Abstract

The article profiles the folk music performers the Young Coppers. The process of recording their album "Passing Out" is discussed. The family tradition of folk singing is examined. The influence of their grandfather, folk singer Bob Copper, is also discussed. The singing style of the Young Coppers is discussed and described as enthusiastically sung two part glee harmony.
