In maxillofacial trauma, frontal bone fracture is rarely seen and should be treated as early as possible. Over decades, several treatment options has been suggested such as wait and watch, grafting, cementation, cranioplast implant and open reduction and internal fixation. The aim of treatment is to correct the functional and cosmetic deformity. This article reports a case of road traffic accident with contused lacerated wound over frontal bone. Imaging modality such as CT scan was advised which confirmed the diagnosis as anterior table fracture of frontal bone. Patient was treated with titanium mesh for open reduction and internal fixation.
