It is a challenging task for a manipulator to grasp sea cucumber on the seabottom, because it is difficult to determine the sea cucumber grasping angle of the manipulator. In this paper, a method for determining grasping position and angle of sea cucumber by rotatable bounding box is proposed. Firstly, an improved full convolution image segmentation network model is proposed. Secondly, the expanded sea cucumber image is used to train the improved full convolution neural network. Thirdly, we use the trained neural network to segment the image to get the sea cucumber target. Finally, the grasping position and angle of sea cucumber are determined according to the minimum enclosing rectangle of the largest connected region of the segmented image. Experiments show that the improved full convolution image segmentation network model can effectively improve the accuracy and speed of sea cucumber target segmentation. The proposed method can determine the grasping position and angle of sea cucumber at any rotation angle in real time and accurately.

This paper discusses the dynamic load-bearing capacity of the main transmission mechanism of worm pair traction machine in a cargo lift. By fully considering the mass, rotational inertia and friction for transmission of the worm pair, multi-body dynamics was adopted to calculate the worm gear teeth contact force and motion characteristics. Based on the nonlinear finite element algorithm for friction-contact and combined with the dynamics computation results, the finite element calculation for the teeth contact strength and bending strength were performed. The finite element calculation results and theoretical calculation results were compared to analyze their difference. The mechanism quality was evaluated from the running stability and mechanical strength, and the evaluation results show that the main transmission mechanism of traction machine in the cargo lift has good dynamic load-bearing capacity and high safety, and meets the design requirements.

Unmanned Underwater Vehicle(UUV) needs to keep its position and attitude steady when operating a near-surface task. However, the wave force and high damping characteristic brings great challenge to near-surface stabilization. To overcome these difficulties, firstly, we design a sliding mode controller with residuals to form a close-loop system driven by compensating error. Then, based on robust optimal control theorem a compensator is designed after a full exploitation of wave force frequency and thruster characteristics. Simulation results reveals its good performance in wave force compensation. Tuning principles of the handcrafted parameters are also summarized.

Practical application shows that, through training of the system, application ability of students has been improved significantly in the skills competition, field work and social service. The ability of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship has been improved effectively.

The function of the final drive of a truck axle is to reduce the speed and increase the torque. The main transmission system is composed of a spiral bevel gear mechanism and a helical gear mechanism. After fully considering powertrain mass, moment of inertia and dedendum transition fillet, the dynamic calculation model of the meshing collision of the gear teeth was established. The speed of the gear and the contact force of the tooth surface in a moving cycle are calculated and analysed. Based on the results of the dynamic calculation as the load data, the finite element computation model of frictional contact between spiral bevel gear mechanism and helical gear mechanism is established. Using the augmented Lagrange multiplier method, the contact stress distribution of the tooth surface under the transient impact load is calculated and analysis in a motion cycle when the teeth are engagement-in and engagement-out. In order to avoid the damage of gear tooth contact fatigue, the more realistic surface contact fatigue strength of the gears was obtained and compared with the theoretical calculation according to the finite element calculation results.

An equipment comprehensive utilization index considering power system security and operating mode was provided, and a distribution system expansion planning method based on this index was proposed. The expansion planning method takes “effective use of existing and additional equipment resources” as the guiding ideology, and makes full use of the historical operation data to realize the distribution system expansion planning. The planning model and the solving process using improved particle swarm algorithm are provided in the paper. An actual case study is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.

Description and acquisition of education cloud resources context-aware information is in order to make that the different resource entity has a reasonable understanding of the perceived context in an open environment. This paper presents a context-aware architecture of education Cloud resources based on ontology-aware, and describes the model and mechanism of component entities of on-demand aggregation and dynamic collaborative evolution in this framework. The effectiveness of the proposed framework and cooperative model has been proved through the actual data and a large number of experiments.

This article first expounds the concept and characteristics of cloud computing, analyzes the existing problems of the existing teaching resources network platform, probes into the coordination sharing mode of the network teaching resources based on cloud computing, promoting the centralized management and the equilibrium distribution of the network teaching resources, realized "build", "sharing" and "sharing" of the digital teaching resources, so as to improve teaching quality.

In this paper, the system architecture of high quality teaching resources is given in a cloud environment, by studying the relationship between education cloud and quality teaching resources sharing. In this paper, based on our establishment of Computer Network Technology Specialty in Suzhou vocational university and combining with the local area economic development, determine the competency-based training objectives, we identified competency-based training objectives, and built a new skill-based ‘3DCC’ practical course system and a working-process-oriented ‘434’ practice teaching model. Practice has proved that, through built ‘Double Type’ Teaching Staff and a shared network Teaching resources, as well as hierarchical implementation of the ‘434’ practical teaching model, the students’ skills in regional special networking have been significantly improved in practice, and the training project and professional ability have been well integrated.

The optimum design angle of attack for a large-scale wind turbine blade and the lift coefficient assumes the nonlinearities change. For such problem, 1.2 MW wind turbine blade's profile is designed based on BEM theory through improving on the Wilson algorithm and correcting the airfoil from the structure and processing angle. the calculation for the aerodynamic performance, by the relation curve between tip speed radio and power coefficient, the rationality of improving on the Wilson algorithm and the feasibility of designing Aerodynamic shape of large-scale wind turbine blade with horizontal axis is proved , machinable real-made 3D model of wind turbine blades in the example is gotten ultimately.
