The concept and flow model of a structured dispersed system obtained on the basis of sulfate lignin modified by Sol-gel method in the presence of aluminum-containing components in the form of nepheline concentrate are considered. The systems are mainly systems of non-Newtonian behavior, characterized by phenomena of destruction and formation of new structures in the shear flow, and the nature of the flow depends on the characteristics of interaction between system components, which are defined as their concentrations, and process conditions of the synthesis, at which the change of the adhesion forces between particles and at the moment cannot be generalized and described existing well-known equations of flow.As a result of the study, it was found that an increase in the concentration of sulfate lignin under various synthesis conditions, but with a constant amount of mineral component, leads to the formation of a new modified product, while there is a tendency to increase the parameters of kinematic viscosity and shear stress at the corresponding pH values of synthesis. Under conditions of excessive lignin concentrations of more than 400 mg/dm3, when self-organizing in the matrix of a new form, lignin dominance leads to a decrease in the strength characteristics of the polymer for all its forms obtained at different pH values. It is established that the kinematic viscosity and shear stress of water dispersions in this system depend on both the pH value of their synthesis and the concentration of the initial lignin, which determines the mechanisms of self-organization of the new modified structure., Рассмотрены концепция и модель течения структурированной дисперсной системы, полученной на основе сульфатного лигнина, модифицированного золь-гель способом в присутствии алюмосодержащих компонентов в виде нефелинового концентрата. Полученные системы преимущественно относятся к системам неньютоновского поведения, которые характеризуются явлениями разрушения и образования новых структур в процессе сдвигового течения, причем характер течения зависит от особенностей взаимодействия компонентов системы. Данные особенности определяются как их концентрацией, так и условиями процесса синтеза, при котором происходит изменение сил сцепления между частицами, и в данный момент не могут быть обобщены и описаны существующими известными уравнениями течения. В результате исследования было установлено, что увеличение концентрации сульфатного лигнина при различных условиях синтеза, но при постоянном количестве минеральной составлявшей, приводит к формированию нового модифицированного продукта, при этом наблюдается тенденция увеличения параметров кинематической вязкости и напряжения сдвига при соответствующих значениях рН синтеза. В условиях избыточных концентраций лигнина более 400 мг/дм3 при самоорганизации в матрице новой формы доминирование лигнина приводит к снижению прочностных характеристик полимера для всех его форм, полученных при различных значениях рН. Установлено, что кинематическая вязкость и напряжение сдвига водных дисперсий данной системы зависит как от значения рН их синтеза, так и от концентрации исходного лигнина, который определяет механизмы самоорганизации новой модифицированной структуры.

A review of the literature data on the use of biomass components of apricot trees (Prunusarmeniaca) as a sorption material for the extraction of various pollutants from waste and natural waters is carried out. The parameters of the sorption interaction at which the highest degree of removal of pollutants is achieved are given. It has been shown that it is possible to increase the sorption capacity of apricot biomass components by modifying it with various chemical reagents. It has been determined that the most studied sorption material is the shell of apricot kernels. It is determined that the largest number of publications is devoted to the use of the latter as raw materials for the production of activated carbons. It was revealed that the surface area and the total pore volume of activated carbons from the kernels of apricot fruits depend on the modes of carbonization and activation of raw materials. It is shown that activated carbons are effective sorbents for removing various pollutants (metal ions, dyes, oil and oil products) from aqueous media. It was found that the adsorption isotherms of pollutants are most adequately described in most cases by the Langmuir and Freundlich models, and the kinetics of the process is most often described by the pseudo-second order model., Проведен обзор литературных данных по использованию компонентов биомассы деревьев абрикоса (Prunus armeniaca) в качестве сорбционного материала для извлечения различных поллютантов из сточных и природных вод. Выявлено, что в мировой литературе отсутствуют сведения об использовании биомассы абрикосового дерева (листья, кора, опилки) в качестве сорбционных материалов для извлечения различных поллютантов из водных сред. Описаны результаты исследований по использованию косточек абрикосов. Приведены параметры сорбционного взаимодействия, при котором достигается наибольшая степень удаления поллютантов. Показано, что возможно увеличить сорбционную емкость компонентов биомассы абрикоса путем модификации различными химическими реагентами. Установлено, что наиболее исследуемым сорбционным материалом является скорлупа косточек абрикоса. Определено, что наибольшее количество публикаций посвящено использованию последних в качестве сырья для получения активированных углей. Выявлено, что удельная поверхность и суммарный объем пор активированных углей из косточек плодов абрикоса зависят от режимов карбонизации и активации сырья. В зависимости от параметров карбонизации и активации активированные угли из скорлупы косточек абрикосов имеют значения удельной поверхности от 25 м2/г до 1200 м2/г и более. Показано, что активированные угли из косточек абрикосов являются эффективными сорбентами для удаления различных поллютантов (ионы металлов, красители, нефть и нефтепродукты) из водных сред. Выявлено, что изотермы адсорбции поллютантов наиболее адекватно в большинстве случаев описываются моделями Ленгмюра и Фрейндлиха, а кинетика процесса наиболее часто описывается моделью псевдо-второго порядка.

The paper presents data on the development of cellulosic textile materials with increased antimicrobial properties using copper nanoparticles. Synthesis of copper nanoparticles was carried out by simple chemical reduction of an aqueous solution of copper using ascorbic acid as a reducing agent. The influence of the concentration of copper, a reducing agent, and a stabilizer on the synthesis of copper nanoparticles was studied.A composition based on polyvinyl alcohol and copper nanoparticles was developed to impart enhanced antimicrobial properties to cellulosic textile materials. The results of the studies showed that a significant growth of bacteria was observed in the control sample (untreated fabric), the amount of mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms (Staphylococcus aureus) decreased with increasing concentrations of copper nanoparticles, antibacterial properties increased. Modified by the proposed method cellulosic textile materials showed high resistance to the action of microorganisms and can be used for the production of sanitary and hygienic textile products., В статье представлены данные по разработке целлюлозных текстильных материалов с повышенными антимикробными свойствами с применением наночастиц меди. Синтез наночастиц меди осуществляли простым химическим восстановлением водного раствора сульфата меди с использованием в качестве восстановителя аскорбиновой кислоты. Исследовано влияние концентрации сульфата меди, восстановителя, стабилизатора на синтез наночастиц меди.Впервые разработана композиция на основе поливинилового спирта и наночастиц меди для придания повышенных антимикробных свойств целлюлозным текстильным материалам. Результаты исследований показали, что в контрольном образце (необработанная ткань) наблюдался значительный рост бактерий, в образцах, содержащих наночастицы меди, количество мезофильных аэробных и факультативно-анаэробных микроорганизмов (Staphylococcus aureus) снижается, с возрастанием концентрации наночастиц меди антибактериальные свойства возрастают. Модифицированные предлагаемым способом целлюлозные текстильные материалы показали высокую устойчивость к действию микроорганизмов и могут быть использованы для изготовления текстильных изделий санитарно-гигиенического назначения.

В настоящее время перед отечественным производителем древесных композиционных материалов стоят задачи по увеличению объемов производства, повышению качества и конкурентоспособности, снижению токсичности выпускаемой продукции. Решение этих задач основано на разработке новых и совершенствовании имеющихся технологий современного производства клеёв и композиционных материалов на их основе. Цель исследования – повышение эффективности производства фанеры путём применения клеев на основе порошкообразных термореактивных полимеров поликонденсационного типа. Для достижения поставленной цели в работе необходимо исследовать влияние наполнителя на свойства клеевой композиции и готовой продукции. Исходными компонентами для проведения экспериментов являлись порошковая фенолоформальдегидная смола и аэросил технический. Установлено, что введение аэросила технического в клеящие составы на основе поликонденсационной порошковой фенолоформальдегидной смолы СФЖ-3013 увеличивает прочность фанеры, также с увеличением количества наполнителя уменьшается содержание свободных продуктов в смоле: содержание свободных фенола и формальдегида уменьшается до 0,05 – 0,06% и 0,02 – 0,03% соответственно. Предполагается, что при горячем способе склеивания происходит гелеобразование, частицы аэросила образуют разветвленные цепочки ~Si-O-Si~, которые целиком пронизывают объем клея, этот процесс сопровождается связыванием формальдегида в процессе структурирования. Полученные результаты исследований могут быть использованы в работе специалистов деревообрабатывающих производств при управлении технологическими процессами склеивания. Разработанные составы клеевой композиции на основе фенолоформальдегидных смол, модифицированных (наполненных) техническим аэросилом позволяют сократить расход клеевых материалов; повысить прочность и качество склеиваемой продукции; ускорить процесс отверждения связующего; сократить продолжительность склеивания; снизить энергозатраты путем уменьшения времени склеивания; уменьшить себестоимость клея, за счёт замещения основных компонентов наполнителем., At present, the domestic manufacturer of wood composite materials is faced with tasks to increase production volumes, improve quality and competitiveness, and reduce the toxicity of manufactured products. The solution to these problems is based on the development of new and improvement of existing technologies for the modern production of adhesives and composite materials based on them. The purpose of the study is to increase the efficiency of plywood production by using adhesives based on powdered thermoset polymers of the polycondensation type. To achieve this goal in the work, it is necessary to study the effect of the filler on the properties of the adhesive composition and finished products. The initial components for the experiments were powder phenol-formaldehyde resin and technical aerosil. It was found that the introduction of technical aerosil in adhesives based on polycondensation powder phenol-formaldehyde resin SFZh-3013 increases the strength of plywood, as the amount of filler increases, the content of free products in the resin decreases: the content of free phenol and formaldehyde decreases to 0.05 – 0.06% and 0.02 – 0.03%, respectively. It is assumed that during the hot bonding method, gel formation occurs, so that aerosil particles form branched chains ~ Si-O-Si ~ that completely penetrate the glue volume, this process is accompanied by formaldehyde bonding during structuring. The obtained research results can be used in the work of specialists in woodworking industries in the management of gluing processes. The effect of modification of MFI zeolite 1&ndash, 5 wt.% ZnO activated by plasma on acid and catalytic properties in the conversion of the propane&ndash, butane fraction into arenes was investigated. The high-silica zeolites with silicate module 45 were synthesized from alkaline alumina&ndash, silica gels in the presence of an &lsquo, X-oil&rsquo, organic structure-forming additive. The modification of the zeolite with zinc was carried out by impregnating the zeolite granules in the H-form with an aqueous solution of Zn(NO3)2. The obtained zeolites were characterized by X-ray phase analysis and IR spectroscopy. It is shown that the synthesized zeolites belong to the high-silica MFI zeolites. The study of microporous zeolite-containing catalysts during the conversion of C3-C4 alkanes to aromatic hydrocarbons made it possible to establish that the highest yield of aromatic hydrocarbons is observed on zeolite catalysts modified with 1 and 3% ZnO and amount to 63.7 and 64.4% at 600 &deg, C, respectively, which is 7.7&ndash, 8.4% more than on the original zeolite. The preliminary activation of microporous zeolites modified with 1&ndash, 5% ZnO and plasma leads to an increase in the yield of aromatic hydrocarbons from the propane&ndash, butane fraction, the maximum yield of arenes is observed in zeolite catalysts modified with 1 and 3% ZnO and activated by plasma, amounting to 64.9 and 65.5% at 600 &deg, C, respectively, which is 8.9&ndash, 9.5% more than on the initial zeolite. The activity of the zeolite catalysts modified by ZnO and activated by plasma show good agreement with their acid properties. Activation of the zeolites modified by 1 and 3% ZnO and plasma leads to an increase in the concentration of the weak acid sites of the catalyst to 707 and 764 mmol/g in comparison with plasma-inactivated 1 and 3% ZnO/ZKE-XM catalysts at 626 and 572 mmol/g, respectively.

Основная тенденция развития производства клеев в мире сегодня − создание и выпуск современных, эффективных и нетоксичных клеев. В связи с этим, одной из актуальных задач является поиск новых модификаторов для клеящих смол, которые позволят получать продукцию из древесины, обладающую требуемыми эксплуатационными свойствами. Для целенаправленного изменения и улучшения свойств используемых в деревообработке фенолоформальдегидных смол применяются различные наполнители и модификаторы. В исследовании применяли фенолоформальдегидную смолу, в которую вводили различные модификаторы – пектол, черные сланцы с размерами частиц 0,005–0,2 мм, лигносульфонаты технические с размерами частиц 0,01–0,2 мм, шлам холодного отстоя с размерами частиц 0,01–0,2 мм. В процессе исследования определяли условную вязкость клея через 1 ч после введения модификаторов, жизнеспособность клея, продолжительность отверждения и эмиссию формальдегида. Для определения химического состава и процесса отверждения модифицированного фенолоформальдегидного клея использовали спектрофотометрию и дериватографию. Качество фанеры оценивали содержанием свободного формальдегида в готовой продукции – перфораторным методом по ГОСТ 27678; физико-механические свойства фанеры оценивали показателем прочности клеевого соединения при скалывании по клеевому слою; испытания проводили в соответствии с ГОСТ 9624. Для обоснования режимов склеивания и увеличения прочности готовой продукции проведены многофакторные эксперименты по склеиванию фанеры. Склеивание проводили в условиях фанерного производства в соответствии с принятым на предприятии технологическим регламентом. Склеенную фанеру испытывали на прочность при скалывании по клеевому слою. Для обоснования снижения содержания свободного формальдегида в готовой продукции проведен многофакторный эксперимент по склеиванию фанеры в условиях ООО «Леспром СПб». На заключительном этапе исследования обоснована экономическая целесообразность внедрения предлагаемых модификаторов в производство фанеры. Сделаны следующие выводы: введение в клеящие составы на основе фенолоформальдегидных смол относительно дешевых побочных продуктов целлюлозно-бумажного производства позволяет не только улучшить свойства клеев и снизить себестоимость готовой продукции, но и утилизировать отходы целлюлозно-бумажной промышленности. Модификация фенолоформальдегидной смолы пектолом и лигносульфонатами ускоряет процесс отверждения клея, что подтверждается анализом инфракрасных спектров поглощения и термограмм ДТА, показывающих наличие изменений в структуре, соответствующих минимальному времени желатинизации. Введение в фенолоформальдегидные смолы предлагаемых модификаторов повышает прочность фанеры и одновременно снижает содержание свободного формальдегида в готовой продукции., The main trend in the development of glue production in the world today is the creation and production of modern, efficient and non-toxic adhesives. In this regard, one of the urgent problems is the search for new modifiers for gluing resins, which will allow to obtain products from wood having the required performance properties. For the purposeful change and improvement of the properties of phenol-formaldehyde resins used in woodworking, various fillers and modifiers are used. The study used phenol-formaldehyde resin to which various pectol modifiers, black shales with particle sizes of 0.005–0.2 mm, technical lignosulfonates with particle sizes of 0.01–0.2 mm, a cold sludge with particle sizes of 0.01–0.2 mm. In the process of investigation, the conditional viscosity of the adhesive was determined 1 h after the introduction of the modifiers, the viability of the adhesive, the curing time and the emission of formaldehyde. Spectrophotometry and derivatography were used to study the chemical composition and the curing process of the modified phenol-formaldehyde glue. The quality of the plywood was evaluated by the content of free formaldehyde in the finished product – by the perforating method in accordance with GOST 27678, the physical and mechanical properties of the plywood were evaluated by the strength of the adhesive bond at shearing along the adhesive layer, the tests were carried out in accordance with GOST 9624. To substantiate the bonding regimes and increase the strength of finished products, multifactor experiments on gluing of plywood were carried out. Gluing was carried out in the conditions of plywood production in accordance with the technological regulations adopted at the enterprise. The glued plywood was tested for strength in shearing along the adhesive layer. To substantiate the decrease in the content of free formaldehyde in the finished product, a multifactorial experiment on gluing plywood in the conditions of company Lesprom SPb was carried out. The glued plywood was tested for the content of free formaldehyde in the finished product. At the final stage of the studies, the economic feasibility of introducing the proposed modifiers into the production of plywood is justified. The results of the research allow us to draw the following conclusions. Introduction in adhesive formulations based on phenol-formaldehyde resins relatively cheap by-products of pulp and paper production, allows not only to improve the properties of adhesives and to reduce the cost of finished products, but also to utilize the waste of the pulp and paper industry. Modification of the phenol-formaldehyde resin with pectol and lignosulfonates accelerates the curing process of the adhesive, as evidenced by an analysis of infrared absorption spectra and DTA thermograms showing changes in the structure corresponding to the minimum gel time. The introduction of the proposed modifiers into the phenol-formaldehyde resins increases the strength of the plywood while reducing the free formaldehyde content of the finished product., №222 (2018)

This work demonstrates the possibility of obtaining modified aliphatic resin (PRC5) by means of petroleum resin oxidation by peracetic acid. We have experimentally determined oxidation conditions that lead to producing resin with maximum epoxy and acid numbers. Ratio of «oxidative system: PRC5» is 0.5:1, process duration is 2 hours. The modified resin structure is determined by IR and NMR spectroscopy.

The paper presents data on the influence of additives of the pre-treated aluminium oxide powder on the structure of cast lead-tin-based bronzes. Different quantities of the modifier, based on the superdispersed aluminum oxide powder, were added to the bronze melt. The studies have shown that addition of a small amount of aluminum oxide powder (0.07... 0.25 %) allows modifying the micro structure of the obtained castings. This modification includes grain refinement, reduction of the matrix dendrites size of tin solid solution in copper, as well as formation of spherical inclusions of the low-melting phase - lead. In this case, the addition of such modifier influences weakly the morphology and the quantity of solid eutectoid inclusions based on electron compound Cu[31] Sn[8].

The in situ oxidation of the petroleum resin under soft condition was investigated. The oxidation was carried out by using hydrogen peroxide and acetic acid as the oxidants, and sulphuric acid as a catalyst for in situ formation of the peracetic acid. The infrared spectroscopy analysis shows the changes in the molecular structure: the amount of the epoxy, hydroxyl and carbonyl groups increases and the number of unsaturated bonds decreases. The new method for the determination of the reaction rate constant was presented. For the determination of the reaction rate constants the relative intensity of absorption band in the area of epoxy and carboxyl groups vibration was used. Obtained data are in a very good correlation with the reaction rate constants obtained with the epoxy and acid number valuation. That allows to conclude the validity of using presented algorithm. Kinetic calculation indicates the occurrence of the oxidation reaction by the first order. According to average reaction rate constant the process has a high selectivity for epoxy groups.

This work represents the results of obtaining modified petroleum resin based on dicyclopentadiene fraction. The modification is carried out by means of resin oxidation by the Prilezhaev's method. The possibility of epoxidation of dicyclopentadiene double bonds during the process in the residual hydrocarbons is experimentally established. Dependences of acid, bromine and epoxy numbers on oxidation process duration at various «oxidative system: resin PRDF» component ratio is found. The modified resin structure is determined by IR and NMR spectroscopy.
