The rapid development of technology has had an influence on people's lives, one of which is the need for hotspot network facilities. The rise of various kinds of businesses, government agencies and educational institutions that provide free hotspots that aim to facilitate the teaching and learning process and due to the rapid development of hotspot technology requires a tool called a router to manage hotspot nets and interfacing applications for easier operation of the router system mikrotik and one of the implementing agencies implementing this technology is STMIK Campus Denpasar. The advantages possessed by proxy and user management applications this can facilitate in managing and monitoring users who are connected to managed hotspots, and can also provide bandwidth limitations for each user according to the limits that we have given to the user profile settings.

In cell-free (CF) massive multiple-input multiple-output (mMIMO) architecture, large number of access points (APs) collaboratively serve much smaller number of users. Conventionally, it is assumed that each AP serves all users. In this work, however, to lessen the computational and hardware costs, instead of serving all users, each AP serves limited number of them. We propose an algorithm for assigning users to each AP. Besides, we assume each AP is connected to a central processing unit (CPU) via limited capacity fronthaul link. To efficiently address the fronthaul capacity constraints, three strategies for sending signals from APs to the CPU are employed; namely: compress-forward-estimate (CFE), estimate-compress-forward (ECF), and estimate-multiply compress-forward (EMCF). We drive the capacity of the aforementioned systems with user management constraint. It is shown that the proposed user management improves the performance of the ECF and EMCF from both sum spectral efficiency (SE) and per user SE aspects.

In order to better meet the needs of home sprouts cultivation and improve the convenience and appreciation of user management, a three-dimensional cultivation device for home sprouts was designed. The device consists of a frame structure, a cultivation system, a water supply system, and a light supplement system, a control system and other components. A simulation analysis was carried out using SolidWorks, and the results showed that the strength of each part can meet the force requirements, the irrigation water can flow into each cultivation trough smoothly, and the water supply in each trough is even. The prototype application test results show that: it can meet the cultivation requirements of sprouts, and the cultivation effect is better than ordinary three-dimensional cultivation devices, and the management convenience, ornamental, and comprehensive user satisfaction are also better than ordinary three-dimensional cultivation devices. The device can provide a certain reference value for related designs, and has broad promotion prospects in the field of home sprout vegetable cultivation.

This paper proposes a novel software architecture for developing disease registries. Our proposal consists of five horizontal layers and two transversal layers. It takes into account several aspects of disease registries, such as various sources of data acquisition, security and privacy issues, data analytics, and user management tasks. Several use cases are presented: the Tunisian Fanconi Anemia Registry (TFAR), the Tunisian Gaucher Disease Registry (TGDR), the Tunisian Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Registry (TNHLR), and the Tunisian Registry of Diabetes Type 1 (TRD-T1).

As one of the advanced functions for human being, the emotion has a great influence on people's personality and mental health. EEG serves as a rapid measure method for neural signals that becomes an important way to evaluate different emotions. Some traditional machine learning techniques do not take into account the crucial temporal dynamic information in the EEG signals. However, with the recursive structure in time, the long and short time memory (LSTM) network in deep learning technology can solve this problem well. In this paper, a LSTM is designed and trained well to classify the emotional EEG, and then a WeChat mini-program system is constructed. The mini-program system incorporates with the LSTM to perform the EEG preprocessing, feature extraction, emotion classifying, and user management functions and so on. It can give feedback to the users about the emotional changes degree of pleasure and sobriety according to their EEG, which could serve as the emotion inspector as well as the entertainment tool for personal use.

It was analyzed to different proposals about cyberbullying to identify online parameters through approaches, models, architecture, algorithm and assessments. The problem is the lack of a security algorithm when sharing information to a social network in Ecuador. The objective is to propose a parameter model to determine cyberbullying on Social Networks in Ecuador. It was used exploration and deductive method for the analysis of information from referenced articles. It resulted in a conceptual model of cyberbullying mitigation, four-layer architecture, indicator detection algorithm expressed in flowchart, and formula for measuring architecture. It was concluded that the algorithm determines indicators to identify harassment on social media, decreases impact at the national level and improves user management when browsing online, according to the simulations the architecture has 93.17% efficiency.

The other and very important problem which lab assistants face is that they don’t know automatically which hardware and software changes are being done on any system. In this paper a Computer Laboratory Record Management System (CLRMS) is proposed to avoid such kind of problems. CLRMS is a network based Software which automatically keeps all the information of system including hardware and software. This software secures the records of system configuration for future information reporting, user management and security management. It also updates system database if any hardware is removed or any software changes occur via automatically retrieval method. CLRMS interfaces are easily understandable hence user friendly. It generates reports for both software and hardware. It shows complete structured configuration of a computer. It will keep records that which type of user was log on the system and what tasks he has performed like installation information of software, updates of software, version and vendor information.

The degradation of end-to-end quality of service (QoS) on mobile users is becoming a common issue for IEEE 802.11 infrastructure-based networks in crowded areas. This research tackles the issue by employing an SDN framework on an integrated wireless/wired environment. Thereby, we present the development and implementation of a system that performs user management by analyzing the network load from the OpenFlow statistics, as well as the wireless information collected from the associated users. In order to analyse the behaviour of the proposed user migration algorithm, we evaluate the system under scenarios with different traffic load and user session duration. From the experiments, we observed that in several cases wireless users get a considerable QoS improvement at the application layer (up to 30% improvement in throughput and up to 20% in delay in our simulations) once the system is activated. Based on the results, we present an analysis on how and when user migration in multi-access point IEEE 802.11 networks can be most effective.

The main motivation behind this case study is the hands-on experience we have and the close proximity to the project, i.e. information exchange and team discussions as the main available resources.

In this paper we describe the security vulnerabilities of the Erle-Copter quadcopters. Due to the fact that it is promoted as a toy with low acquisition costs, it may end up being used by many individuals which make it a target for harmful attacks. In addition, the video stream of the drone could be of interest for a potential attacker due to its ability of revealing confidential information. Therefore, we perform a security threat analysis on this particular family of drones. We set the focus mainly on obvious security vulnerabilities like the unencrypted Wi-Fi connection or the user management of the GNU/Linux operating system which runs on the drone. We show how the drone can be hacked in order to hijack the Erle-Copter. Our aim is to sensitize the end-user of Erle-Copters by describing the security vulnerabilities and to show how the Erle-Copter can be secured from unauthorized access. We provide instructions to secure the drones Wi-Fi connection and its operation with the official smartphone app or third party PC software.

Objectives Using Computer-assisted orthopedic navigation surgery system (CAOS) has many advantages but is not mandatory to use during an orthopedic surgery. Therefore, opinions obtained from clinical orthopedists with this system are valuable. This paper integrates technology acceptance model and theory of planned behavior to examine the determinants of continued CAOS use to facilitate user management. Methods Opinions from orthopedists who had used a CAOS for at least two years were collected through a cross-sectional survey to verify the research framework. Follow-up interviews with an expert panel based on their experiences of CAOS were conducted to reason the impacts of factors of the research framework. Results The results show that factors of “perceived usefulness” and “facilitating condition” determine the intention to continue using CAOS, and “perceived usefulness” was driving by “complexity of task” and “social influence”. Additionally, support in practice from high-level managers had an influence on orthopedists’ satisfaction after using a CAOS. Conclusions The aging population is accompanied by the increasing requirements for medical care and medical care attendant expenses, especially in total knee replacement. More precision and improvements on survivorship of patients’ artificial joints are needed. This study facilitates suggestions in user management when encountering an obstacle in implementing a CAOS. Based on these findings, scientific and practical implications are then discussed.

At the same time, this article discusses critical technical solutions such as storage engine, resource management, calculation engine, analysis engine, interactive front end, and data management, task management, and user management to build a bank’s big data platform. This article hopes to provide a reference for other banks to make big data platforms.

In the context of smart homes, owners with no technical expertise will need to manage users and devices with various features to define who is allowed to use, or not, each smart device. To help owners perform this task, we designed a management framework that uses real life attributes and an attribute-based access control model (ABAC) to define access control policies. We built a prototype of the framework and found that users easily understand and use it to define access control policies for smart homes.

More and more medical data are digitized today, data that must be available and understood by medical entities in different geographical regions and different medical fields. FHIR is a medical standard created by the need to have a set of specifications for rigorous data exchange mechanisms between medical applications. This paper is written to demonstrate the possibility of implementing the FHIR standard in a medical application in Romania. The implementation of the functions required by a management unit of a medical unit, from registration and authentication functions to the creation of medical observations and user management, has been pursued. All application features have been built on the FHIR libraries and the specifications of this standard.

Automatic classification of sentiment data (e.g., reviews, blogs) has many applications in enterprise user management systems, and can help us understand people’s attitudes about products or services. However, it is difficult to train an accurate sentiment classifier for different domains. One of the major reasons is that people often use different words to express the same sentiment in different domains, and we cannot easily find a direct mapping relationship between them to reduce the differences between domains. So, the accuracy of the sentiment classifier will decline sharply when we apply a classifier trained in one domain to other domains. In this paper, we propose a novel approach called words alignment based on association rules (WAAR) for cross-domain sentiment classification, which can establish an indirect mapping relationship between domain-specific words in different domains by learning the strong association rules between domain-shared words and domain-specific words in the same domain. In this way, the differences between the source domain and target domain can be reduced to some extent, and a more accurate cross-domain classifier can be trained. Experimental results on Amazon® datasets show the effectiveness of our approach on improving the performance of cross-domain sentiment classification.

The survey was taken from July to August 2012 by users who visited Gyeongju National Park to compare the perceived gap of users regarding management policy by characteristic of Gyeongju National Park district type in this study. Gyeongju National Park users’ characteristic, use pattern and perception regarding park management policy were created as survey items. First, district type was classified based on use pattern of the visitor and the key resources of 8 districts in Gyeongju National Park. Tohamsan District, which has many visitors for the purpose of scenery appreciation and recreation with Bulguksa and Seokguram Grotto, is classified as tourism type, Namsan and Daebon District, which bring in many visitors seeking to learn about historical culture and environmental education, could be classified as historical culture education types, and Hwarang, Seoak, Sogeum River, Gumisan District are places residents use for physical training, hiking and walking to improve health, thus classifying them as neighborhood park types. People perceived that the tourism type is where users for historical artifact tours are concentrated, thus consideration for plans that can improve visitors’ satisfaction from a user limit policy is required, and a manager’s right to control use behavior must be reinforced in historical culture education types. On the other hand, users of neighborhood parks found the lowest necessity for most of the policy, and this showed that users of each of Gyeongju National Park`s districts felt differently about the need for policies. This result is expected to be utilized as a database for introducing policy that reflects the perception of users in each districts of Gyeongju National Park in the future.

For user management in high-security systems, continuous authentication is required, where unconscious biometrics is suitable. We have proposed to use brain waves as such unconscious biometrics. Assuming continuous authentication of drivers, we have measured brain waves in virtual driving environments and evaluated the verification performance. In this paper, we introduce Principle Component Analysis (PCA) into the feature extraction. It is confirmed that the introduction of PCA is effective for improving the verification performance.

Globus offers a suite of data and user management capabilities to the research community, encompassing data transfer and sharing, user identity and authorization, and data publication. Globus capabilities are accessible via both a web browser and REST APIs. Frequently, offshore oil spills have a significant impact on the marine environment and fishery resources, resulting in huge economic losses. In this paper, we designed an environmental impact assessment system of offshore oil spill for improving the above-mentioned situation. The major functions of this system are data management, query analysis, spatial modeling analysis, evaluation of forecast, user management and so on. Environmental impact assessment system of oil spill can predict and evaluate the oil spill’s impact on environment. It’s significant for the protection of the environment and planning. In addition, it also has a realistic significance for providing some basis for claims issues.

China Urban Transport Database (CUTD) has been built to play such a role. This paper is to make an introduction of CUTD framework including user management, data warehouse, and application modules. Considering the urban transport development features of Chinese cities, sustainable urban transport development indicators are proposed to evaluate the public transport service level in Chinese cities. International urban transport knowledge base is developed as well. CUTD has been applied in urban transport data processing, urban transport management, and urban transport performance evaluation in national and local transport research agencies, operators, and governments in China, and it will be applied to a broader range of fields.

Generally these virtual/remotes laboratories are built from scratch again and again, instead of reusing software and hardware infrastructures. This paper presents a new framework, RVLab, to help developers building flexible and robust server-side virtual and remotes laboratories quickly. RVLab affords support for the basic requirements of these systems such as the user management or the resources (instruments and devices) reservation. Unlike other lab systems, RVLab is adapted to devices and instruments of any real laboratory due to a secure and robust mechanism that allows the remote execution of lab programs. Moreover, it improves the user interaction with real labs, providing a real-time visualization of experiments and lab instruments by means of the control of video camera placed into lab, and the transmission of video streaming with different quality to users.

e-Technology has enabled users from remote locations to collaborate together virtually and involve in e-activities to reach their common goals. The virtual environment is commonly known as Networked Collaborative Virtual Environment. It is a challenge to manage these remote located users since they are diverse in term of language, culture, and skill. Most of the managements are performed by external entity such as administrator. As a result, the external handling is hardly matched or coped. Thus, this paper investigates the possibility of having a method called role behavior to manage users both internally and externally. The initial finding shows that roles are dynamic and their dynamic behaviors are further analyzed through a collaborative monopoly game. As a result, a set of role behaviors has been extracted from the game. Each behavior is analyzed and mapped to a real-life application as an abstraction of user management. Finally, a mathematical model has been proposed to represent a comprehensive collection of roles which has to be used in managing dynamic environment.

Recently, a large number of P2P network financial platforms emerged, market competition is fierce. With the size of platforms and the number of customers increasing, how to effectively manage the users on the platforms has become an urgent problem to be solved for network financial platforms. Also, effective user management will be the key to keeping the competitive advantage. For network financial platforms, compared to borrowers, lenders play a more important role. The activity and loyalty of the lenders can be said to be the basis for healthy operation of the platform. Therefore, the use of data mining technology has a great significance for effectively managing the lenders. This paper selects a representative P2P network financial platform as the research object, using the data mining tool-WEKA and the K-means clustering algorithm, achieves the effective classification of the lenders on the platform based on the establishment of corresponding mathematical model, and provides some appropriate suggestions and strategies for effectively managing the lenders on the P2P network financial platforms.

We present a service platform, which supports the basic functionalities for beacon-based services with the RESTful Web service technology. The platform provides RESTful Web services for beacon/user management, beacon data update/filtering, beacon data searching/monitoring, and alarm notification. Using the Web Services, service developers can rapidly build their simple services using BLE beacons.

With the rapid development of the Android mobile applications, people's daily life is more and more mobile applications. The system is based on the Android mobile application platform for personal financial management system, the system can easily make a record of personal real-time consumption, convenient user management of personal property, personal accounts, the daily, monthly, annual revenue and expenditure management, real-time understanding of the situation, to avoid blind consumption.

The appearance of Intelligent mobile and home appliance increas ed the using of not only various multimedia contents but also educational contents. Especially the growth of smart device such as smart phone, smart pad and smart TV, provided the environment which everyone can use educational content anytime, anywhere, any device. However many smart devices are hard to reuse the various educational contents because the devices and mobile os policies are not unify. In this paper, we suggest the design of NeS(N-Screen e-learning system) in order to solve this problem. NeS is consisted of User Management, Educational Content Management, Content Convert System and Interactive Management System. In this system, we use the HTML5 language to assure interoperability in various Smart Device Environment. Through N eS, we can achieve Content OSMU(One Source Multi Use) in various device environment and assure the continuity of the contents for using the educational contents more easily.

Solve effectively water rights information sharing and idle resources allocation and utilization of real-time problems. Increased information sharing and scientific configuration in the transfer of dynamic water rights. Provided a base platform for realizing information management of water rights and water markets.

This paper is projecting website system built on top of PHP Framework Laravel 5.2 and MySQL DBMS which contains 6 modules of scientific conference management needs, Master Conference, User Management, Submission, Website Management, Schedule, and Post Conference. From the development and testing system with Black Box method concluded that the system is running well and feasible to be applied to the management of the conference in Electrical Engineering Program Faculty of Engineering Udayana University.

In this study were compared three different management type sandy coast , and considered as subjects for appropriate recreational use management on Ishikari coast, Hokkaido. 1,000 questionnaire surveys were distributed on the site and 375 were returned back by mail. The purposes of the visitors, and also their attributes, were different in regard to the management type of the coast. The park users were elder and were interested in conservation of coastal plants. Although the beach users should have paid for parking lots, they had complained about insufficient facilities and their maintenance. The non-managed beach users had various purposes, like swimming, camping, fishing, ATV and PWC riding, but such purposes had caused conflict between users, and had significantly higher points of awareness of the issues such as leaving garbage, human waste, and annoyed other visitors. As a result of this research it may be concluded that strict rules and regulations are needed for non-managed beaches for sustainable recreational use. It can also be suggested that the collection of entrance fees or parking charge at non-managed beaches will work effectively towards user management. Coastal managers should develop sustainable management strategy and preserve the coasts for the future generations.

Federated authentication and authorization systems provide several advantages to collaborative environments, for example, easy authentication integration, simpler user management, easier security policy implementation and quicker implementation of access control elements for new type of resources. A federation integrates different aspects that have to be coordinated by all the organizations involved. The most relevant are: definition of common schemas and attributes, definition of common policies and procedures, management of keys and certificates, management of common repositories and implementation of a home location service. A federation enabling collaboration of European sites has been put into operation. Four laboratories have been integrated and two more organizations (EFDA and KFKI/HAS) are finishing their integration. The federation infrastructure is based on Point of Access to Providers of Information (PAPI), a distributed authentication and authorization system. PAPI technology gives some important features, such as, single sign on for accessing to different resources, mobility for users, and compatibility with open and standard technologies: Java, JNLP protocol, XML-RPC and web technologies among others. In this article, the test-bed of EFDA federation is presented. Some examples of resources, securely shared inside the federation, are shown. Specific issues and experience gained in deploying federated collaboration systems will be addressed as well.

COSMO-SkyMed is a dual-use program for both civilian and defense provides user community (institutional and commercial) with SAR data in several environmental applications. In the context of COSMO-SkyMed data and User management, one of the aspects carefully monitored is the user satisfaction level, it is links to satisfaction of submitted user requests. The operational experience of the first years of operational phase, and the consequent lessons learnt by the COSMO-SkyMed data and user management, have demonstrated that a lot of acquisition rejections are due to conflicts (time conflicts or system conflicts) among two or more civilian user requests, and they can be managed and solved implementing an improved coordination of users and their requests on a daily basis. With this aim a new Service Support Tool (SST) has been designed and developed to support the operators in the User Request coordination. The Tool allow to analyze conflicts among Acquisition Requests (ARs) before the National Rankization phase and to elaborate proposals for conflict resolution. In this paper the most common causes of the occurred rejections will be showed, for example as the impossibility to aggregate different orders, and the SST functionalities will be described, in particular how it works to remove or minimize the conflicts among different orders.

The concept of cloud federations recently attracted the focus of attention of the research community. Cloud federations allow cloud providers to cooperate through the integration of their services. There are two important issues that must be dealt with in a federated environment. First, it must be defined how resources will be shared and made available to users. The other issue concerns user management and authentication within the federation. This paper presents a conceptual model for federation brokerage, in which a global agent searches for resources and allocates them to users in a cloud federation. The proposed model also defines authentication mechanisms that allow user recognition across different cloud domains.

Timely access to critical information is crucial for any organization operating in situations of emergency. Deploying an adequate information system tailored to specific organizational needs and matched to the organizational structure is essential. To understand the knowledge management needs of Medecins Sans Frontieres, one of the leading NGOs in the humanitarian and medical fields, we conducted in total 145 hours of in-depth interviews. This paper presents three identified key requirements for an effective knowledge management system specifically designed for large distributed NGOs, like MSF. Additionally, we introduce a novel social media called Graspeo designed and built from ground up to fulfill these requirements.
