The results achieved in designing a cryogenic system for the superconducting magnet of the deuteron cyclotron DC-1 are described. The cryogenic system consists of a liquifier-refrigerator with an output of 40 L/h (or 150 W of power removed at 4.5 K), a satellite cryostat for the superconducting magnet coil, and vessels for liquid nitrogen and helium. The superconducting magnet, cryostat cold block, and cooling system are discussed in detail. >
