Развитие поражения почек у больных с гипертонической болезнью (ГБ) имеет ряд особенностей, изучение которых представляет не только теоретический интерес, но и имеет большое практическое значение. В настоящее время одним из наиболее информативных показателей, отражающим функциональное состояние почек при ГБ, является скорость клубочковой фильтрации (СКФ). Для определения клиренса креатинина и СКФ чаще всего используют расчетные формулы Кокрофта – Гаулта, MDRD и CKD EPI. Целью настоящего исследования было сравнить диагностическую ценность расчетных формул Кокрофта – Гаулта, MDRD и SKD EPI для определения ранних признаков поражения почек на разных стадиях ГБ. Проведенное исследование показало, что при расчете клиренса креатина по формуле Кокрофта – Гаулта показатели значительно выше, чем при расчете СКФ по формулам MDRD и CKD EPI. Наиболее часто поражение почек у больных гипертонической болезнью выявляется при расчете СКФ по формуле CKD EPI. Hypertonic disease patients’ kidneys injury development has a number of peculiarities which are of great interest not only for theorists but for general practitioners as well. At present glomerular filtration speed is one of the most informative indexes reflecting kidneys functioning state of hypertonic disease patients. Cockroft-Gault, MDRD and SKID EPI design formulas are most often used to determine creatinine clearance and glomerular filtration speed. The aim of the present research was to compare Cockroft-Gault, MDRD and CKD EPI design formulas diagnostic value for determining early signs of kidneys injury at different stages of hypertonic disease. Our research showed that indexes are much higher when we use Cockroft- Gault design formula for determining creatinine clearance rather than we use MDRD and CKD EPI design formulas for determining glomerular filtration speed. More often hypertonic disease patients’ kidneys injury is revealed when CKD EPI design formula for determining glomerular filtration speed is used.
