Resumen Con el desarrollo de las relaciones socialistas de producción se abren infinitas posibilidades para el crecimiento artístico. Por eso la política cultural además de decantar una cultura burguesa, tiene como principal objetivo desarrollar las capacidades creadoras del hombre, formar en el una nueva concepción del mundo, brindándole un arte de elevada calidad ética y estética donde lo estético y lo ideológico se corresponden. Por eso como uno de los objetivos principales trazados por la Revolución cubana se encuentra el de masificar la cultura y para lograrlo hay que comenzar desde la casa, los centros educacionales y sobre todo desde la comunidad. Al caer el campo socialista, nuestro país se vio afectado por el recrudecimiento del bloqueo económico y al esto suceder se buscan alternativas que fueran capases de resolver los problemas sociales culturales y de salud que existían, por esto comienzan a crearse los grupos de trabajo comunitarios los cuales juegan un importante papel en distintas poblaciones, comunidades y barrios. ABSTRACT With the development of socialist relations of production .For endless possibilities for artistic growth that cultural policy in addition to decant a bourgeois culture, whose main objective is to develop the creative abilities of man, be in a new worldview open, providing an art of high ethical and aesthetic quality where aesthetics and ideological match. So as one of the main goals set by the Cuban Revolution is that of massively culture and to achieve this we must start from the home, educational institutions and especially from the community. After the fall of the socialist camp, our country was affected by the tightening of the economic blockade that’s why there were developed alternatives to solve the social, cultural and health problems that existed, so the community working groups created are beginning to look for which play an important role in different populations, communities and neighborhoods.
