According to the specific requirements in the national verification regulations of JJG488-2018 “Instantaneous Daily Clock Time Difference Testers”, this paper has developed a calibration device for an instantaneous daily rate measuring instrument. Under the premise of not using FPGA, CPLD, DSP and complex algorithms, the device adopts DDS chip cascade technology and energy conversion principle to ensure that the maximum allowable error of the daily difference is 0.001s/d. Therefore, the device is not only suitable for personnel in the field of measurement to calibrate instantaneous daily clock time difference testers, but also can be used as a general-purpose measuring instrument with frequency measurement functions such as high-resolution frequency synthesizer calibration frequency meters.

Measurement technology institutes accept a lot of different kinds of equipments related to different research departments. During the process from customers hand in the application to the end of equipments testing, there could be several problems occur, such as record the key data repeatedly, the disconnection between business managements and equipments testing information process and the influence of error made by person. This paper proposes a method of how to improve the Measurement Service Management Platform from standalone version to full automatic version by adopting the COM (Component Object Model) modularization technology. This method could realize the full automation testing from censorship to occupational certificate and data sharing, exchanging.

In order to mitigate the seismic response of twin-tower structure linked by a steel truss platform bridge, as well as to reduce temperature force in the steel truss, eight groups of combined isolation system, each consisting of one pot-type bearing and four rubber bearings, were designed to connect the upper platform bridge to the lower supporting reinforced concrete towers. The features and working principles of the high-position isolation system were described. Then the seismic responses, including displacement, story drift and floor acceleration, of the structure with the isolation systems were calculated and compared with those of the structure with hinge joints in lieu of isolation. It is found that both the structural seismic responses and the temperature forces in the large-span mega-truss structure can be reduced by the high-position isolation system.

In order to research the optimal parameters of dampers linking adjacent structures for seismic mitigation, two SDOF systems connected with visco-elastic damper (VED) are taken as research object and the primary structural vibration frequency ratio, connection stiffness and linking damping ratio as research parameters. Modified Kanai-Tajimi spectrum is selected to model the earthquake excitation. The peak distribution of power spectral density curves are analyzed, then the formulas of structural mean squared displacement (MSD) and research parameters is derived based on random vibration theory. Then the relationship of the adjacent structural seismic response versus the research parameters was presented. The optimal value of the linking visco-elastic damper damping ratio and stiffness ratio are investigated. Finally, the seismic responses of example structures with or without connecting dampers are contrastively analyzed. The dependence of response mitigation effective on research parameters is highlighted. The results indicate fine earthquake-reduction effectiveness of dampers connecting adjacent structures. It is also shows that optimal parameters of damper cannot reduce the seismic responses of the primary structures connected to the best extent simultaneously. The damper parameters should be determined according to the best seismic mitigation effectiveness of the primary, auxiliary structure or the combined structure system.

Rationale: Nivolumab is a monoclonal IgG antibody blocking programmed death receptor-1 (PD1), leading to restoration of the natural T-cell-mediated immune response against the cancer cells. However, it also causes plenty of autoimmune-related adverse events, which often involves endocrine system. Patient concerns: A 54-year-old male with renal clear cell carcinoma was treated with nivolumab intravenously. Routine monitoring showed elevated thyroid-stimulating hormone and low free thyroxine after the 6th administration of nivolumab. After the 12th administration, he developed general fatigue, recurrent hypoglycemia, and relative hypotension. Laboratory tests showed low sodium, low morning cortisol without correspondence increase of corticotrophin (ACTH). Other pituitary hormones were normal. MRI showed no space-occupying lesions, but heterogeneous enhancement of the pituitary gland. Diagnoses: Primary hypothyroidism and isolated ACTH deficiency. The etiologies were assumed to be nivolumab induced autoimmune lymphocytic thyroiditis and hypophysitis, respectively. Interventions: Hormone replacements with levothyroxine and acetate cortisone were given orally. Nivolumab was adjusted to lower dose and longer interval. Outcomes: The patient felt good after adequate replacement. Nivolumab was returned to routine dose and interval six months later. And the metastasis was not obviously progressed during this time. Lessons: The present report provides the first detailed presentation of combined hypothyroidism and isolated ACTH deficiency induced by nivolumab. Adrenal deficiency often develops insidiously. We suggest routine monitoring of fasting blood-glucose, blood pressure and serum sodium as well as thyroid function during nivolumab and other cancer immunotherapies. When unexpected fatigue, hypoglycemia, hypotension or hyponatremia appeared, adrenal deficiency should be taken into consideration.

To evaluate the impact of the DRD2 TaqIA and DRD3 Ser9Gly polymorphisms on the efficacy of pramipexole in treating patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD). Thirty patients with PD prospectively received pramipexole 0.25 mg three times daily for 2 months. Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS) assessments were conducted at baseline and 2 months after treatment initiation. Improvement by 20% or more in the total score on the UPDRS was considered to indicate responsiveness. The PCR–restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis was used to analyze the DRD2 Taq1A and DRD3 Ser9Gly genotype. The DRD2 Taq1A allele frequencies were A141.7 (A1) and 58.3% (A2), and the DRD3 Ser9Gly allele frequencies were 68.3 (Ser) and 31.7% (Gly). When the subjects were grouped by the DRD3 Ser9Gly polymorphism, the response rates for pramipexole treatment were significantly higher in the Ser/Ser group (60%) than in the group containing the Gly allele (13%). There was a significant association between the DRD3 Ser9Gly polymorphism and response rate to pramipexole in PD patients (P = 0.024). When the subjects were grouped by the DRD2 Taq1A polymorphism, there were no significant differences among the three Taq1A genotypes. DRD3 Ser9Gly polymorphisms are significantly associated with the therapeutic efficacy of pramipexole in Chinese patients with PD. A large-scale and multi-dose group study in patients with PD is necessary for evaluating the impact of the genetic polymorphisms of the dopamine receptor on the therapeutic effects of pramipexole.

Micro-current whose value is less than 1uA is an important kind of expression form of the interaction between radial and matter. In this paper, three kinds of micro-current measurement method were compared at first. Then, a pA level current measurement system designed with capacitor integration method used in radial test was described. The basic design principle and its calculation formulas such as low cut-off frequency, high cut-off frequency, noise characters and drift characters in the paper were mentioned in detail. The key points during researching such as cancelling leakage current, making PCB with special materials, cleaning PCB, phase compensation and noise suppression method were also mentioned. At last, the calibration method for the system was explained step by step. The precision of our system in micro-current test was calculated according to the test results. The system's precision in micro-current measurement is about 1%. In the conclusion section, the work of dissertation is summarized and prospect of improving direction of system is presented. Nowadays, the system has also been used in the calibration of PD (partial discharge) calibrator which is the most important device in PD test. As research continues, more and more application Fields with our system will be found.

This thesis introduces the working principle of the universal counter frequency and period measurement and expounds the important function of the crystal oscillator inside universal counter. This paper designs a system which uses the technologies of time-sharing control and video capture to realize the automatic test of multiple crystal oscillators inside the universal counters at the same time.

This study applied Kansei Engineering concept to design the power system of a small unmanned aerial vehicle. Through screening optimized design, the best combination of design can be obtained. This promotes quality and efficiency of product design. For screening correlation design factors, this paper used 5W1H method to analyze and vote design factors. Next, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), a variety of design structure roadmap was analyzed. Taking advantage of the experts' opinion to apply Local Grey Relational Analysis-Analytic Hierarchy Process (LGRA-AHP) method can help to obtain the consensus assessment of the best structural design strategy. The research results not only collected the best arrangement of design paths, but also parsed the main design conditions of power system. Finally, the results of this study can also improve the integrity of the product design.

Multi-parameter simulator is famous because of its more parameters in use and cumbersome steps in calibration. This paper introduces a device which makes the calibration more convenient without oscilloscope, programmable amplifier, programmable filter and stabilized voltage supply. With this device, the key parameters of simulator can be traced back to National Standard. The paper also gives the feasibility analysis of Levkov method which is widely used in electrocardiograph and presents the improving method against its reduction in QRS-wave of ECG.

This paper combines aromatherapy in releasing pressure's physical function, and the assessment of autonomic nervous system to the factor's weighting analysis of heart rate variability system. The result shows that before using aromatherapy, the impact of each factor on the pressure can not be analyzed; however, after using aromatherapy, it is found that the heart rate is the main impact factor. All in all, the paper is the completion of the main factors and secondary factors affect the degree of autonomic nervous system, and it can be the reference for future clinical aromatherapy.

There are different characters in interdependence between members in a marketing channel, which express total interdependence and asymmetry independence. They respectively act on relational behavior between members in a marketing channel, and create different outcomes. The empirical results show that total interdependence has a positive effect on relationship performance, that is, conflict decreases and satisfactions increase, and that asymmetry independence has a reverse effect.

To solve the electromagnetic torque ripple caused by uncertain nonlinear factor of the Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) and improve the quick response and the smooth trajectory tracking of the servo system, a robust smooth trajectory tracking method based on Neural Network compensation is designed to the servo control system in this paper. Based on the mathematical model of the PMSM and it's nonlinear load, a Neural Network backstepping control method and two-order nonlinear smooth trajectory filter is presented in this paper. Finally, the validity and effectiveness of this control method are verified through the practical DSP experiments applied into AC servo control systems.

Antibiotic-resistant strains of Salmonella typhimurium and Klebsiella pneumoniae died readily after their addition to raw sewage, but they grew in sterilized sewage. The decline was not a result of abiotic stresses, and because the bacteria were able to survive in large numbers for at least 15 days in solutions containing no organic nutrients, it was not a result of competition. Toxin production, bacteriophages, and Bdellovibrio sp. did not cause the disappearance of the two bacterial species. A decline was also evident if the sewage was first passed through a 3-micron (pore size) filter or treated with cycloheximide or cycloheximide plus nystatin, but protozoa developed under these conditions. Little or no decline occurred if the sewage was filtered and treated with the eucaryotic inhibitors before the addition of S. typhimurium or K. pneumoniae, and protozoa were not detected. S. typhimurium increased in abundance if cycloheximide, streptomycin, and erythromycin or large amounts of glucose were added to sewage. Tetrahymena thermophilus did not significantly reduce the population of S. typhimurium in buffer when the density of the bacterium was about 10(4)/ml. However, when more than 10(8) Enterobacter agglomerans cells per ml were added to the buffer, T. thermophilus reduced the abundance of E. agglomerans and S. typhimurium to 10(6) and 10/ml, respectively. The density of S. typhimurium was further decreased by a second increment of E. agglomerans cells. The disappearance of S. typhimurium and K. pneumoniae from sewage thus is the result of predation by protozoa.(ABSTRACT TRUNCATED AT 250 WORDS)

The changes in populations of Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Salmonella typhimurium, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Agrobacterium tumefaciens, Rhizobium meliloti , and Saccharomyces cerevisiae were measured after their introduction into samples of sewage, lake water, and soil. Enumeration of small populations was possible because the strains used were resistant to antibiotics in concentrations and combinations such that few species native to these ecosystems were able to grow on agar containing the inhibitors. Fewer than 2 cells per ml of sewage or lake water and 25 cells per g of soil could be detected. A. tumefaciens and R. meliloti persisted in significant numbers with little decline, but S. aureus, K. pneumoniae, S. typhimurium, S. cerevisiae , and vegetative cells of B. subtilis failed to survive in samples of sewage and lake water. In sterile sewage, however, K. pneumoniae, B. subtilis, S. typhimurium, A. tumefaciens , and R. meliloti grew; S. cerevisiae populations were maintained at the levels used for inoculation; and S. aureus died rapidly. In sterile lake water, the population of S. aureus and K. pneumoniae and the number of vegetative cells of B. subtilis declined rapidly, R. meliloti grew, and the other species maintained significant numbers with little or a slow decline. The populations of S. aureus, K. pneumoniae, A. tumefaciens, B. subtilis , and S. typhimurium declined in soil, but the first four species grew in sterile soil. It is suggested that some species persist in environments in which they are not indigenous because they tolerate abiotic stresses, do not lose viability readily when starved, and coexist with antagonists. The species that fails to survive need only be affected by one of these factors.

http://jn.physiology.org/content/102/1/360.abstract, Primates can easily identify visual objects over large changes in retinal position—a property commonly referred to as position “invariance.” This ability is widely assumed to depend on neurons in inferior temporal cortex (IT) that can respond selectively to isolated visual objects over similarly large ranges of retinal position. However, in the real world, objects rarely appear in isolation, and the interplay between position invariance and the representation of multiple objects (i.e., clutter) remains unresolved. At the heart of this issue is the intuition that the representations of nearby objects can interfere with one another and that the large receptive fields needed for position invariance can exacerbate this problem by increasing the range over which interference acts. Indeed, most IT neurons' responses are strongly affected by the presence of clutter. While external mechanisms (such as attention) are often invoked as a way out of the problem, we show (using recorded neuronal data and simulations) that the intrinsic properties of IT population responses, by themselves, can support object recognition in the face of limited clutter. Furthermore, we carried out extensive simulations of hypothetical neuronal populations to identify the essential individual-neuron ingredients of a good population representation. These simulations show that the crucial neuronal property to support recognition in clutter is not preservation of response magnitude, but preservation of each neuron's rank-order object preference under identity-preserving image transformations (e.g., clutter).
