TI C2000 series digital signal process (DSP) chip has been widely used in electrical engineering, measurement and control, communications and other professional fields, DSP TMS320F28035 is one of the most representative of a kind. When using the DSP program, need data acquisition and data processing, and if the use of common mode C or assembly language programming, the program sequence, analogue-to-digital (AD) converter cannot be real-time acquisition, often missing a lot of data. The control low accelerator (CLA) processor can run in parallel with the main central processing unit (CPU), and the frequency is consistent with the main CPU, and has the function of floating point operations. Therefore, the CLA coprocessor is used in the program, and the CLA kernel is responsible for data processing. The main CPU is responsible for the AD conversion. The advantage of this method is to reduce the time of data processing and realize the real-time performance of data acquisition.

Rectification tower is a key component of aqua ammonia absorption type refrigeration system and its inside structure composes of generator, dephlegmator and reflux condenser etc‥ Selected rectification scheme is precondition of completing the structure design of rectification tower, and in this paper, according to refrigerating output of automobile air conditioning and automobile space, a kind of rectification tower was designed on basis of packed tower of continuous atmospheric distillation, which has simple structure, small volume, low cost and convenient in installation, etc‥ Finally the optimal design scheme was confirmed when finite element fluid analysis of generator pipe in the rectification tower had been completed.

Disassembly is a systematic method for separating a product into its constituent parts. Based on the uncertain feature of disassembly process, combined with the defined probability transmission rules of different constrain nodes, the optimal disassembly sequence is determined by the probabilistic planning method. Simultaneously, a simple example is presented to test the proposed probabilistic planning method.

The process of the engine exhaust energy transfer was analyzed by the concept of exergy of the second theory of thermodynamics and the relevant theories of the exergy analysis, the MPC air-intake pipeline system of the exhuast turbine was designed, the fluid analysis of the designed air-intake pipeline was conducted through the ANSYS/FLOTRAN finite element analysis software so as to optimize the structure of the designed air-intake pipeline system and reduce the energy degradation in the exhaust flow process.

The problem of instable voltage, which is generated by the automobile’s permanent-magnet generator at wide speed and wide load, is solved.

The new vehicle electric system comes up with new requirements for economical, efficient alternator design. A single-phase two-half-wave permanent-magnet (PM) synchronous generator for vehicle applications is designed. Its rotor is made up of a rotor core and several pieces of Nd-Fe-B permanent-magnet steel on the core. The simulation models of the permanent magnet generator and its regulator is presented using a toolbox of Matlab named Simulink. Based on the simulation of key element of the control circuit on different state, the single-phase two-half-wave control circuit for permanent magnet generator is designed The generator and regulator experiment is carried out on test platform. The analysis results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed circuit design methodology.
