Subject selection is one of the key components in the new college entrance examination system. This study analyzed the data from a sample survey of college entrance examination participants in Zhejiang Province between 2017 and 2020 using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, cross analysis, and binary logistic regression in an effort to research into the impact of family background on subject selection and academic achievements in senior secondary school students. Research findings showed that: (1) Students from families of higher social and economic status were more likely to be academically high-achieving; (2) Student family background had a significant impact on their subject selection, specifically represented by a positive effect of home economic capital on student choice of subjects requiring higher learning costs, a positive effect of family perception of the importance of mathematics, physics, and chemistry on student choice of science subjects, and a positive effect of family cultural environment on student choice of liberal arts subjects; (3) Personal factors such as gender and academic results are crucial for students' decisions on subject selection, with male and high-performing students showing preferences for science subjects.

Climate change presents a global human challenge, and many countries are paying increased attention to climate change issues. Chemistry plays a critical role in addressing climate change. The dual nature of pre-service chemistry teachers' identity determines the importance of their understanding of climate change. This study employed a phenomenography methodological framework and semi-structured interviews to explore 16 pre-service chemistry teachers' understanding of climate change's manifestations, causes, impacts, and ways to cope with climate change. The results showed that although pre-service chemistry teachers had a certain knowledge of climate change, their understanding of the concepts of climate change, global climate warming, and greenhouse effects and their interrelatedness was ambiguous or false. Their explanations of the harm caused by acid rain, the mechanism of ozone layer destruction, and the greenhouse effect were inadequate. Factors that influenced pre-service chemistry teachers' understanding of climate change included school curriculum, particularly chemistry courses, science popularisation aided by information technology, and their informal education through social life experiences. These findings provide insights into pre-service chemistry teachers' professional development and higher education's approach to teaching about climate change.

This technology report aimed to explore preservice chemistry teachers' perception of mobile augmented reality (MAR) assisted chemical education. To this end, 15 participants were recruited from a Chinese university. They were provided access to an MAR chemistry learning app, Elements 4D, on their own mobile computing devices, and were instructed to complete some self-paced, hands-on activities. Data were collected through classroom observation and semistructured interviews. Subsequent content analyses revealed that participants generally had positive attitude toward the immersive chemistry learning experience. Meanwhile, challenges pertinent to the content knowledge and user experience were also discovered. The findings point out possible directions for more effective uptake of MAR assisted chemical education, and accentuate the importance of pedagogical thinking in developing similar educational apps.

The Inconel 690 alloy is widely used in the manufacturing of nuclear equipment, such as pipe welding for steam generators (SG) and pressure vessels, due to its excellent high-temperature strength, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. However, coarse grains have been observed in the welded joint of Inconel 690. Considering its crucial role as a structural material under high pressure, temperature, and corrosive conditions, improvements should be made to the microstructure of the welded joint. The ultrasonic-assisted gas tungsten arc welding (UA-GTAW) was used in Inconel 690 welding. The influence of ultrasonic vibration on the microstructure and mechanical properties of welded joints was studied. The results show that the ultrasonic refined the microstructure further to improve the mechanical properties. The UA-GTAW sample performed superiorities over regular GTAW joint in multi perspective including refined solidification grains, less element segregation, higher tensile strength and hardness. The Yield strength, ultimate tensile strength, and elongation increased from 320 MPa, 591 MPa, and 25.1 % to 387 MPa, 672 MPa, and 31.6 %, respectively.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of ultrasonic treatment at different powers on the physicochemical properties, microstructure and quercetin delivery capacity of fermentation-induced soy protein isolate emulsion gel (FSEG). The FSEG was prepared by subjecting soy protein isolate (SPI) emulsion to ultrasonic treatment at various powers (0, 100, 200, 300, and 400 W), followed by lactic acid bacteria fermentation. Compared with the control group (0 W), the FSEG treated with ultrasound had higher hardness, water holding capacity (WHC) and rheological parameters. The present paper investigates the dynamic behaviors of a bubble restricted by two parallel plates near an elliptical wall. The typical experimental phenomena of the bubble are recorded employing the high-speed photography and a theoretical Kelvin impulse model is established. The impacts of the spatial position and the curvature of the wall on the bubble collapse behaviors are quantitatively investigated through the theoretical model and verified against the experimental results. The Kelvin impulse intensity and the direction during the bubble collapse process are compared and discussed for different elliptical-shaped walls. The main conclusions include: (1) During the bubble collapse process, the phenomenon of the bubble uneven splitting is discovered. (2) At different spatial positions and wall curvatures, the bubble collapse jet angle, movement distance, and velocity are in good agreement with the theoretical Kelvin impulse predictions. (3) As the short-to-long axis ratio increases, the differences in the distributions of the Kelvin impulse intensity and the direction near the elliptical wall gradually become larger, and the range of the influence of the impulse intensity expands.

In this study, six bimetallic rare earth (RE = La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu) cobalt nitrogen doped carbon nanotubes (RECo-NCNTs) were synthesized with g-C3N4 derivative method. These RECo-NCNTs were characterized by SEM, BET, XPS, XRD and Raman. In addition, their catalytic performances for oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) had also been tested. The introduction of rare earths did not destroy the structure of nanotubes but apparently change their ORR performances. The PrCo-NCNTs showed the significant improvement in catalytic ability for ORR (onset potential of 0.95 V and half-wave potential of 0.79 V), which is very close to that of commercial 20 % Pt/C. Moreover, PrCo-NCNTs exhibits an excellent catalytic stability (no activity decay after 10000st cycles) and an outstanding methanol toxic tolerance. Assembled in metal–air batteries (Zn-air, Al-air and Mg-air), the PrCo-NCNTs electrode also presents high power densities and discharge voltages.

In this viewpoint, recent hot topics in the photovoltaic community, interdigitated back contact (IBC) cells, are systematically reviewed from the view of device configuration. Two categories of IBC designs on the most popular perovskite solar cells (PSCs) were discussed, and a planar back-contact perovskite module was first proposed. The device configuration, fabrication methods, working mechanism, optimization strategies, and future development directions of this novel PSC module were put forward to show its superiorities in the module performance, processing difficulty, and extensible functionality among present perovskite modules, presenting promising potential to improve the competitiveness of perovskite technology in the photovoltaic market.

Tongue cancer, a prevalent form of oral malignancy, particularly manifests as tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC), which holds the highest incidence among oral squamous cell carcinoma cases, representing 43.4 % of occurrences. Presently, surgical resection stands as the primary treatment for TSCC, with no effective pharmaceutical interventions identified. This study aims to search for the potential anti-tumor properties and molecular mechanisms of a rearranged abietane diterpenoid extracted from Clerodendrum mandarinorum. Within this investigation, six known rearranged abietane diterpenoids (1–6) were isolated and characterized from C. mandarinorum. Notably, compound 1 demonstrated the most robust inhibitory effect against CAL-27 cells. Pharmacological assays further substantiated that compound 1 significantly restrained the proliferation, migration, and invasion of CAL-27 cells. Moreover, it was revealed that compound 1 directly interacted with TGFβR2, a pivotal receptor in the downstream signaling pathways of TGF-β/Smad and PI3K/AKT. Transcriptome analysis provided additional confirmation of these observations. Overall, our study highlights the promising potential of compound 1 as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of oral squamous cell carcinoma.

Development of a micromodel that recapitulates multiple mechanical properties to mimic the complex mechanical microenvironment is crucial for cell‐based research. Herein, a microsystem combining structure of hydrogel matrix and acoustic streaming (AS) to mimic the cellular microenvironment is proposed, which can realize multiplex cellular mechanical cues, including matrix stiffness, fluid shear stress (FSS) generated by AS, and matrix roughness. The results demonstrate that the cell spreading area enlarges with the increase of matrix stiffness, and cell spreading is encouraged by integrin β1 cluster to polymerize actin when combines the hydrogel matrix with FSS. In addition, FSS has the influence on the roughness of the hydrogel, which further affects the cell morphology and mechanical properties, inducing mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) differentiation into astrocytes rapidly. Meanwhile, cell migration is also enhanced by FSS stimulation, particularly, undifferentiated cells at 22 kPa hydrogel have the fastest migration speed, and change the movement model from contact inhibition to contact stimulation migration. Especially, matrix roughness and stiffness dominantly control of cell spreading and differentiation, whereas FSS affects cell migration. In conclusion, the microsystem in this work shows superior performance in regulating the spreading, differentiation, and migration of MSCs, which provides a new tool for cell‐microenvironment study.

Abstract In biological systems, molecular assembly primarily relies on the assistance of molecular chaperones. Inspired by nature, strategies like ‘chaperone‐assisted assembly’ and ‘catalyzed assembly’ have been proposed for the sophisticated control of molecular assembly. Nonetheless, significant challenges remain in the rational design of such systems, calling for a deep understanding of underlying principles. Herein, we demonstrate an artificial chaperone serves a dual role, that is catalyst in low dosages and inhibitor in high dosages, in regulating the supramolecular polymerization of peptides. Low dosages of carboxymethyl cellulose, as the chaperones, catalyze the assembly of Aβ16‐22 peptides into fibrils through multi‐step phase separation, while high dosages trap the peptides into coacervate intermediates and therefore inhibit the fibrillation. Consequently, the quantity of chaperones does not follow the intuition that ‘more is better’ for catalyzing assembly but instead has an optimal molar ratio. Investigation reveals that the interplay and evolution of electrostatic and hydrophobic interactions are the keys to achieving these processes. This study provides insights into the multifaceted roles artificial chaperones may play in a dosage‐dependent manner and enriches the toolkit for efficient and controllable construction of complex assembly systems.

In this study, we systematically investigated the emulsifying capabilities of myofibrillar protein (MP)- and MP peptide (MPP)-based conjugates synthesized through intensification techniques: water bath (WB), microwave, ultrasound, and the combined ultrasound-microwave (UM) methods. Compared with WB, microwave, and ultrasound treatments, the combined UM treatment greatly promoted the glycation reaction because ultrasound and microwave mutually reinforced modification effects. The resultant conjugate structure tended to unfold with more flexible conformation and homogeneous morphology. Moreover, the emulsifying properties of conjugates developed with single and combined ultrasound-assisted glycation displayed substantial improvement, and pre-hydrolysis further enhanced these performances, as observed in the Principal Component Analysis as well. Remarkably, MPP grafted by maltodextrin with the assistance of a combined UM field produced the smallest and most uniform emulsion system, positioning it as the most efficient emulsifier among all the fabricated glycoconjugates. Our study highlighted the potential of synergistically applying ultrasound and microwave techniques to develop a well-performance glycation with an ideal conjugate structure, in which they would be associated into a strong film that provided the robust physical barrier, creaming stability, heat retention, and oxidation resistance. These findings offered a basis for better utilizing complex ultrasonic technology to develop novel and improved MP-based food products.

Background: Whether chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) for plasma aldosterone concentration (PAC) measurement can be used interchangeably in primary aldosteronism (PA) screening is still controversial. The purpose of this study was to compare CLIA to LC-MS/MS for PAC measurement in PA screening. Methods: All participants underwent aldosterone-to-renin ratio (ARR) testing. PA was diagnosed by captopril challenge test or saline infusion test. PAC in screening test was measured with CLIA and LC-MS/MS. Plasma direct renin concentration in screening and confirmatory test was measured with CLIA. The concordance between CLIA and LC-MS/MS for PAC measurement in PA screening was analyzed. Silver ions are regarded as one of the most hazardous metal contaminants, endangering both the ecological environment and human health. Traditional silver ions detection technologies are hampered by their high cost, time-consuming nature, and labor-intensive operation. DNA aptamers play an essential part in the field of biosensors due to their ease of synthesis, ease of modification, and low cost. This paper focuses on reviewing the research progress of DNA aptamer-based biosensors in silver ions detection. According to the types of signal transduction, they are classified into four forms of signal transduction: fluorescent biosensors, colorimetric biosensors, electrochemical biosensors, and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy biosensors. In addition, this paper gives a perspective on the application prospects outlook and development directions of DNA aptamer-based biosensors, in order to provide theoretical ideas for the future development of more sensitive DNA aptamer biosensors for rapid detection of silver ions.

Abstract Precisely controlling macromolecular stereochemistry and sequences is a powerful strategy for manipulating polymer properties. Controlled synthetic routes to prepare degradable polyester, polycarbonate, and polyether are of recent interest due to the need for sustainable materials as alternatives to petrochemical-based polyolefins. Enantioselective ring-opening polymerization and ring-opening copolymerization of racemic monomers offer access to stereoregular polymers, specifically enantiopure polymers that form stereocomplexes with improved physicochemical and mechanical properties. Here, we highlight the state-of-the-art of this polymerization chemistry that can produce microstructure-defined polymers. In particular, the structures and performances of various homogeneous enantioselective catalysts are presented. Trends and future challenges of such chemistry are discussed.

Peroxymonosulfate (PMS, SO52−)-based oxidation is an efficient pathway for degrading organic pollutants, but it still suffers from slow degradation efficiency and low PMS utilization. In this work, we report the preparation of porous Fe-doped g-C3N4 catalysts by one-step thermal polymerization using urea and transition metal salts as precursors and investigate the effect of atmosphere conditions (air and nitrogen) on the catalytic performance. Systematic characterizations show that Fe-doped g-C3N4 prepared in air (FeNx-CNO) has a larger specific surface area (136.2 m2 g−1) and more oxygen vacancies than that prepared in N2 (FeNx-CNN, 74.2 m2 g−1), giving it more active sites to participate in the reaction. Meanwhile, FeNx-CNO inhibits the recombination of photogenerated carriers and improves the light utilization. The redox cycling of Fe(III) and Fe(II) species in the photocatalytic system ensures the continuous generation of SO5•− and SO4•−. Therefore, FeNx-CNO can remove CBZ up to 96% within 20 min, which is 3.4 times higher than that of CNO and 3.1 times higher than that of FeNx-CNN, and the degradation efficiency can still retain 93% after 10 cycles of reaction. This study provides an economical and efficient method for photocatalysis in the degradation of medicines in contaminated water.

As an anti-staling agent in bread, the desorption isotherm of polydextrose has not been studied due to a very long equilibrium time. The adsorption and desorption isotherms of five Chinese polydextrose products were measured in the range of 0.1–0.9 aw and 20–35 °C by a dynamic moisture sorption analyzer. The results show that the shape of adsorption and desorption isotherms was similar to that of amorphous lactose. In the range of 0.1–0.8 aw, the hysteresis between desorption and adsorption of polydextrose was significant. The sorption isotherms of polydextrose can be fitted by seven commonly used models, and our developed seven-parameter polynomial, the adsorption equations of generalized D’Arcy and Watt (GDW) and Ferro-Fontan, and desorption equations of polynomial and Peleg, performed well in the range of 0.1–0.9 aw. The hysteresis curves of polydextrose at four temperatures quickly decreased with aw increase at aw ˂ 0.5, andthereafter slowly decreased when aw ≥ 0.5. The polynomial fitting hysteresis curves of polydextrose were divided into three regions: ˂0.2, 0.2–0.7, and 0.71–0.9 aw. The addition of 0–10% polydextrose to rice starch decreased the surface adsorption and bulk absorption during the adsorption and desorption of rice starch, while it increased the water adsorption value at aw ≥ 0.7 due to polydextrose dissolution. DSC analysis showed that polydextrose as a gelling agent inhibited the retrogradation of rice starch, which could be used to maintain the quality of cooked rice.

Oil palm is a versatile oil crop with numerous applications. Significant progress has been made in applying histological techniques in oil palm research in recent years. Whole genome sequencing of oil palm has been carried out to explain the function and structure of the order genome, facilitating the development of molecular markers and the construction of genetic maps, which are crucial for studying important traits and genetic resources in oil palm. Transcriptomics provides a powerful tool for studying various aspects of plant biology, including abiotic and biotic stresses, fatty acid composition and accumulation, and sexual reproduction, while proteomics and metabolomics provide opportunities to study lipid synthesis and stress responses, regulate fatty acid composition based on different gene and metabolite levels, elucidate the physiological mechanisms in response to abiotic stresses, and explain intriguing biological processes in oil palm. This paper summarizes the current status of oil palm research from a multi-omics perspective and hopes to provide a reference for further in-depth research on oil palm.

Gibberellins (GAs), enzymes that play a significant role in plant growth and development, and their levels in plants could be regulated by gibberellin-oxidases (GAoxs). As important fruit trees and ornamental plants, the study of the mechanism of plant architecture formation of the Prunus genus is crucial. Here, 85 GAox genes were identified from P. mume, P. armeniaca, P. salicina, and P. persica, and they were classified into six subgroups. Conserved motif and gene structure analysis showed that GAoxs were conserved in the four Prunus species. Collinearity analysis revealed two fragment replication events of PmGAoxs in the P. mume genome. Promoter cis-elements analysis revealed 24 PmGAoxs contained hormone-responsive elements and development regulatory elements. The expression profile indicated that PmGAoxs have tissue expression specificity, and GA levels during the dormancy stage of flower buds were controlled by certain PmGAoxs. After being treated with IAA or GA3, the transcription level of PmGA2ox8 in stems was significantly increased and showed a differential expression level between upright and weeping stems. GUS activity driven by PmGA2ox8 promoter was detected in roots, stems, leaves, and flower organs of Arabidopsis. PmGA2ox8 overexpression in Arabidopsis leads to dwarfing phenotype, increased number of rosette leaves but decreased leaf area, and delayed flowering. Our results showed that GAoxs were conserved in Prunus species, and PmGA2ox8 played an essential role in regulating plant height.

To improve the wear resistance of the materials used for blades in engineering machinery, this study focused on the microstructural characteristics, mechanical properties, and wear behavior of HB500 grade wear-resistant steel developed using an optimized heat treatment system. To improve the temperature uniformity of the heat treatment furnace, the method of cyclic heating was used to heat the components. Carefully designing the quenching equipment, such as using a cross-shaped press, was employed to enhance the quenching effect and reduce the deformation of the steel plates. The crystal orientation analysis revealed a uniform and fine-grained microstructure, primarily characterized by plate-type tempered martensite, which indicated a good hardenability. The microstructure observations showed that the width of martensite is approximately 200 nm, with a significant presence of dislocations and carbides. Tensile tests and multi-temperature gradient impact tests indicated superior mechanical properties compared to similar grade wear-resistant steels, including a Rockwell hardness of 53, tensile strength of 1610 MPa, yield strength of 1404 MPa, and total elongation around 12.7%. The results of friction and wear experiments indicate that the wear rate decreases as the load increases from 100 N to 300 N, demonstrating an excellent wear resistance under a large load. Observations of the worn surfaces indicated that the wear mainly involved adhesive wear, fatigue wear, and oxidative wear. The properties’ improvements were attributed to microstructure refinement and precipitation strengthening. This study indicates that designing a heat treatment system to control temperature uniformity and stability is feasible.

Lysine plays a crucial role in promoting development, enhancing immune function, and improving the function of central nervous system tissues. The two configurational isomers of amino acids have significantly different effects. Currently, methods for chiral recognition of lysine have been reported; however, previous detection methods have drawbacks such as expensive equipment and complicated detection processes. Fluorescence analysis, on the other hand, boasts high sensitivity, strong selectivity, and simple operation. In this study, we synthesized four novel Binaphthyl-Amine (BINAM)-based fluorescent probes capable of specifically identifying the L-configuration of lysine among the twenty amino acids that constitute human proteins. The enantiomeric fluorescence enhancement ratio (ef or ΔIL/ΔID) reached up to 15.29, demonstrating high enantioselectivity. In addition, we assessed the probe’s recognition capabilities under varying pH levels, reaction times, and metal ion conditions, along with its limit of detection (LOD) and quantum yield. Our results suggest that this probe serves as a highly stable tool for the detection of chiral lysine.

Oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) is a typical tropical oil crop with a temperature of 26–28 °C, providing approximately 35% of the total world’s vegetable oil. Growth and productivity are significantly affected by low-temperature stress, resulting in inhibited growth and substantial yield losses. To comprehend the intricate molecular mechanisms underlying the response and acclimation of oil palm under low-temperature stress, multi-omics approaches, including metabolomics, proteomics, and transcriptomics, have emerged as powerful tools. This comprehensive review aims to provide an in-depth analysis of recent advancements in multi-omics studies on oil palm under low-temperature stress, including the key findings from omics-based research, highlighting changes in metabolite profiles, protein expression, and gene transcription, as well as including the potential of integrating multi-omics data to reveal novel insights into the molecular networks and regulatory pathways involved in the response to low-temperature stress. This review also emphasizes the challenges and prospects of multi-omics approaches in oil palm research, providing a roadmap for future investigations. Overall, a better understanding of the molecular basis of the response of oil palm to low-temperature stress will facilitate the development of effective breeding and biotechnological strategies to improve the crop’s resilience and productivity in changing climate scenarios.

Adenosine kinase (ADK) is a key enzyme widely distributed in plants, playing an important role in maintaining cellular energy homeostasis and regulating plant growth, development, and responses to environmental stresses. However, research on ADK genes in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum), an economically significant crop, has been limited. This study identified 92 ADK genes from four cotton species (G. arboreum, G. raimondii, G. hirsutum, and G. barbadense) using HMMER and Local BLASTP methods and classified them into six groups. Chromosomal localization revealed a random distribution of ADK genes in G. hirsutum, with 13 genes located on the At subgenome and 14 genes on the Dt subgenome. Gene structure analysis showed consistency in exon–intron organization within subgroups, while conserved motif analysis identified subgroup-specific motifs, indicating functional diversity. Synteny and collinearity mapping analysis revealed that the primary expansion mechanisms of the ADK gene family in cotton are polyploidy and segmental duplication. Cis-regulatory elements in GhADK promoters were classified into light response, hormone response, developmental regulation, and stress response. We also analyzed the expression patterns of GhADK genes under a low temperature (4 °C) and drought conditions. Most GhADK genes responded to cold stress with different expression patterns, indicating their roles in rapid response and long-term cold adaptation. Under drought stress, expression patterns varied, with some genes showing sustained high expression levels. The qRT-PCR validation of transcriptomic data confirmed the stress-induced expression patterns of selected GhADK genes. Functional analysis through the VIGS silencing of GhADK25 demonstrated its importance in cold and drought stress responses, with silencing resulting in poor growth under stress, highlighting its significance in stress tolerance. This study provides a basis for further understanding the evolutionary relationships and functions of the cotton ADK gene family.

Drought stress is one of the significant abiotic stresses that limit soybean (Glycine max [L.] Merr.) growth and production. Ankyrin repeat (ANK) proteins, being highly conserved, occupy a pivotal role in diverse biological processes. ANK genes were classified into nine subfamilies according to conserved domains in the soybean genome. However, the function of ANK-TM subfamily proteins (Ankyrin repeat proteins with a transmembrane domain) in the abiotic-stress response to soybean remains poorly understood. In this study, we first demonstrated the subcellular localization of GmANKTM21 in the cell membrane and nucleus. Drought stress-induced mRNA levels of GmANKTM21, which encodes proteins belonging to the ANK-TM subfamily, Transgenic 35S:GmANKTM21 soybean improved drought tolerance at the germination and seedling stages, with higher stomatal closure in soybean, lower water loss, lower malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and less reactive oxygen species (ROS) production compared with the wild-type soybean (Dongnong50). RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) and RT-qPCR analysis of differentially expressed transcripts in overexpression of GmANKTM21 further identified potential downstream genes, including GmSPK2, GmSPK4, and GmCYP707A1, which showed higher expression in transgenic soybean, than those in wild-type soybean and KEGG enrichment analysis showed that MAPK signaling pathways were mostly enriched in GmANKTM21 overexpressing soybean plants under drought stress conditions. Marine diesel engines are the preferred power equipment for ships and are the most important component among the numerous electromechanical devices on board. Accidents involving these engines can potentially cause immeasurable damage to the vessel, making fault detection in marine diesel engines crucial. This design enables the detection and reporting of faults in marine diesel engines at the earliest possible time through the computation of convolutional neural networks, which is of great significance for ensuring the safe navigation of ships. For this functionality, the Xilinx ZYNQ-7000 XC7Z010 is selected as the main control chip, and the LoRa wireless network is used as the transmission module. The FreeRTOS embedded operating system is ported, with sensor data collection completed on the PS side of the ZYNQ chip and algorithm acceleration calculations on the PL side. Data are then transmitted to the host computer via the LoRa module paired with a custom protocol. Experimental test results show that the program provides stable data transmission, with each module of the algorithm generally accelerating by more than 95% and an accuracy rate of 92.86%. Additionally, the host computer can display the received data in real time. The custom protocol’s header also allows for precise judgments about the completeness and origin of messages, facilitating the expansion of other SOC’s message uplink and the host computer’s message downlink.
