Dentigerous cyst is an epithelial-lined developmental crater that encloses the crown of an unerupted tooth at the cementoenamel junction. Bilateral or multiple dentigerous cysts are often associated with few syndromes. Even though dentigerous cysts are common developmental cysts, bilateral occurrence of dentigerous cysts are extremely uncommon and to date, only 22 cases have been reported in literature till 2011. In English based language literature review, we only found nine reports of non-syndromic bilateral dentigerous cyst associated with mandibular third molars. The present article report a case of bilateral non-syndromic, dentigerous cysts associated with inverted mandibular third molars in a 25 years old male patient with brief review of literature.

The hyperimmunoglobulin E syndrome (HIES) is a multisystem disorder that affects the dentition, skeleton, connective tissues and immune system. Little is known about oral manifestations of the syndrome. The purpose of this report was to describe a 6-year-old boy with suspected autosomal recessive HIES syndrome who had multiple fused primary teeth, which is a rare association with JOB syndrome. The patient gave a history of pneumonia and skin infections. Recognition of such case at an early age is necessary to reduce morbidity. As conclusion, treatment for this condition is life long administration of therapeutic doses of penicillinase-resistant penicillin, with the addition of other antibiotics or antifungal agents as required for specific infections.

Aims and Objectives: To determine correlation between the Salivary Urea levels with that of Blood Urea levels. Materials and Methods: Subjects were selected from patients undergoing haemodialysis and patients who had underwent kidney transplantation at Ashwini Hospitals Guntur. The study comprised of 45 patients, of which Haemodialysis group (HD) with 20 patients, Transplant (T) group with 15 patients and 10 patients in control group. Samples of blood and saliva were taken from all the patients to assess the Blood Urea Nitrogen (BUN) and Salivary Urea (SU) levels respectively under strict aseptic precautions. Blood was collected just prior to the dialysis in HD group and in renal transplant (T) patients during their review visit. Informed consent was taken from patients and ethical committee approval taken.
