n this article, a multi-link internet reverse charging scheme model on a multi-service network isproposed. The previous research seldom discussed the reverse charging scheme on multi linkand multi service network. This pricing scheme is designed with the aim of maximizing serviceprovider profits. Basic costs and the level of service satisfaction provided by the ISP is focusedon this attempt. This optimization problem can be solved using LINGO 13.0 software. Thisproblem was made and was divided into several cases. Thus, the results obtained can be aconsideration for ISPs in determining the price of services that can support an ISP. The improvedmodels that produce the maximum solution is case 3 (α and β as variables) and case 4 (α asvariables and β as parameters).

Work environment is the most important part in improving the performance of employees in an organization. a good work environment is closely related to effective performance. Objective: Analyze the work environment on the performance of the tuberculosis control program Methods: This type of research is a study that uses an observational approach with a cross-sectional research design and a sampling technique using probability sampling. The respondents used were the executors of the tuberculosis control program at the Surabaya City Health Center as many as 28 teams. Results: The results of this study provide information that there is an influence between the work environment and the performance of the tuberculosis control program. Based on the results of this study, it can be explained that the work environment also has an important role to be able to help the tuberculosis control program management team to achieve better performance targets. Conclusion: The work environment affects the performance of tuberculosis control program officers at the Surabaya City Health Center.

The use of technology in the offset printing industry is now making it faster for users to get production results. Another advantage of the offset printing industry is high quality printing, consistent color printing and low cost for large volume printing. The offset printing industry is one of the industries that have the most frequent ordering of raw materials, this is due to the pattern of consumers who order more than one type of paper. Therefore, the unavailability of raw materials can cause the order to be constrained. By using this association method, it can be seen the amount of paper raw material needed to complete a product in the future so that the company can optimize the supply of raw materials needed so that the amount of inventory is not too much but not too little. In this study the support used has a threshold of more than 20% and a minimum confidence 30%. With these results can be optimized in the subsequent ordering of raw materials for paper and can manage the storage properly.

This paper attempts to design the model of Improved Internet Reverse Charging (IRC) which is seldom discussed in some literature. This model is intended to work in multilink wireless internet in multi service Quality of Service (QoS) network that works in some traffics. IRC basically is focused on 3G and 4G turnover while doing the hosting. The models designed are formed in finding the optimal solution of pricing the internet. The mathematical formulation was modelled as Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming problem (MINLP). IRC based modeling in the consumption of end-to- end delay Quality of Service (QoS) attributes was discussed to obtain the optimal solution. Optimal pricing scheme applied to local data server, using digilib traffic data. Improved IRC models were solved using LINGO 13.0. Basically, the internet network is not in the form of a single link only, but there is also a multilink, it is necessary to develop multilink internet network to match the reality. The results show, by setting up basic price to be varied ISP (Internet Service Provider) has choice to have competition in market and quality premium to be fixed or varied, then ISP choices to customer to select class/service and promote certain service, respectively.

The development of the internet in this era of globalization has increased fast. The need for internet becomes unlimited. Utility functions as one of measurements in internet usage, were usually associated with a level of satisfaction of users for the use of information services used. There are three internet pricing schemes used, that are flat fee, usage based and two-part tariff schemes by using one of the utility function which is Bandwidth Diminished with Increasing Bandwidth with monitoring cost and marginal cost. Internet pricing scheme will be solved by LINGO 13.0 in form of non-linear optimization problems to get optimal solution. The optimal solution is obtained using the either usage-based pricing scheme model or two-part tariff pricing scheme model for each services offered, if the comparison is with flat-fee pricing scheme. It is the best way for provider to offer network based on usage based scheme. The results show that by applying two part tariff scheme, the providers can maximize its revenue either for homogeneous or heterogeneous consumers.

One of the learning models recommended in the 2013 Curriculum is Project Based-Learning (PjBL) model with the demands for the skills required in the 21st century. This learning model can be applied to enhance students’ mathematical ability. This study aims to determine and evaluate the effectiveness of the PjBL model process to foster mathematical ability. This study used a systematic literature review method, including planning, implementing, and reporting. The data were analyzed based on data inclusion criteria, and then the data were extracted, resulting in 26 studies. The findings indicated that an increase in mathematics abilities through mathematics learning using PjBL could occur if students are directly involved in the learning process with clear directions, and they pay attention to essential aspects, such as learning activities, optimal use of time, and mathematical ability. Another finding revealed that the large percentage of the number of studies discuss the influence of the PjBL model on problem-solving and creative thinking skills. There is also an increase in publications, especially those indexed by Scopus every five periods and many studies using random research sampling. Thus, the PjBL model is appropriate for achieving learning objectives, especially in mathematical ability.

In this paper, a modification model for single-link reverse charging of internet is formed on a multi-link wireless network. The pricing scheme also takes into account the base costs and quality of services provided by the service provider. Bit error rate (BER) was utilized as one of the well-known quality of service (QoS) attribute that can guarantee best performance for internet service provider (ISP) and users. The base price is determined as a decision variable to help ISP to maximize profit. This optimization model can be solved using the LINGO 13.0 program to gain optimal values. The computational results show that by setting costs as constants and service quality as variables, optimal results are obtained for ISPs. This can make ISP considerations in determining the base price that can benefit the ISP and according to the services provided.

In this article, a multi-link internet reverse charging (IRC) scheme model in a multi-service network with the addition of a bundling strategy is proposed. Reverse charging schemes in multi-link and multi-service networks are rarely discussed in previous studies. This financing scheme is designed with the aim of maximizing service provider profits by minimizing internet usage costs. The basic cost and satisfaction level of the service provided by the ISP is focused on this effort. The model formed in this study is a Mixed Integer Non-Linear Programming (MINLP) model that is completed using software LINGO 13.0. This problem comprises two cases, when α case as a parameter and β as a parameter and or variable with sub–cases increases in usage based financing schemes. Thus, the results obtained can be a consideration for ISPs in determining the price of services that can support an ISP. The updated IRC model provides a more optimal solution than the original IRC model.

This paper seeks to utilize the improved model of reverse charging scheme. Reverse charging basically is defined as a capability of stored network that replaces the network used when the network is suddenly shut down. In this paper, charging back on 3G and 4G network that is user automated platform, will change the access of 4G to 3G and on the contrary when platform conduct the hosting. This research was solved as a problem Mixed Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP) by LINGO 13.0. An optimal pricing scheme is applied to a local data server, including digilib traffic and mail traffic. The improved model of Reverse Charging is modified into 4 cases and formed by setting the base price (α) and service level (β). Based on the analysis that has been done, the results of this study indicate that the reverse charging model can be utilized Internet Service Provider (ISP) to maximize profits and provide quality services for the user if compared to previous model without reverse charging scheme.
