Ischemic neuronal injury results from a complex series of pathophysiological events, including oxidative, excitotoxicity, inflammation and nitrative stress. Consequently, many of these events can induce cell death, including necrosis (unregulated cell death) and apoptosis (a type of regulated cell death). These are long-established paradigms to which newly discovered regulated cell death processes have been added, such as necroptosis (a regulated form of necrosis) and autophagydependent cell death. Moreover, many researchers have targeted products associated with Chinese herbal medicine at regulated pathways for the treatment of ischemic neuronal injury. In East Asia, these drugs have been known for centuries to protect and improve the nervous system. Herbal extracts, especially those used in Chinese herbal medicine, have emerged as new pharmaceuticals for the treatment of ischemic neuronal injury. Here, we review the evidence from preclinical studies investigating the neuroprotective properties and therapeutic application of Chinese herbal medicines (Chinese herbal monomer, extract, and medicinal compounds) and highlight the potential mechanisms underlying their therapeutic effects via targeting differently regulated cell death pathways. Notably, many herbs have been shown to target multiple mechanisms of regulated cell death and, in combination, may exert synergistic effects on signaling pathways, thereby attenuating multiple aspects of ischemic pathology. In this review, we summarize a generally regulated pathway of cell death as a target for novel natural herbal regimens against ischemic neuronal injury.

Stem cell-based therapy raises hopes for a better approach to promoting tissue repair and functional recovery. However, transplanted stem cells show a high death percentage, creating challenges to successful transplantation and prognosis. Thus, it is necessary to investigate the mechanisms underlying stem cell death, such as apoptotic cascade activation, excessive autophagy, inflammatory response, reactive oxygen species, excitotoxicity, and ischemia/hypoxia. Targeting the molecular pathways involved may be an efficient strategy to enhance stem cell viability and maximize transplantation success. Notably, a more complex network of cell death receives more attention than one crucial pathway in determining stem cell fate, highlighting the challenges in exploring mechanisms and therapeutic targets. In this review, we focus on programmed cell death in transplanted stem cells. We also discuss some promising strategies and challenges in promoting survival for further study.

Nonreciprocity has always been a subject of interest and plays a key role in a variety of applications like signal processing and noise isolation. In this work, we propose a simple and feasible scheme to implement nonreciprocal microwave transmission in a high-quality-factor superconducting cavity with ferrimagnetic materials. We derive necessary requirements to create nonreciprocity in our system where a magnon mode and two microwave modes are coupled to each other, highlighting the adjustability of a static magnetic field controlled nonreciprocal transmission based on quantum interference between different transmission paths, which breaks time-reversal symmetry of the three-mode cavity magnonics system. The high light isolation adjusted within a range of different magnetic fields can be obtained by modulating the photon-magnon coupling strength. Due to the simplicity of the device and the system tunability, our results may facilitate potential applications for light magnetic sensing and coherent information processing.

Background Computed tomography (CT) is associated with a risk of cancer development. Strategies to reduce radiation doses vary between centers. We compared radiation doses of CT brain studies between pediatric and general emergency departments (EDs), and determine the proportion studies performed within the reference levels recommended by the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP). Methods A retrospective review was carried out in a healthcare network consisting of one pediatric ED and three general hospital EDs. Pediatric patients less than 16 years old with CT brain studies performed between 1 January 2015 and 31 December 2018 were included. Information on demographic, diagnosis, volume-averaged computed-tomography dose index and dose length product (DLP) were collected. Effective dose was then calculated from DLP using conversion factors, termed k-coefficients which were derived using a 16 cm head CT dose phantom. Results Four hundred and seventy-nine CT brain studies were performed – 379 (79.1%) at the pediatric ED. Seizure (149, 31.1%), head injury (147, 30.7%) and altered mental status (44, 9.2%) were the top three ED diagnoses. The median effective dose estimates were higher in general than pediatric EDs, particularly for those aged > 3 to ≤6 years old [1.57 mSv (IQR 1.42–1.79) versus 1.93 mSv (IQR 1.51–2.28), p = 0.047], > 6 to ≤10 years old [1.43 mSv (IQR 1.27–1.67) versus 1.94 mSv (IQR 1.61–2.59), p = 0.002) and > 10 years old (1.68 mSv (IQR 1.32–1.72) versus 2.03 mSv (IQR 1.58–2.88), p Conclusions Radiation doses for CT brain studies were significantly higher at general EDs and less than half of the studies were within the reference levels recommended by ICRP. The development of diagnostic reference levels (DRLs) as a benchmark and clinical justification for performing CT studies can help reduce the radiation risks in the pediatric population.

The objective of this study is to provide comprehensive and up-to-date estimates on the disease burden of BPH in 204 countries and territories between 1990 and 2019. Data about incidence, year lived with disability (YLD), and their age-standardized rates (ASRs) for 21 regions, 5 Socio-demographic Index (SDI) quintiles, 204 countries and territories, and 12 age categories from 1990 to 2019 were obtained from the Global Burden of Disease 2019 study. Estimated annual percentage changes (EAPCs) of the ASRs and the associations between SDI and the ASRs were estimated. The effects of population growth, population aging, and age-specific rate on the changes in the absolute numbers of incidence and YLD were quantified. Globally, there were 11.26 million (95% uncertainty interval [UI]: 8.79, 14.46) new cases and 1.86 million (95%UI: 1.13, 2.78) YLD due to BPH in 2019. The global ASRs of incidence (EAPC: −0.031, 95% CI: −0.050, −0.012) and YLD (EAPC: −0.058, 95% CI: −0.084, −0.031) decreased slightly from 1990 to 2019, whereas the absolute numbers increased dramatically from 1990 (incidence by 105.7% and YLD by 110.6%), mainly driven by the population growth (53.5% for incidence and 54.4% for YLD) and population aging (55.7% for incidence and 63.2% for YLD). The burden of BPH varied markedly among different regions, socioeconomic status, and countries. As the population is growing and aging, great efforts are required to develop effective prevention, treatment and management strategies to meet the high and increasing burden of BPH worldwide.

Background Transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) is an effective treatment of upper lumbar intervertebral disk herniation. However, its clinical efficacy for adjacent segment disk degeneration (ASDD) remains undefined. Therefore, the biomechanical evaluation of ASDD caused by TLIF after pedicle screw fixation (PSF) was explored via a 3-dimensional (3D) finite element analysis. Methods Computed tomography images of a healthy male adult volunteer were used in this study. A L3-4 3D finite element model (model) was successfully constructed using Pro/E software, which was also used to establish the L4-5 of the TLIF, PSF, and PSF + TLIF models. Under the same loading conditions, the protrusion and retraction of the adjacent intervertebral disk and the stress distribution of the annulus fibrosis, facet joint, and articular process in the TLIF, PSF, and PSF + TLIF models were all compared. Results Protrusion and retraction of the adjacent intervertebral disk were more notable in the PSF + TLIF model than in the PSF model under the same loading conditions. The stress of the annulus fibrosis of the PSF + TLIF model was stronger relative to that of the PSF model under flexion, extension, or lateral bending. The stress of the articular process of the PSF + TLIF model was also stronger than that of the PSF model under extension or lateral bending. Conclusions This study provides evidence that TLIF may aggravate ASDD after PSF. Furthermore, the findings provided in this report represent the theoretic basis for the clinical analysis of ASDD caused by TLIF after PSF.

Objective: Our study aimed to detect whether 450 nm blue laser can be applied effectively and safely in endosocopic submucosal dissection (ESD) system for surgery in colonic tissue. Background data: Semiconductor blue laser has been applied in surgery due to its excellent cutting property, however, whether blue laser can be applied in colonic surgery has not been reported. Materials and methods: Porcine colon tissues were vaporized by 450 nm blue semiconductor laser at 10-25 W and at working distances from 0.5 to 3 mm, with a three-dimensional scanning system. Moreover, we designed an ESD model and applied blue laser at 10 W on porcine colonic tissues with this system. Dimensions of the vaporized tissues and coagulation zones were assessed under microscopy. Results: Since the thickness of colonic wall is no more than 1 mm, first we determined the cutting property and safety of blue laser on porcine colon tissue and found that blue laser at 10 W made lesions shallower than 1 mm and the depth of vaporization can be controlled effectively within muscularis mucosa and submucosa. Moreover, a large scale of porcine colonic tissue was vaporized precisely by blue laser at power of 10 W with the ESD system ex vivo. Conclusions: Our results indicate that 450 nm blue laser at 10 W can be well controlled for laser-tissue interaction with excellent cutting efficiency and less thermal damage in adjacent tissues especially side of the submucosa. Therefore, 450 nm semiconductor blue laser could be a safe alternative approach for colonic surgery.

Patients with cirrhosis will gradually develop portal hypertension (PHT) and esophagogastric varices, and subsequently the more severe and often lethal complications such as bleeding esophageal varices, ascites, spontaneous bacterial peritonitis, renal dysfunction and hepatic encephalopathy. To date, there is still not any effective therapy for the prevention of the development these serious complications. The initial factor leading to PHT is an increase in hepatic resistance. Then, the increase in portal blood ?ow contributes to the maintenance and exacerbation of PHT, as well as the formation of esophagogastric varices and lethal complications. Increasing evidence shows that, enlarged spleen not only contributes to the increase in portal venous inflow, but also plays a contributory role in promoting almost all lethal complications of cirrhosis through its resulted hypersplenism together with other mechanisms. So, we hypothesize that prophylactic splenectomy may efficiently delay the progression of cirrhosis and improve life quality and long-term survival of patients with cirrhosis.

Background: The frequent emergence of the re-positive patients with COVID-19 is a potential threat worldwide. This study aimed to describe data from admission to follow-up for patients with COVID-19 and analyze the possible causes for re-positive nucleic acid tests to provide more scientific basis for reducing the numbers of re-positive patients after discharge. Methods: We retrospectively recorded 15 patients with COVID-19 admitted to the Xianyang Central Hospital, China. The baseline, exposure histories, clinical syndromes, laboratory characteristics, nucleic acid, and follow-up tests were analyzed, and the radiological characteristics of re-positive patient at different periods were compared. Results: Eight (53.33%) patients had the history of travel to Wuhan, four (26.67%) patients had close contact with confirmed patients, and one (6.67%) patient had close contact with suspected patients. After treatment, all patients had two consecutively negative nucleic acid tests and were discharged from hospital. All patients were followed up for more than 14 days, and the average time from discharge to the first follow-up was 14.67 ± 3.31 days (from 9 to 22 days). Most patients showed no clinical symptoms and negative nucleic acid tests, while one patient had an itchy throat, her CT scan showed a light density shadow in the right lower lobe of the lung, and the nucleic acid was once again positive. The second follow-up of the other 14 patients (except the re-positive one) was conducted 20.80 ± 7.78 days (from 13 to 30 days) after discharge, and all of them had negative nucleic acid tests. The positive patient was immediately readmitted and received a new round of treatment. Her family members and colleagues remained healthy until now. Conclusions: The quality of nucleic acid testing reagents should be enhanced, and the training of nucleic acid sampling operators should be strengthened to reduce the false-negative results in the nucleic acid of SARS-CoV-2; the clinical specimens of throat and nasopharynx swabs can be collected at the same time; IgM- and IgG-specific antibodies of SARS-CoV-2 should be carried out for discharged patients; the radiological characteristics should be evaluated strictly; and the discharge standard can be specified according to the baseline and severity of disease of patients.

Objective To systematically evaluate the quality of clinical practice guidelines (CPG) for medically treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), and to compare the context of recommendations in order to provide references for clinical application. Methods We searched databases of National Guideline Clearinghouse (NGC), Guidelines International Network (GIN), National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN) and World Health Organization (WHO), PubMed, Embase, CNKI, VIP, WanFang Data, CBM, and Medlive from their establishment to October 13, 2019, to collect evidence-based guidelines and/or consensus on BPH. Method quality of included guidelines was assessed according to the Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation II (AGREE II) instrument, and differences and similarities among recommendations were compared. Results A total of 22 guidelines were included, of which eight were updated versions. According to the AGREE II instrument, the median score of scope and purpose, stakeholder involvement, rigor of formulate, clarity of presentation, applicability, and editorial independence was 71.5%, 41%, 25%, 64%, 18%, and 28%, respectively. Based on recommendations for medical treatment, almost all guidelines recommended α1-blockers and 5α-reductase inhibitors, and most guidelines also recommended muscarinic receptor antagonists. In terms of drug combination therapy, most guidelines recommended "α1 blockers and 5α-reductase inhibitors", and some guidelines also recommended "α1 blockers and muscarinic receptor antagonists". Conclusion The recommendations from different guidelines were basically similar, only showing conflicts in some areas. The quality of included guidelines remains to be unified, and their context can provide valuable implications for development or improvement.

This paper has proposed a combined system, in which both the exergy of liquefied nature gas (LNG) and low-temperature waste heat energy can be effectively utilized. A multi-objective optimal model containing four factors: net output power, total investment cost, heat availability and dynamic investment recovery period has been built. Based on it, a thermodynamic and thermal-economic analysis on the system has been conducted with eight organic working fluids. Cycle performance of both the novel system and separated LNG and ORC system has been comparatively analyzed. The results show that the combined system has more net output power, lower total investment cost and larger heat availability factor than separated systems. And n-pentane emerges as the most suitable working fluid. Meanwhile, the influence of temperature and LNG parameters on F(X) is also analyzed. Moreover, the turbine's share is the largest; accounting for 43% to 50% of the total cost, and the condenser's exergy loss in the combined system is the most.

Pyronaridine and artesunate have been shown to be effective in falciparum malaria treatment. However, pyronaridine is rarely used in Hainan Island clinically, and artesunate is not widely used as a therapeutic agent. Instead, conventional antimalarial drugs, chloroquine and piperaquine, are used, explaining the emergence of chloroquine-resistant Plasmodium falciparum. In this article, we investigated the sensitivity of P. falciparum to antimalarial drugs used in Hainan Island for rational drug therapy. We performed in vivo (28 days) and in vitro tests to determine the sensitivity of P. falciparum to antimalarial drugs. Total 46 patients with falciparum malaria were treated with dihydroartemisinin/piperaquine phosphate (DUO-COTECXIN) and followed up for 28 day. The cure rate was 97.8%. The mean fever clearance time (22.5±10.6 hr) and the mean parasite clearance time (27.3±12.2 hr) showed no statistical significance with different genders, ages, temperatures, or parasite density (P>0.05). The resistance rates of chloroquine, piperaquine, pyronarididine, and artesunate detected in vitro were 71.9%, 40.6%, 12.5%, and 0%, respectively (P piperaquine>pyronarididine>artesunate. The inhibitory dose 50 (IC50) was 3.77×10-6 mol/L, 2.09×10-6 mol/L, 0.09×10-6 mol/L, and 0.05×10-6 mol/L, and the mean concentrations for complete inhibition (CIMC) of schizont formation were 5.60×10-6 mol/L, 9.26×10-6 mol/L, 0.55×10-6 mol/L, and 0.07×10-6 mol/L, respectively. Dihydroartemisinin showed a strong therapeutic effect against falciparum malaria with a low toxicity.

BACKGROUND Blood pressure control is an essential therapy for patients with acute type B aortic dissection (ABAD) and should be maintained throughout the entire treatment. Thus, vast majority current guidelines recommend control the blood pressure to lower than 140/90 mmHg. Theoretically, a much lower target may further decrease the risk of propagation of dissection. However, some argued that too lower blood pressure would compromise the organ perfusion. Thus, there is no unanimous optimal target for blood pressure in patients with ABAD so far. The present study aimed to investigate the optimal blood pressure target for patients with ABAD, in the hope that the result would optimize the treatment of aortic dissection (AD). METHODS The study is a multi-center randomized controlled clinical trial. Study population will include patients with new diagnosed ABAD and hypertension. Through the analysis of operational requirements and environmental characteristics of nuclear power plant pool, we propose the design of underwater welding robot and establish the 3D model. Then, we introduce special functions and system composition of the robot in detail. After that, we propose the cooperation of the moving system and operating system, for the reason that the center position of gravity and buoyancy change when the operating system moves. Finally, we simply introduce control system components, control strategy and simulation results of the robot.

In precision machining, we often detect the location of some round holes or other geometric parameters. Given the disadvantages of traditional method is contacted, artificial and time-consuming, this paper has proposed a image measurement method based on stereo vision. We use the method of digital image processing to perform the denoising, binarization, edge detection, and centralized location of the orifice image, and analyze the accuracy of the hole machining and arrangement. Experimental results show that the error of image measurement proposed is less than 0.14mm, which meets the general requirements of the hole measurement precision and is applicable to the online measurement that the accuracy requirement is not high and the task with large amount of object to detect.

Accurately estimating the deformation of high-rise building is a very important work for surveyors, however it is very difficult to get an accurate and reliable predictor. In this paper, artificial neural network has been applied here because of its good ability of nonlinear fitting. On the basis of the high-rise building monitoring data, three prediction models including the BP, RBF and GRNN neural network prediction models were established, the comparative analysis for the prediction accuracy of the three models was obtained. The results show that neural network is capable for prediction, and GRNN possess higher capability in prediction and better adaptability in comparing with other two neural networks.

Double scattering between building and surrounded environment play an important role in the electromagnetic scattering model of urban. In the past, double scattering of vertical wall and rough surface has been studied, in this paper, a closed form solution based on geometrical optics (GO) between non-vertical wall and rough surface is derived. Physical optics (PO) can also be derived in the same way. The simulated data well matches the expected. At the same time, wall slope angle affects the double scattering distinctively. The obtained closed form can be employed in synthetic aperture radar image.

The storage of inorganic carbon in estuarine wetlands is of great significance for mitigating global warming. The Dagu River estuary and Yanghe River estuary of Jiaozhou Bay were selected as sampling areas, and data analysis was carried out by Duncan method to explore the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of soil inorganic carbon (SIC) reserves. The results showed that increasing distance from the estuary led to higher reserves in the mudflat along the coastal zone. The scouring action of seawater bodies was the main factor driving this distribution. In the vertical section, the SIC reserves in 40–60 cm depth were relatively high, accounting for 34.11% of the 0–60 cm soil depth, and resulting from the transport of water and salt in seawater. In the river flat along the vertical coastal zone, the SIC reserves first decreased and then increased with increasing distance from the sea, and the SIC reserves in 0–20 cm depth were relatively high in the vertical section, accounting for 38.18% of the 0–60 cm soil depth. These reserves were affected by synergetic factors such as oceanic factors and anthropogenic activities. The invasion of Spartina alterniflora decreased the SIC reserves of wetlands, mainly due to its root transformation and the differences of growth characteristics and years being the main reasons for the observed decreases. Aquaculture activities changed the physical and chemical properties of the soil in aquaculture ponds, and consequently changed the distribution of SIC reserves.

A half-mode substrate integrated waveguide (HMSIW) omnidirectional slot antenna is proposed for the first time by integrating four narrow wall radiating slot antenna elements and a four-way power divider. The slot antenna element realises energy radiation from the open side of the HMSIW by etching several pairs of transversal slots both on the upper and the lower surfaces of the HMSIW and alternately arranging the slot pairs. A novel HMSIW four-way power divider is achieved to feed the slot antenna elements by loading four big metallic vias to guide the microwave into the HMSIW branches. This omnidirectional slot antenna has an efficiency of 86%, a gain of 5.8 dBi and an out-of-roundness of ±1.5 dB at 3 GHz, which makes it a good candidate for wireless communication applications.

For fixed size disk milling cutter quasi-symmetric milling method of screw stators inner helicoid, geometric model of the cutting is studied and the force prediction formula is derived according to the plasticity theory. The finite element method model and simulation of the cutting process are studied. In the condition with the same cutting parameters, simulation results and the prediction calculation results are compared. It provides data support to the design of transmission mechanism and the optimization of cutting parameters.

For the cutting process of the inner spiral curved surface on the spiral stator which has large pitch, this article puts forward a new technological process using a circular blade disc cutter mill the inner spiral curved surface. By studying the spiral feeding motion trajectory of the cutter and on the basis of the theory of planar envelope curves and the judgment rule of its existence, the transformation method of the graphics, this article deduced the mathematics model based on numerical algorithm of the calculation of the workpieces contour shape. The relationship between the workpieces contour shape and the geometric parameter of the cutter has been revealed. It provides the theoretical basis for the error analysis in the cutting process of the stators contour and the appropriative tooling layout.

A straight pipe viscometer is proposed, which consists of the measuring sub-system and the data-acquisition and signal processing sub-system. The measuring sub-system include straight pipe, pressure transmitter, Coriolis flow-meter and slurry bump, and the data-acquisition and signal processing sub-system include single-chip processor, A/D converter, digital display, serial output port, drive circuit and so on. The measuring principle and working process of the straight pipe viscometer are analyzed. The measurement data and results are given and compared with test results of rotary viscometer in the same test conditions. The measuring accuracy is 3% at 5-150mPas, and the online measurement of viscosity is implemented.

A nonlinear model of a liquid level process is obtained on the analysis of its nonlinear characteristics. Then a practical nonlinear system control strategy of the liquid level process based on single chip computer is presented. By measuring the liquid level and flow rate, two key parameters of the liquid level process, the amplification coefficient and time constant under different load are calculated. Then the control signal is calculated according to the selected control method and the automatic control of the nonlinear system is realized. The test results are given and it shows that the nonlinear control strategy is better then the linear control strategy. The nonlinear control strategy can improve control quality considerably.

Radar echo of ballistic midcourse target contains unique motion information of the target, which can provide important evidence for target recognition. A wideband radar echo simulation model for midcourse precessional target is developed, where the micro-motion model, electromagnetic scattering calculation and linear frequency modulated (LFM) radar signal model are integrated. Firstly, the position variation of each scattering center of the moving target is analyzed. Then, the high frequency method is used to judge the masking efiect of scattering centers of the rotational symmetry target. Finally, the wideband radar echo is simulated, and the impacts of high speed translational motion, non-precession movement and non- idealization of the scattering centers on the echo are also analyzed.

This article introduced control principles of a mine gas mixing control system; and expounded the realization methods, the steps of PID control algorithm and parameter setting in the Step7 by using configuration control system of Siemens PLC. In the industrial control computer IPC, PLC and human-computer interface HMI centered control system that realized steady control of the calorific value, and it has preferable reliability, advancement and adaptability.

In order to learn more about the composite steel-concrete bridge which the Djoué bridge of Congo (Brazzaville) National Road One Phase- II Project has selected, promote the design technologies of bridges and better understand and improve the relevant standards, The overall optimization design analysis of Djoué Bridge aiming at saving steel and improving bearing capacity is necessary. The Doctor Bridge was used in optimization of bridge type, concrete thickness and height of steel beam and they have been selected. It can provide technical references for the construction of the Djoué Bridge, the follow-up study of the composite steel-concrete bridge and the specification improvement.

This article takes the natural gas hot-dip galvanizing kiln as the research object, designing a set of networked control system based on PROFIBUS, introducing the combustion system design of the natural gas kiln and the general structure of control system, and developing PLC control program and human-computer interface of the upper computer, and realizing network monitoring. It has been found that the stably running system provides powerful tools for product quality control and optimal operation management.

This paper aims at the research on deformation control technology in truck rack girder. Welded deformation is minished through special welding fixture design and welding process control, thus to improve the size precision of the truck rack girder and ensure the running safety of the vehicle.

Airborne LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) is a powerful remote sensing measure to derive 3D coordinates from terrain surface. Automated or semi-automated road networks extraction from laser point clouds has been a challenging work during last few decades. In this paper, combining intensity with height information of point clouds, initial road point class is discerned using few seed points and subsequently smoothed throughout filling holes technology and morphological open operations. The skeleton of road networks is acquired by virtue of image thinning method and further eliminating short road burrs with length criteria. These center points of road are tracked and connected into vector line segments. By simplifying line nodes, road network can be formed in accuracy of which completeness is 79.8% and correctness is 79%. The virtues of this algorithm enables efficiently reduce errors brought by parking lots.

Randomness and volatility of wind power, the accepted capacity of wind power (ACWP) will become the wind power planning early first thing to consider with the increasement of the scale of wind power in grid. In this paper, we studied the correlation between wind power output and the change of daily load. The ACWP were analysis based on the power load characteristics, peak-valley difference of the Gansu Power Grid and power balance. The maximum installed capacity of wind power integrated of the five typical operating mode in 2011 is given. It is pointed out that ACWP is less than the planned capacity. At last, the specific measures to increase the ACWP are proposed.

Automatically identifying and removing above-ground laser points from terrain surface is proved to be a challenging task for complicated and discontinuous scenarios. Eight methods have been developed and contrasted with each other for filtering LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) data. Only one approach is difficult to acquire high precisions for various landscapes. This paper presents a method filtering point clouds in which firstly a binary quadric trend surface is used to remove most non-terrain points by a defined height threshold and subsequently a progressive morphological filter further is employed to detect ground measurements. The experimental results demonstrate that this method yields less type I and total errors compared with other eight approaches based on ISPRS sample data sets.

China is one of the countries suffered the most serious typhoon disasters in the world. Typhoons have occurred frequently, which resulted in the loss and impact, and caused widespread concern and attention of the international community. Therefore, it is urgent to analyze the main features of typhoon and the evolution of typhoon disaster of China. By analyzing the typhoon landed frequency changes of China since the 20th century, theoretical support would be provided and more targeted defense work of typhoon would be done which could put forward countermeasures and suggestions of typhoon defense work in China.

In order to control its attitude, there usually have wings or other structures on the midcourse target. It is the foundation to simulate the radar echo of this kind of rotationally asymmetric target to get it recognized correctly. Firstly, the position variation of each scattering center on both the body and the wing is analyzed. After that, according to the high frequency method and local field theory, the RCS calculation formulas of body and wings of the target are derived with the Geometrical Theory of Diffraction(GTD) and Physical Optics(PO) method respectively. Then, a simple method is put forward to judge whether the wing is shielded with the target's movement according to the PO method. Finally, the wideband radar echo is simulated and the impacts of non-idealization of the scattering centers and rotationally asymmetry of the target on the echo are also analyzed.

Objective To investigate the effects of exogenous recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide (rhBNP) after primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) on non-invasive hemodynamic in acute myocardial infarction patients with left ventricular failure. Methods A number of 96 acute myocardial infarction patients accompanied with heart failure after PCI hospitalized in the People's Hospital of Sanya during February 2012 to October 2015 were selected. They were randomly divided into the therapy group ( n = 50) and control group ( n = 46). On the basis of routine treatment, patients in the therapy group were treated with intravenous rhBNP (1.5 μg/kg was intravenous injection with uniform speed of 3 min, followed by continuous infusion 0.007 5 μg/kg·min for 72 h), while the control group received conventional treatment. BioZ-2011 non-invasive hemodynamic real-time monitoring system was used to monitor the hemodynamic parameters changes and the leaves of plasma pro-BNP, serum creatinine, serum potassium, serum sodium and urine volume of each group before and after treating for 30 min, 1 h, 3 h, 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h. Results Patients in the therapy group showed no effect on heart rate, while after 30 min of intravenous injection of rhBNP, CO, CI, SV, and SI increased significantly and LVET and TFC reduced at the same time, which had certain effect on blood pressure (SBP/DBP). Compared with the control group, the therapy group showed a faster and more effective improvement on hemodynamics. Conclusions Acute myocardial infarction patients complicated with left heart failure after primary PCI can significantly improve hemodynamics by treating with rhBNP.

This paper carried out interpolation processing to the groundwater hydrology data of Minqin oasis from 2000 to 2009, via ArcGIS software. Analyzed the result, it was concluded that the distribution rule about spatio-temporal distribution and change of the groundwater depth and mineralization. Using MATLAB the program language, the grey forecasting model was well fitted compared to the time series forecasting model. For the next five years, the groundwater depth and mineralization changes were forecasted, and the author put forward some concrete proposals.

Purpose To explore the effects of ethanolic extract of Radix Scrophulariae (EERS) on ventricular remodeling in rats. Methods Rats with coronary artery ligation (CAL) were randomly assigned to 5 groups: CAL model; CAL plus 40 mg/kg captopril; CAL plus 60 mg/kg, 120 mg/kg, 240 mg/kg EERS. Sham operation rats were randomly assigned to 2 groups, sham-operated control and sham-operated plus 120 mg/kg EERS. The rats were orally administered with the corresponding drugs or drinking water for 14 weeks. The left ventricular weight index (LVWI) and heart weight index (HWI) were determined. Myocardium tissue was stained with hematoxylin and eosin or picric acid/Sirius red for cardiomyocyte cross-section area or collagen content measurements respectively. The concentrations of hydroxyproline (Hyp), matrix metalloproteinase 2 (MMP-2), angiotensin II (Ang II), aldosterone (ALD), endothelin 1 (ET-1), atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) and renin activity (RA) in myocardium or serum were determined. Real-time RT-PCR was used to detect the mRNA expressions of angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE), ET-1 and ANP. Results EERS could significantly reduce the LVWI and HWI, decrease heart tissue concentrations of Hyp and collagen deposition, diminish cardiomyocyte cross-section area, reduce the tissue level of Ang II, ET-1, ANP and TNF-α. EERS could also down regulate the mRNA expression of ACE, ET-1 and ANP in myocardium. Conclusion EERS attenuates ventricular remodeling. The mechanisms may be related to restraining the excessive activation of RAAS, TNF-α and modulating some gene expressions associated with cardiac hypertrophy.

Therefore, research on improving the accuracy of positioning data, which is obtained by GPS module that is relatively cheaper than measurement type GPS,to make Low-cost products acquiring position information as precise as possible, have high practical value to meet the demands of Low-precision navigation and agricultural Survey.

With double-temporal Landsat TM and ETM+ datasets, the change information of forest resources of Culai Mountain in Shandong Province was explored. This paper applies decision tree classification based on C5.0 algorithm and neighborhood correlation image analysis to detect forest change information，and compares the three different detection methods：1)C5.0 classifies single-temporal data respectively，and extract change information after comparing classification results；2) create C5.0 train rules through double-temporal raw data，then generate change detection map；3)In addition to double-temporal remote sensing data，neighborhood correlation analysis images are also added as one of the data sources of C5.0，and generate change detection map. The experimental result shows that decision tree classification based on C5.0 algorithm can detect change information effectively，and after adding neighborhood correlation analysis images the classification accuracy of change detection was improved.

Signal denoising is one of the classic problems in the field of signal processing. As a new kind of signal processing tool, the good denoising performance of wavelet analysis has caused public growing concern and attention. The paper does systematic research on nonlinear wavelet threshold denoising method. And the wavelet denoising method has been used on GPS signal, and good results have been achieved.
