The article discusses the results of an electronic survey of the members of Kaiser Permanente Colorado (KPCO) and a Center for Complementary Medicine administered between June and August 2018. Topics covered include their attitudes, beliefs and motivations for using complementary and integrative health (CIH) in patients with acute pain seen in urgent care, and a comparison of the self-reported and electronic health record (EHR)-documented CIH use.
