In this paper we propose distinct approach for numerical simulation of the mechanical system's dynamics in the entropy formalism, as opposed to the canonical energy formalism. It was shown that this approach allows one to reproduce any pre-specified equilibrium distribution, and the monotonicity of the entropy increase indicates the general physical correctness from the thermodynamic point of view.
