Results At half a month of lavage, one month of lavage and three months after operation, the scores of conscious symptoms and Lund-Kennedy scores of nasal endoscopy in the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2 were lower than those in the treatment group 3, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). At 1 month of lavage and 3 months after operation, there was no significant difference in the scores of conscious symptoms between the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 2(P>0.05). At 1 month of lavage, the tolerance score of nasal lavage in the treatment group 2 was lower than that in the treatment group 1 and the treatment group 3, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
