With the application of information technology in the electricity production, increasing amount of data is generated in the power system, traditional information presentation can no longer meet the needs of production. For this reason, it is difficult for people to grasp of the current state of the electrical equipment timely and accurately. This article proposes a electrical equipment condition monitoring system based on SVG and WEB which can overcome this limitation. This system can combine the graphic display and data model effectively, reveal the current status of the equipment intuitively.

VPN technology is the use of the knowledge of cryptography in the open and public network to establish a virtual private network. IPSec VPN and SSL VPN are two kinds of VPN technology and products used in most cases currently. IPSec VPN operates at the network layer, SSL VPN works in secure sockets layer. SSL VPN uses a series of cryptographic techniques, including symmetric encryption, asymmetric encryption, digital signatures, digital certificates, as well as message digest algorithm. This article analyzes the principle of VPN technology and the SSL protocol. I proposed a solution of VPN gateway based on the SSL protocol.

The existing evaluation index system for enterprise informatization is mostly established for the enterprise informatization application level. And there are not many researches on evaluation index system of informatization investment benefit for enterprises, especially for the grid enterprises. The paper, based on related theories of evaluation for enterprise informatization and combined with characteristics of construction and investment benefit for the grid enterprise informatization, proposes a scientific, systematic and practical evaluation index system of investment benefit for grid enterprise informatization in two core aspects of grid enterprise informatization construction level and the investment benefit level. The results offer valuable reference and guidance for grid enterprise informatization construction and investment evaluation.

Informatization construction becomes an important task of today's power grid enterprises. In order to ensure the informatization implementation, to understand the impact factors of benefit and avoid reckless investment, a reasonable evaluation to the informatization investment efficiency of grid enterprise is needed. This article starts from building index system on the basis of fully understanding the actual investment situation of the grid corporation, and combined with existing information technology index system, building a scientific informatization investment efficiency evaluation index system. Then find fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method -an appropriate evaluation method by analyzing the indicator characteristics, it is a mature evaluation method, by using it we build the informatization investment efficiency of grid enterprise evaluation model, and implement it with computer technology.

The government cloud is a kind of private cloud based on cloud computing which can optimize the government's systems, improve government's work efficiency and also service quality. The index management system's function includes assessment, analysis and evaluation of index operations. As a service mode of both large amount of storage and computation, the index management system needs to meet the requirement of data security and data sharing. These needs can be met well in a way based on cloud computing.
