS, CSS, SEER

This study aimed to evaluate the TyG index in the occurrence of kidney stones among the United States (US) population.Methods: Participants who received assessment were retrieved from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) between 2007 and 2018. The logistic regression analysis was conducted to assess the relationship between the TyG index and kidney stones occurrence. A 1:1 matched-pair analysis was established to optimize the bias in kidney stones by propensity score matching (PSM). The dose–response curve was performed to verify the association between the TyG index and risk of kidney stones.Results: Of the 14,158 eligible enrolled participants, 1346 (9.5%) self-reported a history of kidney stones. All participants were divided into two groups (high TyG index group and low TyG index group) based on the median TyG index. The dose–response curve exhibited a positive non-linear correlation between the TyG index and kidney stones risk. High TyG index was related to increased kidney stones occurrence in participants, with adjusted odds ratios (AOR) of 1.14 (95% confidence intervals (CI): 1.01– 1.30, P = 0.038) compared with the low TyG index subgroup before PSM. After PSM, the risk of kidney stones was 19% higher in the high TyG group compared with the low TyG group (AOR = 1.19, 95% CI: 1.02– 1.38, P = 0.026), and the dose–response curve still showed a positive association between TyG index and kidney stone risk.Conclusion: The TyG index was independently associated with kidney stones and would be a novel biomarker in predicting occurrence for clinical decision.Keywords: kidney stone, triglyceride–glucose index, insulin resistance, cross-sectional, National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey

The traditional pure switched-capacitor equalizer suffers from a large inrush current and low balance speed. An automatic parallel resonant switched-capacitor equalizer (PReSCE) for series-connected battery strings is proposed, which utilizes resonant switched-capacitor to eliminate the inrush current. The parallel ReSC converters not only minimizes output impedance at the low switching frequency, but delivers the excess energy to the low-voltage battery directly from the high-voltage battery in one cycle. Both of the two functions increase the balance speed. All of the switches are controlled by a pair of complementary pulsewidth modulation signals at a fixed operational frequency. Both simulation and experiment are used to verify the theoretical analysis and system feasibility of the proposed circuit. The results show that the PReSCE circuit eliminates the inrush current and increases the balance speed three times than the parallel pure switched-capacitor equalizer.

This study investigates the role of strong seismic motions on the dynamic responses of high CFRDs through elastoplastic analysis. Damage measures (DMs) including vertical and horizontal displacements, plastic shear strain, as well as a face-slab damage index are selected to gauge the deformation, stability of the dam slope and the anti-seepage ability of the face slab, respectively. The selected DMs are key to the safety of high CFRDs. A group of 35 as-recorded ground motions with a wide range of durations are modified to conform to a 5% damped target spectrum are used as input motions for dynamic analysis. A comprehensive understanding of the effects of ground motion duration is obtained through a tri-fold analysis of the ground motion records, the nonlinear dynamic response of CFRDs and the statistics of the results. The definitions of significant duration, bracketed duration and uniform duration, each with consideration to two different thresholds, are selected to characterize strong motion durations. The results suggests that significant duration is the most useful indicator for seismic assessment of high CFRDs and for evaluating the effects of the duration of an earthquake on the integrity of high CFRDs.

BACKGROUND Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor of the female reproductive system in the world, which is a serious threat to women's life and health. According to the latest report, the incidence of cervical cancer is 11.42 per 100 000, and the mortality rate is 3.77 per 100 000 in Yunnan Province, which is still higher than the national average. Although there have been some relevant studies on the risk factors of cervical cancer in recent years, research on ethnic minorities is lacking in Yunnan Province. OBJECTIVE To analyze and explore the related risk factors of cervical cancer in women of ethnic minorities in Yunnan Province, to provide the scientific basis for the development of cervical cancer prevention and control strategies and measures in this region. METHODS In total 1119 cervical cancer patients diagnosed by histopathology at the Yunnan Cancer Center (Yunnan Cancer Hospital) from January 2010 to December 2019 were selected as the case group. According to the 1:1 matching principle of the case-control study, 1119 patients with nonmalignant tumors of the same nationality, the same hospital, age difference less than 3 years old, were selected as the control group. We examined differences in clinical profiles, predictors, and outcomes among patients with myocardial infarction (MI) with nonobstructive coronary arteries (MINOCAs) by sex. Data of 259 (132 males and 127 females) patients with MINOCA were consecutively collected. The primary clinical end point was major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), including cardiovascular death, nonfatal MI, stroke, heart failure, and angina rehospitalization. Female patients with MINOCA were likely to be older than male patients with higher non-ST elevation myocardial infarction rate. Total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels were higher in female patients while male patients were more likely to have a smoking history, greater ST elevation myocardial infarction rate, higher diastolic blood pressure, and more alcohol use. During the 2-year follow-up, the incidence of MACE in males and females was similar (18% vs 20.2%, respectively; P = .673). The multivariable predictors of MACE in the female group were age, hypertension, and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), whereas diabetes, smoking, and LVEF were multivariable predictors of MACE in the male group. In conclusion, there were differences in the clinical profiles between sexes. Clinical outcome was similar between male and female patients with MINOCA, whereas predictive risk factors varied.

Methylmercury (MeHg) is a long-lasting organic environmental pollutant that poses a great threat to human health. Ingestion of seafood containing MeHg is the most important way by which it comes into contact with human body, where the central nervous system (CNS) is the primary target of MeHg toxicity. During periods of pre-plus postnatal, in particular, the brain of offspring is vulnerable to specific developmental insults that result in abnormal neurobehavioral development, even without symptoms in mothers. While many studies on neurotoxic effects of MeHg on the developing brain have been conducted, the mechanisms of oxidative stress in MeHg-induced neurodevelopmental toxicity is less clear. Hitherto, no single process can explain the many effects observed in MeHg-induced neurodevelopmental toxicity. This review summarizes the possible mechanisms of oxidative stress in MeHg-induced neurodevelopmental toxicity, highlighting modulation of Nrf2/Keap1/Notch1, PI3K/AKT, and PKC/MAPK molecular pathways as well as some preventive drugs, and thus contributes to the discovery of endogenous and exogenous molecules that can counteract MeHg-induced neurodevelopmental toxicity.

Background Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a leading threat to human lives with high incidence and mortality. Circular RNAs were reported to play important roles in human cancers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of circ_0005962 and explore the underlying functional mechanisms. Methods The protein levels of Beclin 1, light chain3 (LC3-II/LC3-I), Pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 4 (PDK4), Cleaved Caspase 3 (C-caspase 3), and proliferating cell nuclear antigen were examined using western blot analysis. Glycolysis was determined according to the levels of glucose consumption and lactate production. Xenograft model was constructed to investigate the role of circ_0005962 in vivo. Result circ_0005962 expressed with a high level in NSCLC tissues and cells. circ_0005962 knockdown inhibited proliferation, autophagy, and glycolysis but promoted apoptosis in NSCLC cells. miR-382-5p was targeted by circ_0005962, and its inhibition reversed the role of circ_0005962 knockdown. Besides, PDK4, a target of miR-382-5p, was regulated by circ_0005962 through miR-382-5p, and its overexpression abolished the effects of miR-382-5p reintroduction. circ_0005962 knockdown suppressed tumor growth in vivo. Conclusion circ_0005962 knockdown restrained cell proliferation, autophagy, and glycolysis but stimulated apoptosis through modulating the circ_0005962/miR-382-5p/PDK4 axis. Our study broadened the insights into understanding the mechanism of NSCLC progression.

The joint optimal operation of cascade reservoir system can greatly improve the utilization of water resources. However, the complex high-dimensional and non-linear features and calculated costs often hinder the refined operation and management of reservoirs. Recently, the local parallel computing has become an effective way to alleviate the "curse of dimensionality". Current local parallel computing has hardware limitations, which is difficult to adapt to large-scale computing. This study proposes a novel parallel dynamic programming algorithm based on Spark (PDPoS) via cloud computing. The simulation experiments are carried out for a comparative analysis of the solution efficiency, influence factors and stability of cloud computing. The results are as follows: (1) The efficiency of the cloud-based PDPoS is related to some factors; the number of CPU cores is the main influencing factor, followed by the operator, and the architecture has the least influence. (2) The runtime variance of cloud computing is 2.03, indicating cloud computing has high stability. (3) Under the same configuration (i.e., CPU and memory), the runtime of cloud computing is 41.5% ~ 110.3% longer than that of physical machines. However, cloud computing has rich resources, good scalability, and good portability of online operations, which is an attractive alternative for optimal operation of large-scale reservoir system.

Many uncertainties exist in pile-stabilized slopes which make their design substantially complicated. In this paper, a first-order reliability method (FORM) based on a support vector machine (SVM) and uniform design (UD) is proposed to investigate the reliability of a pile-stabilized slope. A deterministic model considering soil-pile interaction and using a strength reduction method based on the displacement criterion is employed to calculate the factor of safety and the corresponding pile-bending moment. The uncertainties involved in both the soil and the stabilizing pile are taken into consideration in the proposed method. Two typical failure modes, namely the insufficient factor of safety of a pile-stabilized slope and the insufficient flexural bearing capacity of stabilizing piles, are investigated from a probabilistic viewpoint. The proposed method is illustrated with an artificial homogeneous slope and a real slope engineering case. The influence of stabilizing pile installation locations on the reliability results were studied. The sensitivity of random variability was also investigated. The results of the proposed method show high accuracy while having a smaller computational time requirement when compared with the polynomial response surface method. The case study of a real highway slope shows the feasibility of the proposed method applied to practical engineering problems.

Vertical retaining wall is usually built at the water intake in front of the pump station and is widely used in the protection of intake and voidance structures of nuclear power plants (NPPs). It has great practical significance for disaster prevention to gauge the plastic failure of vertical retaining wall accurately. In this paper, a generalized plastic model is introduced to obtain the residual deformation of vertical retaining wall during earthquake and the numerical simulation results based on plastic model reflect the plastic failure mode of the vertical retaining wall, which is consistent with the shaking table test results. In addition, the seismic excitation has great uncertainty, and in order to reflect the uncertainty, a set of fully nonstationary stochastic seismic loading samples are generated with spectral representation random function method. As a recently developed dynamic reliability methodology, the probability density evolution method (PDEM) is incorporated to the generalized plastic model to perform stochastic seismic response analysis of a vertical retaining wall. Plentiful probabilistic results of vertical retaining wall, such as evolution of probability density functions (PDF) and second-order statistics are acquired in this study. Finally, the dynamic reliability of vertical retaining wall under two earthquake levels are obtained based on the dip angle, which can more directly reflect the failure probability and degree of vertical retaining wall. The results of this study indicate that the geotechnical structures can show a more objective failure mode under earthquakes based on the plastic model, and it is more reliable to evaluate the safety of structures from the perspective of probability combined with PDEM.

Treatments of myasthenia gravis (MG) usually include immunosuppressants such as glucocorticoids, tacrolimus, and azathioprine (AZA). In clinical practice, azathioprine therapy is thought to have a potential risk for developing secondary malignancies in myasthenia gravis patients. However, published data on the long-term safety of azathioprine in myasthenia gravis patients are limited and not consistent among studies. To explore cancer occurrence following azathioprine therapy in myasthenia gravis patients in the long term, we searched Medline, EMBASE, and the Cochrane Library for terms related to azathioprine, myasthenia gravis and cancer occurrence. Two investigators independently extracted trial data. A pooled estimate was calculated from fixed-effects meta-analysis. Our analysis included 1650 azathioprine-treated patients and 2481 non-azathioprine-treated patients. All five studies showed some concerns regarding the risk of bias. In a meta-analysis of 5 studies, we observed no significantly elevated risk of cancer occurrence among individuals with prior myasthenia gravis diagnosis who received long-term azathioprine treatment (OR 1.09; 95% CI 0.86–1.38, p = 0.46). Prospective studies are needed to observe the safety of azathioprine.

BackgroundTumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) promote key processes in the modulation of tumor microenvironment (TME). However, the clinical significance of heterogeneous subpopulations of TAMs in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains unknown.MethodsHCC tissues from Zhongshan Hospital and data from The Cancer Genome Atlas were obtained and analyzed. Immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry were performed to detect the characteristics of sialic acid-binding immunoglobulin-like lectin 10high(Siglec-10hi) TAMs and explore their impact on the TME of HCC. The effect of Siglec-10 blockade was evaluated in vitro based on fresh human tumor tissues.ResultsOur data revealed that Siglec-10 was abundant in a large proportion of HCC specimens and prominently distributed on macrophages. Kaplan–Meier curves and Cox regression analysis showed that intratumoral Siglec-10+cell enrichment was associated with unfavorable prognosis in patients with HCC. Notably, multiple anti-inflammatory cytokines and inhibitory receptors were enriched in Siglec-10hiTAMs. RNA sequencing data also revealed that numerous M2-like signaling pathways were significantly upregulated in Siglec-10hiTAMs. High infiltration of Siglec-10hiTAMs was associated with impaired CD8+T cell function in HCC. Of note, blocking Siglec-10 with the competitive binding antibody Siglec-10 Fc led to decreased expression of immunosuppressive molecules and increased the cytotoxic effects of CD8+T cells against HCC cells. Moreover, blocking Siglec-10 promoted the anti-tumor efficacy of the programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor pembrolizumab.ConclusionsSiglec-10hiTAMs are associated with immune suppression in the TME, and indicate poor prognosis in patients with HCC. Targeting Siglec-10hiTAMs may serve as a promising immunotherapy approach for HCC.

In the future, suicide risk prediction and management should be transformed from psychiatrist’s judgment (mental illness-like symptoms) into modern technique-guided diagnostics and target drug therapeutics in larger clinical settings. To embrace modern scientific and technological advances, a number of unique diagnostic and therapeutic approaches must be established. This Article provides some important ideas and mechanisms proposed by translational programs.

After 40 treatments, the patient no longer had any dripping, and had no recurrence of her symptoms by her 47th treatment in April 2017. In March 2021, she returned to the clinic for other complaints, and reported that her incontinence symptoms have not returned. Although our case study only represents the experience of one patient, the complete remission of her symptoms warrants additional research into the use of Master Tung’s points for the treatment of urinary incontinence.

OBJECTIVE Our objective is to validate the effectiveness of the Global Leadership Initiative on Malnutrition (GLIM) criteria in malnutrition diagnosis compared with Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment (PG-SGA) and assess the impact of malnutrition diagnosed using GLIM criteria on the clinical outcomes of patients with GC. METHODS We retrospectively analyzed the data of 895 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University. Nutrition assessment was performed on all patients according to the GLIM criteria and PG-SGA. The κ statistic was used to evaluate the agreement between two methods. Multivariate logistic regression and Cox regression based on single-factor analysis were used to predict postoperative complications and overall survival rates. RESULTS Based on the GLIM criteria, 38.3% of the patients were diagnosed as malnourished, including 21.7% Stage I (moderate malnutrition) and 16.6% Stage II (severe malnutrition). GLIM criteria had a moderate agreement with PG-SGA (κ = 0.548). Patients in the Stage II malnutrition group had a higher incidence of complications, a longer postoperative length of stay, and higher hospitalization costs. Logistic regression showed that Stage II malnutrition was an independent risk predictor of postoperative complications (odds ratio, 3.28; 95% confidence interval [CI], 2.18-4.94). Furthermore, Cox regression analysis showed that both Stage I (hazard ratio [HR], 1.52; 95% CI, 1.11-2.07; P = .009) and Stage II (HR, 1.85; 95% CI, 1.34-2.53; P < .001) malnutrition were independent risk predictors of overall survival. CONCLUSION Diagnosis of malnutrition according to the GLIM criteria is useful in predicting the adverse postoperative clinical outcomes of patients with gastric cancer.

CD74 was initially thought to participate mainly in antigen presentation as an MHC class II chaperone. Recent studies have shown that CD74 plays an important role within the cell and throughout the immune system in a wide spectrum of neoplasms. However, the role of CD74 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) remains elusive. In this study, HCC tissues from Zhongshan Hospital and data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) were obtained and analyzed. Immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry, and single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) were performed to detect the characteristics of CD74+ cells and explore their impact on the tumor microenvironment (TME) of HCC. Our data revealed that stromal CD74+ cell enrichment was associated with favorable prognosis in patients with HCC. CD74 was abundant in a large portion of HCC specimens and prominently distributed on stromal macrophages. scRNA-seq data also indicated that the pathways related to immune response were significantly upregulated in CD74+ macrophages. High infiltration of CD74+ macrophages was associated with increased infiltration of CD8+ cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CTLs) with enhanced effector functions in HCC. Besides, blocking CD74 weakened the antitumor activity and proliferation ability of CD8+ CTLs in HCC. Our findings highlight the critical role of CD74 in HCC. New drugs and antibodies targeting CD74 may be effective strategies for HCC therapy.

Di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) is a representative endocrine-disrupting chemical (EDC) that has reproductive, developmental, neurological and immune toxicity in humans and rodents, of which damage to the reproductive system is the most serious. However, exposure to DEHP at different stages of life may produce different symptoms. Studies on this substance are also controversial. This review describes the reproductive effects of DEHP in males and females at different life stages, including infancy, childhood and adulthood.

The present study was conducted to clarify the therapeutic effect of cornuside on experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) and its influence on T helper 17 (Th17) cell and regulatory T (Treg) cell infiltration into the central nervous system. Rats were randomly placed into four treatment groups: control, EAE, EAE+cornuside, and EAE+prednisolone. The neurological function scores of rats were assessed daily. On the second day after EAE rats began to show neurological deficit symptoms, the four groups were treated with normal saline, normal saline, cornuside (150 mg/kg), and prednisolone (5 mg/kg), respectively. The treatment was discontinued after two weeks, and the spinal cord was obtained for hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) and luxol fast blue staining, as well as retinoic acid receptor-related orphan receptor γ (RORγ) and forkhead box protein P3 (Foxp3) immunohistochemical staining. Blood was collected for Th17 and Treg cell flow cytometry testing, and the serum levels of interleukin (IL)-17A, IL-10, transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), IL-6, IL-23, and IL-2 were measured via enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Compared with rats in the EAE group, rats in the EAE+cornuside and EAE+prednisolone groups began to recover from neurological deficits earlier, and had a greater degree of improvement of symptoms. Focal inflammation, demyelination, and RORγ-positive cell infiltration were reduced by cornuside or prednisolone treatment, whereas the Foxp3-positive cell numbers were not significantly different. Meanwhile, the number of Th17 cells and the IL-17A, IL-6, and IL-23 levels were lower in the blood after cornuside or prednisolone treatment, whereas the number of Treg cells or the levels of IL-10, TGF-β, and IL-2 were not markedly different. Cornuside can alleviate symptoms of EAE neurological deficits through its anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects, and Th17 cells may be one of its therapeutic targets.

The traditional balance circuit is employed to balance the retired battery string. It will occupy some space for the extra switches, inductors, or/and capacitors of the energy storage system. This letter is trying to share the inductor of the dc–dc converter with the balance system by utilizing the current ripple on the inductor of the multiwinding transformer. The balance circuit does not require additional switches and control logic. The results of dynamic charging conditions show that the circuit is appropriate for balancing the battery string, and the system efficiency with the proposed approach reaches 94.1% at rated 28-W input power. The balance system only increases one diode and one inductor for each cell, which reduces the cost by 60% and 66% separately compared with the traditional resistance equalizer and transformer-based equalizer.

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Granule (养阴益气活血颗粒, YYHG) in the treatment of ischemic stroke (IS) patients with qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (QYDBSS), and to explore its effective dosage. The total of 288 patients were randomly assigned to the YYHG high-dose, YYHG low-dose, positive control (administered Xiaoshuantong Granule, XSTG, 消栓通颗粒), or placebo control (administered inert granule) groups (72 cases per group) by software-drived competitive block randomization. The trial was conducted for a 28-day period, with a 180-day follow-up period. The primary outcome was the comprehensive curative evaluation, and secondary outcomes were the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, Barthel activities of daily living (ADL) index score, the quality of life index (QLI) score, and the Chinese medicine syndrome (CMS) score. All analyses were done on an intention-to-treat basis. The clinical safety was also assessed. Oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) occasionally occurs in young patients and is likely to be distinct from OSCC in older patients. In this retrospective study, we described the clinicopathologic features and outcome of 150 OSCCs that were diagnosed in patients 40-year-old or younger. Most patients (63%) were non-smokers. The most common site of the primary tumor was oral tongue (n = 131, 87%), followed by gingiva (n = 9), buccal mucosa (n = 8) and lip (n = 2). The median patients' age at presentation was 34 (range: 16–40). Seven patients (5%) had Fanconi anemia with the gingiva being the most common location (4/7, 57%). All OSCCs were of keratinizing type. All cases tested for high-risk HPV (n = 34) were negative. On univariate analysis, high tumor budding was associated with decreased overall survival (OS) and distant metastasis free survival (DMFS), pattern of invasion correlated with OS and tumors with high stromal tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (sTIL) were associated with improved locoregional recurrence free survival (LRFS). Compared with patients 31 to 40-year-old, OSCC in the younger group was associated with significant less alcohol consumption (p = 0.011) and decreased DSS (p = 0.003) and DMFS (p = 0.023). On multivariate analysis, younger age (30 years or younger) was an independent prognostic factor for worse OS and DSS, whereas histologic grade was an independent prognostic factor for DSS. In summary, most OSCC in young patients occurred in non-smokers and did not occur in association with Fanconi anemia. Independent prognostic factors included age at presentation (30 years or younger) for OS and DSS, and histologic grade for DSS.

There is strong evidence to suggest that obesity-related proteins play a key role in pathways that are related to breast cancer. In this study, we aimed to establish a robust obesity-related protein score (ORPS) that could be used to assess breast cancer risk. Based on evidence from high-quality systematic reviews and population studies, we selected nine such proteins that are stable in vitro, and measured their circulating concentrations by ELISA in a case–control study conducted in Chengdu, Sichuan, China, with 279 breast cancer cases and 260 healthy controls. Two obesity-related protein scores (ORPS) were calculated using a three-step method, with linear-weighted summation, and the one with a larger area under the curve was chosen for further evaluation. As a result, ORPS (PS5preor PS4post) was positively correlated with breast cancer risk (premenopausal: OR≤63 VS >633.696, 95% CI 2.025–6.747; postmenopausal: OR≤38 VS >387.100, 95% CI 3.134–16.084), and represented a better risk predictor among obese women compared to non-obese in pre- and postmenopausal women. Among different molecular subtypes, ORPS was positively correlated with Luminal breast cancer, with additionally positive association with triple-negative breast cancer in premenopausal women. The ORPS might be a potential marker of breast cancer risk among Chinese women.

In view of the multi-scale changes and the influence of light and angle in the image matching process, it is quite difficult to realize intelligent image registration by using convolutional neural network. The existing image matching algorithm has the following problems in the application process: the existing shallow feature extraction model has lost a lot of effective feature information and low recognition accuracy. Meanwhile, the image registration method based on deep learning is not robust and accurate enough. Therefore, an image registration method based on additive edge cosine loss was proposed in this paper. In the twin network architecture, cosine loss was used to convert Euclidean space into angular space, which eliminated the influence of characteristic intensity and improved the accuracy of registration. The matching cost was directly calculated by the included angle of two vectors in the embedded space, where the size of the angle edge could be quantitatively adjusted through parameter $$m$$ . We further derived a specific $$m$$ to quantitatively adjust the loss. In addition, anti-rotation attention mechanism was added to the network to enhance the ability of feature information extraction and adjust the position information of feature vectors to reduce the mismatching caused by image rotation.
