On the basis of this little comparison and review of the principles and practice of domestic and international criminal law, it is clear that there is international criminal law, not only as research but also application disciplines whose standards are applied in the local criminal justice process. Such practice and legal experience, as we have shown, has a history that goes back into the history of war and civil conflict, but also has its present and future. Theoretical disputes, including disputes of some authors over validation and effectiveness of international criminal law and its incorportion into domestic legislation or its alignment, remains in the sphere of debate and even different approaches.
