Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is the cardiovascular disease due to plaque build-up in the coronary artery, reducing the blood follow to the heart. STEMI (ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction) is the CHD due to the ST-segment elevation in 12 and the cardiac marker elevation as Troponin I. The elevation is due to a blockage in the coronary artery, causing the blood perfusion and oxygen supply for the heart to decrease. The objective of the article review is to describe the correct STEMI therapy based on the research findings and references listed in the literary review. This review was made with the study of literature published in 1993-2019. Conclusion: STEMI therapy management is discomfort management and reperfusion therapy. The reperfusion therapy is aimed to recover the myocardial blood flow, to heal the heart, and to reduce the mortality level. The primary coronary artery reperfusion can be administered with the primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). PCI can open a blockage in the coronary artery and has a good effect on the short-term and long-term clinical results. Besides, it reduces the death risk, myocardial infarction, or repetitive stroke. Meanwhile, reperfusion using fibrinolytics is conducted when PCI is unavailable. Moreover, anticoagulant, antithrombotic, and vasodilators are supporting therapies for STEMI patients to reduce chest pain and prevent reinfarction

This study aims to provide stimulants to the leading sectors contributing to the state budget from the non-oil and gas sector. So far, tourism has an extraordinary strategic function in terms of food healthy and job creation for the community. the objectives are to explore whether SMEs have procedures related to digital marketing to promote halal culinary in Batam which this situation can influence the SMEs growth sustainable, how come 65% of the economic contribution in Indonesia is contributed by SMEs based on home industries. Batam is a special economic zone that has tremendous potential in tourism development. The strategic location close to the economic center of ASEAN, Singapore, provides benefits for tourism development, currently especially related to culinary tourism. Culinary and tourism is an identity culture to introduce the potential of an area to the outside community. In this study, as researchers, we investigate the existence of digital marketing as SMEs accommodation in promoting halal culinary products through social media, search engine marketing, and online websites. Data collected sample from the consumers who bought halal food for SME production in Batam amount of 160 respondents where investigate with the Cluster sampling method. This study is explanatory research to released the problem of data with Structure Equation Model (SEM) analysis to solve the problems that cannot be answered in previous studies. Contribute to SME’s scope in future research, deep subjectivity is needed related to segmentation, culture, and religious dogma.

This study aims to determine the role of marine transportation in supporting the flow of goods and people in Maligano District, Muna Regency. Seven informants were used in this study, consisting of: the Maligano sub-district head (key informant); two traders; two farmers; and two boat owners. Data analysis involved the descriptive analysis method. The results led the researchers to conclude that the construction of the port and the procurement of KM Rembulan and speed boats played a role in increasing the number of traders and other individuals involved in economic activities around the port, resulting in increased community income, higher flows of goods and people, and an increase in the quantity and type of goods transported via the Maligano-Raha route. The number of production wells refers to the performance of the well, which is shown in the graph of inflow performance relationship (IPR). Reservoir characteristics influence on performance of the well, type of welltest and methods that be used in the determination of IPR. By using the IPR curves, maximum flow rate and the optimal flow rate of the well will be known. Pressure Build Up test is used to know performance and a maximum flow rate of the X well. Well test conducted for 15 hours. The well produced at a constant flow rate than close the wellhead. The Pressure data and time data obtained from the well test. The result of Pressure build-up testing analysis among permeability, skin and flow efficiency. After analyzing the Pressure build-up testing permeability obtained 190 mD, skin + 1,68 and 0,83 flow efficiency. Based on the value of flow efficiency Standing method is the most appropriate method is used to analyze the productivity of X well. Standing appropriate method for wells with skin ≠ 0 and flow efficiency ≠ 1. The maximum flow rate of the X well using Standing Method on the 0,83 flow efficiency was 13,91 MMSCFD

In oil and gas drilling activities, drilling mud is one of the most important commodities. The main mineral used as a reactive solid that works to suck fresh water and form drilling mud is bentonite. Bentonite which is used as a drilling mud in the market is mostly imported from the United States. In Indonesia there are several areas that have enough potential for bentonite minerals, namely Java, Sumatra, parts of Kalimantan and Sulawesi with reserves estimated to be more than 380 million tons. (Riyanto A, 1994). This study uses bentonite in Kulim area, Tenayan Raya City, Pekanbaru, in hopes of providing useful information input, especially in the use of bentonite minerals in drilling mud. Using local bentonite the price is cheaper and more efficient. The object observed was the effect and number of bentonite mixed with fresh water so that the rheological properties of drilling mud such as viscosity, gel strength, mud cake and filtration loss were obtained and would be in accordance with API specification 13A standards. Whereas to find out the composition and structure of local mineral clay, SEM and EDX analyzes were performed to determine the characteristics and composition of these minerals. From these tests add additives NaCO3 and NaOH as ion exchangers and add the element Na to the sludge. From SEM and EDX analysis, two samples taken in central Sumatra Sumatra can be categorized as clay Illite fe-rich and Clay Illite Platty. Rheological testing of drilling mud and chemical composition analysis of clay Illite fe-rich minerals and Clay Illite Platty in Riau, Central Sumatra and with the addition of additives NaCO3 and NaOH to local Clay, Rheology in mud based on Clay Illite Platty is obtained with Bentonite. commonly used as a basic material for the manufacture of oil and gas drilling mud with API Spec13 A.

Background Dengue shock syndrome (DSS) mortality rate is stillhigh. The extent of plasma effusion in dengue shock syndromecan be identified in the right lateral decubitus position on chestx􀁃ray, and quantified by the pleural effusion index (PEl). It isthought that PEl value can be used to predict DSS mortality inchildren. Pleural effusion in DSS patients can cause respiratoryfailure and death.Objective To determine the relationship bet ween PEl andmortality in children \\lith DSS.Methods This cross􀁃sectional, retrospective study was held in theDr. Kariadi Hospital, Semarang, Indonesia. Data was taken frommedical records of pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) patientswith DSS from January 2009 to January 2011. DSS diagnosiswas confirmed by clinical and radiological manifestations. PEldiagnosis was established by the presence of fluid in the pleuralcavity on pulmonary radiological examinations. X􀁃rays wereinterpreted by the radiologist on duty at the time. Chi square andlogistic regression tests were used to analyze the data.Results There were 48 subjects with DSS, consisting of 18 males(37.5 %), and 30 females (62.5%). Twenty􀁃nine subjects (60.4%)survived and 19 (39.6%) died. One patient (2.1 %) had PEl 30% on their x􀁃rays. The mortality rateof DSS with PEl 15-30% was 11.8% (95% CI 0.021 to 0.564;P30% was 65.4 % (95% CI 3,581 to 99,642;P 15% was a risk factor for mortality in childrenwith DSS.
