Abstract

高速液体クロマトグラフィー (HPLC) を用いた配合飼料中のビタミンA定量を迅速, 正確に行なうために, 分析法の検討を行なった.充填剤はLiChrosorb SI-100を用い, 溶媒は, n-hexane/dichloromethane/ethano1=90/9/1を用いた.HPLCによる分析時間は, 約20分であった.検出は蛍光 (Ex 340nm, Em460nm) で行なった.定量の際, ビタミンAにかわる標準物質として, アントラセンを用いた。定量限界は20μg/kgであり, 回収率は99±2%であった.配合飼料を分析した結果, 乳牛用で378μg/kg, 豚用で1330-2560μg/kg, 鶏用で608-2570μg/kgであった.

The effects of β-carotene and vitamin A on progesterone production by cultured granulosa cells of cows were studied.
