Abstract

An innovative templates for amine capture strategy involves conjugated additions of thioester link to quinolium salts to form an 'electrophilic platform' capable of acting as an amino capture device. The reversible nature of these additions offers the advantage to realize in a single step, the acyl transfer and release of the template.
