This research work will focus exclusively on the evaluation of the ‘Semantic Web interface’ and to identify the gap in these days’ research approaches, to propose a diverse way out to advance the ‘semantic web interface’. Semantic Interface, refers to user’s language that is been called as the product of interactions by the web and semantic interpretation. The interaction abounds in natural language and it might be establishing the subsystems of grammar. In this paper, main focused is to examine models and identify the dimension, wherever research is lacking. As described, the semantic interfaces worked mainly on the user’s input and linked that input with the data stored in the back-end and obtained the most accurate and demanding results. At the initial level, in this paper, described the approaches carried out so far in the field of the semantic interface. Subsequently the evaluation, so that will be able to identify how much it developed up to this moment, how much development prerequisite and how much development required. Then, define the entire missing domain. Our motivation for this work is based on the advantages offered by the semantic web.

This paper presents an AVS to H.264 Intra video transcoder. AVS is the latest video coding standard developed by China. The two video coding standards will coexist in the market in the future, so it is necessary to transcode the AVS to H.264. The INTRA16xl6 vs. INTRA4x4 MB coding mode decision is made based on the variance of the ICT coefficients of the 8x8 blocks in the input AVS video. Then, the prediction mode will be decided using a fast mapping algorithm. The proposed approach completely avoids the MB mode and prediction mode computations in the H.264 encoding stage, the results show that our approach results in over 60% drop in encoding time with a negligible drop in PSNR.

This paper presents a signal processing method to remove the velocity vagueness and probability ambiguity of the random binary phase coded pulse signal (RBPC-PS) radar. From all the results analysed and discussed, we can conclude that because of the excellent specific property of the random signal and by adopting a reasonable signal processing scheme, the RBPC-PS radar system possesses a good resolution and accuracy in measuring the distance and the velocity of the target and good jamming immunity, and it can remove the distance and velocity vagueness caused by periods and extend the Doppler tolerance. From the results we can also see that the statistical method of the range sidelobe (RSL) suppression can reduce the RSL by over 30 dB thus avoiding the probability ambiguity, which makes the RBPC-PS radar system practical.

This paper discusses a new kind of noise radar-the random binary phase coded (RBPC) CW radar system. First, the probability distribution and average ambiguity function (AAF) for the radar waveform and the probability distribution of the range sidelobe (RSL) are systematically analysed. Then, a statistical method of suppressing the RSL by more than 30 dB is presented. In the meantime, the design of the system parameters is made and the extension of the Doppler tolerance is discussed.
